一行五人,三日前預訂左江南百花雞,要先落訂$1000,順便預留埋花雕蛋蒸龍蝦、蝦子油皮和泥鯭肉丸粥。八點入坐時服務員細心安排,加單嗌左必食嘅蓮藕餅、生炒骨,可惜枸杞豬潤已經賣晒,有點失望,叫咗椒鹽鮮魷,都係唔錯嘅選擇。經典菜式水準依然,蒸龍蝦要求用蛋白蒸,好睇好食,服務員推介將龍蝦頭起肉做個炒飯,其實有泥鯭粥都唔想嗌飯㗎啦,不過又唔想嘥咗個蝦頭,所以都嗌左一個小份量嘅炒飯,估唔到個炒飯仲出色過蒸龍蝦!第一次食江南百花雞,有點兒期待,可惜本人唔係太好雞皮,而呢道菜主要係蝦膠上面有塊雞皮,再加上期望過高,所以反而有一點兒失望,其他第一次嚟嘅朋友,都食得非常開心。順帶一提,前幾日都去咗荃灣嗰間生記,同灣仔呢間真係冇得比。 continue reading

4個同事食Lunch , 提議過來生記試下!反正無乜idea 食乜好,試下囉。🤣🤣第一次上來,我以為係飲茶,中式茶樓格局,原來係叫餸食飯。🤣🤣 我地叫左個4人set , 可揀3個菜,同有幾碟must have 既餸,包括叉燒,都幾大件,又唔太肥,好食!👍🏻仲有個菜呢個真係好甜,雖然係炒生菜,不過唔知點解啲生菜好甜,好好食,係油左少少(唔通係好食秘訣😅😅),仲有一個酸蘿蔔,呢個都唔錯,仲好大碟,其後食得太多開始有少少反胃😥。至於自選餸方面,我地叫左蕃茄炒蛋,呢個幾好食,但薑太多了,搶左啲蕃茄味!咕嚕魚,好食,唔油,酸甜啱啱好!👍🏻👍🏻 仲有個粉絲蝦米,因為我唔食蝦米所以都無掂過。🤣🤣😜😜😜 個set 無包飯,一碗好似要$18 , 食完大家大概$110/head ..... 其實佢應該跟飯會好啲!🙄🤣最後有白糖糕送俾我地,酸嘅,我唔鍾意囉!😥😥😥 continue reading

長輩生日想揀一間真係有粵菜味道不是食物工場製作食材嘅餐廳又要香港區其實都好難搵....又要價錢實惠 忽然想起年多冇去嘅灣仔生記真係香港原味道老夥記我哋一入到去有一份香港人嘅情懷 真係冇去一陣他都認得出我媽媽...今晚去食特別嘅手工菜1. 江南百花雞到到今天也回味無窮 夥記話師傅用兩根本新鮮蝦打蝦膠釀入新鮮肥計真係足料2. 花雕雞油龍蝦蒸蛋堅用了堅用新鮮龍蝦3. 金錢蟹盒哋就食得津津有味因為我怕肥所以食咗半嚿 我唔係炸嘢嘅fans4. 龍蝦伊麵係我呢世人食過最料嘅但係師傅話一定要食呢個餐先有平時係冇嘅唯一不足嘅就係杯茶係夠太熱 但係能夠體諒嘅因為現在人手可能短缺而且只限一半客人入座下次會再同朋友去一定食豉油王蝦 同泥鯭粥希望多啲選擇喺甜品方便 因為 我很喜歡中式甜品 continue reading
