Santorini 位於中環蘇豪區嘅希臘餐廳🇬🇷彷彿係一座希臘小島上嘅秘境。潔白嘅牆壁,圓拱形嘅門框,簡潔又明亮。餐廳擺設著希臘傳統嘅陶器同擺設🏺墻上掛著希臘著名景點嘅照片及油畫🖼️散發出一種悠閒嘅地中海風情💙午市套餐只需$110-$150,就可以有沙律🥗或湯🥣、主菜🌯、甜品🍨同餐飲☕️喺中環嚟講真係好難得!更難得嘅係餐廳無將貨就價,用料同烹調手法都一絲不苟。餐湯係Cream of Mushroom 🍄 廚師用新鮮蘑菇打成茸,加入忌廉,菇味濃郁,絕非一般罐頭湯口味。沙律🥗亦採用新鮮蔬菜🥬色彩繽紛,醬汁酸酸地好開胃。Feta Cheese 亦鋪得滿滿🧀十分慷慨。"Grilled Souvlaki" 係傳統嘅希臘菜。客人可以選擇雞肉或牛肉。我揀咗牛肉🥩希臘飲食文化注重保留食材嘅天然風味,所以烤肉串調味並唔濃,不過肉質鮮美,有微微嘅煙熏香味。旁邊配有厚切薯條🍟薯條用真正薯仔🥔切條,再用橄欖油🫒炸2次,炸得金黃酥脆,而且薯味十足!Pita Bread🫓看似普通,但係食落鬆脆,富有麥香味,有驚喜。“Chicken Pasta”🍝 雞肉份量多到食唔晒,意大利長通粉軟硬度同嚼勁剛剛好,配以Sun Dried Tomato 🍅 嘅醬汁,味道同質感嘅細膩掌控,完全令人有驚喜。甜品係蜜糖合桃希臘乳酪🍨希臘乳酪打到忌廉嘅狀態,非常軟綿,滑溜。同合桃碎一齊食,口感豐富,又有層次。蜜糖🍯帶出輕微甜味,估唔到呢一個組合係咁美味。地中海慢活料理,輕鬆中帶點個性嘅用餐環境,無一般西餐廳嘅冷調或距離感,價錢又親民,讓人猶如置身希臘小島。 continue reading

正宗希臘菜,超有氣氛,入座率高,而且大多都係外國人~~好半山區,好有氣氛~無Dinner set ,都係單點。Halloumi Cheese on the Grill $150 Halloumi Cheese on the Grill係用100%羊奶unripened brined cheese,但一啲都唔騷,外型似雞胸,食落去少少煙靭,奶味唔重,一改對芝士嘅觀感!Grilled Souvlaki $195 Grilled Souvlaki 即係烤串,可以係雞、豬、牛和羊之中四選二,我哋揀咗雞及羊,肉串大串,燒得香口,仲配Pita Bread同埋薯條。Grilled Octopus $200 Grilled Octopus成條八爪魚腳,都頗為彈牙,用嚟送酒一流。Galaktoboureko $110 Galaktoboureko 係希臘特色甜品,必點!熱食,其實係千層牛奶玉米糕,外皮Phyllo做酥皮,內餡主要用牛奶、粗粒小麥粉,表面再淋檸檬糖漿同開心果碎,外層趣,內裏玉米糕嘅口感,超好食❤️ continue reading
