今早會到上環工作,咁昨晚已諗定好今天早餐食乜。就係去好耐都冇去過嘅生記食粥,記得上次嚟此店都大概有十年了。呢間粥店舖位唔太大,堂食座位不多, 加上多咗遊客朝聖,聽講經常都要等位等好耐,今早8:30左右到達,未使等位。以前我爸和我經常會叫魚腩豬潤肉丸粥, 今次就照樣叫返碗魚腩豬潤肉丸粥 $77。先送上醬油姜蔥一小碗,隨後大大碗粥到來, 跟以前一樣真係料多過粥。 看得出粥底煲至好綿滑,夠火喉。入口粥味非常鮮甜, 魚腩大大件夠新鮮, 豬潤亦處理得非常好。老實講, 跟其他粥店比較, 同樣嘅粥呢度確實係有所分別。 continue reading

🍴煎魚餅 $22 (3/10)魚餅好薄,煎得好油膩,食落去有少少魚味同普通嗰啲冇乜分別😂🍴清湯牛腩麵 $50 (5/10)個湯係清湯冇乜特別,牛腩係新鮮牛腩有牛尾,唔會黐牙都正常嘅,但係個面就一啲都唔爽口,仲要重鹼水味😂不了!🍴魚腩粥 $59 (6/10)好大碗,個粥好綿但冇咩魚味,個粥同個魚好似分離咗咁🧐個魚正常唔腥有魚味,好多骨,冇想像中有驚喜。推薦指數: 4/10冇期待冇失望,當普通茶餐廳食就正常囉。 continue reading

其實我住東涌,觀塘返工,根本上問經上環,但有時真係想食碗好味嘅粥,所以今朝一早嚟到生記食返碗。中醫話我要補下血,所以我而家間唔中都食下豬潤粥。本來諗住去旺角妹記較為順路,不過今日係星期二佢唔開,我就立即諗起生記,即刻轉車出上環。之前食得太多味道超級一般的豬潤粥,今日第一啖入口已經覺得完全係唔同級數,果然值得我專登坐車過嚟。粥底綿就唔洗講,豬潤有marinated所以入口都係好好味。平時嚟親我都肉丸粥,豬潤都正! continue reading

係中環覆診完就醒起必要去上環生記食嘢!同老公散步去到時巳是2:30休閒時段,但都坐滿八成客。當然先各自叫了腩蔔河和腩粗嘆番吓先,一放底碗河粉即刻食啖久違的湯底先啦,再食嗦滿湯汁又爽的大大嚿蘿蔔啦!之後先再細嚼半肥瘦的牛腩,好嘢放在最後食!食完河粉後點可以唔追加哩度至正嘅魚腩魚骨豬潤粥。是關細細個第一欢見到隔離啲食客食得好滋味,從此就愛上了。食魚粥最特別係多個兜用來放骨,另一小碗內有薑絲葱豉油已感覺到又識食又招積的豪氣,如果一個人來就食唔到又粉又粥。滿滿的粥內放咗成七八嚿魚腩,鱼骨及魚鰭仲有四件啱啱熟的豬潤,成碗粥嘅賣相香噴噴兼滿到瀉,難為啲阿姐雙手可以傳到咁熱嘅粥到客人面前!因老公怕哽骨所以啲魚大部份是我享用,真係得益不少,佢就十分欣賞嗰軟綿綿又好味嘅粥底了。啲魚係剛剛熟,師傅控制時間非常到家,是關剛放低碗粥時啲魚肉係剛熟好嫩滑。如果怕過火就要將魚肉放到另一碗中,反之放在粥肉仲可以靠熱力在食客食其它料的時間將魚肉再煮熟啲。通常識食魚粥的食客都會點啲豉油連埋啲薑絲細味品嚐每一件魚骨魚腩。就算我以前大熱天時都唔會怕熱照食粥,因為唔知下次又要隔幾耐才番來,個肚又唔夠試其它嘢。所以首選點都係食魚腩粥,今日十分幸福可以一次過食到兩欵食物,又要盤算下星期邊日再來了! continue reading
