喺上環附近住佐差唔多2年,最近睇到蔡瀾先生喺佢嘅YouTube channel介紹先知道呢間粥舖。既然被蔡生捧為香港No. 1嘅粥店,當然要黎一探究竟。為左回味兒時食鮮魚片粥嘅回憶,我揀左魚腩魚骨粥。粥未上之前侍應就會先準備好一小碟姜蔥醬油俾客人,等熱辣辣嘅生滾粥送到台面嘅時候,我立即雙眼發光,迫不及待大快朵兒。粥底煲得靓同綿密不在話下,而且相當鮮甜,魚肉也大大塊。雖然平時食魚我唔多沾薑蔥,但係呢度嘅姜蔥醬油都好好味,係食魚肉粥嘅必備。另外我點左一份煎魚餅,雖然賣相同味道一般,口感唔夠爽彈,有待改進。 continue reading

上環的橫街屹立了一間中華美食的瑰寶,是粥麵飲食文化的中流砥柱。聽店員講已超過40年歷史。就來一碗最簡單清淡的鯇魚片粥,要品嚐尋找的就是粥底的米香及綿滑,結果沒有失望地嘗到了。埋怨人類舌頭的味覺敏銳度是會逐漸遞減的。喝口清水吧,再重新一次細細品嚐,樂此不疲。煎魚餅在此店也是有名的,即叫即煎,十分香口。鯇魚味混著陳皮味,讓你過足口癮。半碗魚片半碗粥,這樣煲出來的粥,什麼調味也是多餘的吧。魚新鮮不用講了。超值的一餐。惟蔡瀾大讚的薑蔥絲,我就覺得不怎麼樣,豉油也死鹹沒有豉香。內部間隔合理,隔板也實在不兒戯。欲罷不能,必定再臨! continue reading

經友人推介,特登來試這裡的粥和牛腩牛腩米的湯底清澈,但味道不錯的,絕對不是白開水加蔥而已圖中所見,牛腩顏色較紅,比平時吃的牛腩鮮色,肉質方面很軟腍,入味得來沒有太濃郁,喜歡清淡口味的話,這裡確實是個好選擇而牛筋方面,口感清爽,整體感覺是很新鮮而及第粥亦都非常新鮮,豬膶軟滑,點些蔥絲甜豉油更加好味,豬粉腸和豬肉丸都好好味,粥底綿滑,又是佳品至於綾魚餅就沒多特別,和平時超市買回來煎的味道一樣,可以不試整體感覺是食材很新鮮,真的值得推介 continue reading
