 🍽 餐廳|生記粥品專家📍 地址|上環畢街7-9號地舖🕰️ 營業時間|06:30 - 20:30生記粥品專家是香港上環著名的粥品老字號,開業超過40年,有很多熟客和遊客來光顧的粥店。店家講話很直接,但屬於口硬心軟的類型,會跟老顧客在噓寒問暖互相關懷,應該都是些老街坊,能感受到老香港的濃濃人情味。位置有點隱世,是藏在小巷內,建議皇后大道中、蘇杭街、孖沙街,最後進小巷。店內光猛乾淨企理,但店內不大、坐位不多,有單邊排位、有圓枱,坐的都是圓凳,是老粥店格局,愛懷舊的食客必到。早餐時段去人是蠻多,但還是能找到位置,午飯時間便要排隊了,若遊客來的話建議早上或錯開繁忙時間。記得準備好現金,最好有硬幣方便找續。1️⃣ 皮蛋瘦肉粥  (細) HK$405.0/5.0 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟生記粥底滑潤幼綿,慢火煲至米粒化開,每一口都能感受到米粒細緻。皮蛋味道濃郁,瘦肉絲份量很足,肉質軟嫩不柴肉,整體咸淡適中,不愧是粥品專家。同枱有在吃鯇魚粥,看起來很鮮量也很多,下次再來要試試。2️⃣ 香煎魚餅 HK$22 4.0/5.0 🌟🌟🌟🌟魚餅是新鮮現煎,要等10分鐘左右,魚餅熱辣辣煎得外層微焦脆,咬下去內嫩彈牙多汁,魚味鮮香突出,但3塊一個人吃有點多,到第3塊便覺得有點油膩,建議分享share食。3️⃣ 油炸鬼 HK$93.0/5.0 🌟🌟🌟油炸鬼預先炸好切段放在碟上,不油膩,但可能放置時間較長,口感變淋,失去了炸鬼應有的香脆,但喜歡蘸粥吃的話也可以叫,蘸粥時吸收粥汁還可以,只能配合粥品吃。IG: @steve66666 continue reading

食咗咁多年,食過咁多間,始終都係呢度啲粥最好食。雖然有好多人話比之前差咗啲,但我仍然覺得呢度啲粥綿過好多地方~坐底睇餐牌真係花多眼亂,但細心睇其實只係一般嘅配料配上不同組合。不過我咁多年嚟都係揀「魚腩肉丸鷄粥」三拼~雖然主要食粥,但配料也很重要。魚腩係呢度首選,甚至可以話為咗食魚腩粥先嚟。魚腩份量非常足夠,唔多骨,加埋碟姜葱豉油,鮮味十足。至於肉丸和鷄反而不太特別,不過不失,所以我有時也會轉食魚腩魚卜,適合不太飽肚時食。至於環境,雖然環境較差和比較細,但我始終喜歡坐原鋪入面食,咁先叫風味~ continue reading
