又係我透茂坪拖地神仙b ⋯⋯我都有一段時間冇出城。成日就屈係自已屋村。咁今日巴閉啦。我踩入灣仔。諗戀住搵下有咩食咁。竟然比我係條街見到灣仔個朵好响既生記!我就二話不說直接上去踩場。入到去。哇頂你個!已經人山人海咁比人踩緊。我頂呀。等左陣有位比我神仙b!餐牌睇下!哇 家常便飯喎大佬。咁點呀。叫囉。咁我就叫個小二埋黎。有咩最串既同我上晒黎.....我張枱四四六六拆掂佢。個小二就火速咁叫左幾味上黎。再黎半打啤酒。啤下佢。哇。個生炒吉。好砌到....要再砌!個鹽焗機。嗚。一定要翻啅!上湯白菜仔普通啦⋯⋯個小炒王我頂。好戀咸。但幾香枸杞葉上湯豬潤。幾好幾好。好滑椒鹽鮮魷魚不錯!夠乾身8寶炒面個面餅炸得唔油唔油膩!香口五條友食埋都係位位210$ 唔太貴。今晚講到呢度。下次我應該會踩椰戀雞煲 continue reading

生記的裝修及氣氛令我感覺像童年時跟家人去酒樓食飯一樣,所以都會諗食不奢華的家常小菜。今晚叫的家常餸有生炒骨、蜆芥薑葱牛肉煲、鹽焗雞、温公齋煲同清炒白菜仔。每次食生炒骨都最開心,外脆加肉有彈性,咕嚕汁酸甜度適中,一啖肉一啖白飯,絕配!牛肉煲亦好香口,薑葱爆得很香,大家都搶住食葱多過牛肉,只是蜆芥真是太少,食不出蜆芥味,唯有當薑葱牛肉煲食。生記的温公齋煲材料跟鼎爺教的有很大分別,我喜愛的甜腐竹同荷蘭豆都沒有,有點失望。食飽飽後,最後來一碟送的白糖糕作飯後甜品,白糖糕鬆軟而沒有帶酸味,大家都想食多件,今晚的家常便飯完滿。 continue reading

之前聽人講生記唔錯,有日同朋友們行過,想 walk in 去食,點知話 full booking,今次終於約齊人,預早打電話去預約,可以試到啦! 鹽焗雞好滑,有雞味,外皮好香脆,唔錯,但美中不足係待應喺差唔多食完嗰陣先上醬料,夾埋醬料食,味道係更上一層。蜆芥鯪魚球魚肉陣牙,食到陳皮味,無魚腥味,夾埋蜆芥醬,好鮮好香。椒鹽鮮魷係薄粉嗰種,我鍾意,無咁油膩,同埋魷魚都夠爽脆。小炒皇有蒜芯、蝦乾、腰果同榨菜,加埋辣椒炒,好香好惹味,送飯一流。梅菜扣肉係瘦嗰種,所以啲肉食落就會乾啲硬啲,唔夠油香同鬆化,梅菜應該加咗好多糖去煮,所以食落都幾甜。雙菇扒時蔬啲冬菇同草菇都夠爽口,好味,生焯得剛剛好,好爽脆,但可惜打獻嘅油落得多咗啲,食得有啲膩。飯後送咗白糖糕,比較特別,出面酒樓一般都係送糖水或生果。白糖糕味道偏酸,質地都彈牙,但唔夠軟滑,不過送嘅無所謂啦! 呢餐飯果然無失望,可以加入去我個 encore list! continue reading

以前是有口碑的,小炒有🔥氣,海鮮都出名!近年已經少去,因為難訂枱,兼且出名[好寸]。今天晚上是同事升級請食飯,他要一個月前訂座!他重覆提醒食6點,要8點交枱!我們準時到達,點了以下:梅菜肉餅,土尢肉餅,2款,有家常小菜風味,好送飯鹽焗雞,,肉質頗滑,出色之作藕餅,普通,比較油咖哩牛腩,重辣,少牛腩,不好吃炒菜,味道普通豬潤九杞,豬潤很大片,爽囗,鮮嫩,九杞比較少,要加餸都有困難,(當時只是7點鐘),只能點侍應推薦的,是,九菜炒旦!!味道非常非常平淡!奉送的甜品是白糖糕,不好吃,頗大舊的,但沒有分派碟去盛,只派牙籖去取食!最後一定要提是:上菜時是幾個侍應四方八面的一斉把菜式放上枱😨😨怕怕!吃飯期間,剛吃完的餸菜,馬上便被收走,尚有幾片在碟內的,便自動將吃剩的,倒在其他餸內,不是換細碟!😨😨😨也沒有為我們換新碟🙁🙁可怖呀!,, continue reading

真係宇宙至強!叫咗幾樣餸,樣樣都咁好食,,水準又穩定真係唔知可以點樣來形容!枸杞浸豬潤真係好似食棉花糖咁!個蒸肉餅唔會太多肥豬肉,鬏化而有彈性!個涼瓜炒蛋簡直係傑作竟然食到蛋黃香味,唔怕油膩超爽!唯一要挑剔嘅就係今次個免費白糖糕竟然有小小酸,整餐飯值99分。 continue reading
