踏入生記,比到我既感覺係一個字,老!裝潢老氣、食客老,侍應老、連菜單全都是老家常菜,彷彿時光倒流20年。也許就是這份老的原因,差不多每碟餸菜都令我讚嘆不已,完全感受到老師傅(我猜測是老的)的功力,刀工好、炸野好、味道好,連一碗粥一碟炒飯也做得非常之咁出色,平凡菜中盡見不平凡,也能吃到唔係度度有更加唔係度度好食既厚切豬潤枸杞(超勁潤味),藕餅又係勁好食,食完即刻覺得平時酒樓食到果d係不值一提。其實仲叫左好多餸不過清得太快相都無機會影。待應的功夫也是一流,盡見歷練!我個人認為呢度既食物係有酒店級粵菜既水準,比一般連鎖酒樓超班太多!!如果同屋企長輩食,唔要求高大上環境同名貴菜式既話,我覺得呢度係好好既選擇😍😍 continue reading

記得之前屋企人生日係呢度book 左2圍食過圍菜一來到環境比我感覺有點懷舊,好似返返去80年代,果陣食到出面好少食到的中菜, 印象中有家鄉手磨煎蓮藕餅、大豆芽肉鬆生菜包、蜆介鯪魚球等都同出面食的好唔同,仲要道道都好好好味所以對生記呢間店印象好深刻,心諗一定要再來,最近有個朋友係外國返來指明想食中菜,即刻令我諗起生記呢間老字號,今次帶朋友來食左佢地的四道招牌經典菜,朋友食完都鑽口不絕 我地好快就清晒d野食,好滿足的一餐飯,同上一次色一樣感覺甘好,很推薦呢間中菜餐廳! continue reading

落雨落到個人“牛”曬甘,今日唸唔到食乜,同事又提議生記啦!次次唸唔到食乜都會去生記既,唔知典解。如果大家有睇小編我之前寫關於生記既食評都知道我對呢間餐廳唔特別喜歡,皆因d食物唔係好IMPRESSIVE加上佢又標榜自己系米芝蓮,小編就更加覺得唔值呢個稱號啦!但今次呢餐飯系改觀左既,好過前幾次去食,個三色蒸水蛋真系超水準之作,爆好味!豆腐班腩都唔錯,起碼d班腩唔係UN滋甘細粒,西芹蝦仁不過不失啦,整體黎講系好過上次幾倍,覺得都值得米芝蓮推介食府既。今次特意黎幫佢評反,但希望佢KEEP到個水準啦,小編認為好食既餐廳唔少但保持到水準既就真心唔多啦! continue reading

「王者以民為天,而民以食為天」,我們這些平民百姓, 緊係要醫飽個肚仔先 不過, 時至今天,我已把句子改為「民以食為鮮」, 食物愈是新鮮,其營養價值也愈高 所以我很重視飲食健康,Keep fit + Keep Health, 市面上出售的包裝食品,大家要留意保鮮期限呀!出去吃餐, 無法看保鲜日期,甘就要靠 "眼觀" " 舌嚐 " 和 "嗅聞" 今晚一早訂好位, 友人特别點名要吃 ~ 泥鯭粥, 買哂就無, d泥鯭新鲜不在話下, 重要是來自大海, 無泥味, 兼無甘多污染! 魚的 size ok 㗎, 內臟清潔得很好, 無 味 反而魚的甜味落哂去綿滑的粥内, 呵呵, 無幫魚仔拍寫真添, 不好意思, 皆因太飢餓了韭菜浸豬潤 ~ 真不可不吃! 爽, 太太太爽 肯定新鮮, 豬潤無得假, 一隔夜便轉黑, 煮太久便變硬! 真是少d技巧都滅亡 鹹魚煎肉餅 挑選味道不過咸或淡的鹹魚, 餘下就是它的咸香, 混合鮮肉搞制, 加上"煎"至香脆, 啱哂我多喝2杯 continue reading

今日在灣仔和朋友聊天後,打算在此區晚飯,想起上次登門此店卻原來己爆滿,今日姑且再闖一樓。到時剛好6 時,櫃面說今晚已滿但若7時許走可以騰一張枱給我們。我們當然卻之不恭。記得以前我常帶朋友來吃,大家都很喜歡這店的傳統菜式。反而自此店得到米䒦蓮垂青後我很少再來。今日是10號,但枱上只有一張父親節餐牌,店員忙解釋,一張餐牌前後兩頁紙,一目了然,目的是方便大家叫菜。 心想現在生意難做,店員也懂得語言藝術。我們叫了招牌古法鹽焗雞、家鄉手磨蓮藕餅及百花蒸豆腐。 雖然三個菜,但己經差不多要五百元,古法雞有點少,肉質雖頗嫩但貴了一點。 蓮藕餅和豆腐份量大,保持質素,但我們覺得價錢又貴了。我們聽到附近兩枱人都各向自已親朋說了同樣評語:「貴左」。不知是租金加了還是米䒦蓮效應。對我們來說,可惜今次吃完沒有了以前的滿足感。 自己都有點為自己的感覺嘆了一聲。 continue reading
