其實我真係唔太喜歡吃辣,但朋友叫到唯有去挑機,一黎見到佢所有菜都紅成咁就知道唔對路,堅辣!口水雞真係好辣,不過雞肉好彈牙,吸曬D麻辣味道,其實食完呢碟我已經開始無o羊味覺~貪得意叫左個涼粉試下係甚麼東東,結果原來都係辣,今次有D青瓜響度就可以稍為降低辣度,其實都係辣,D粉就好爽口終於到主角鴛鴦鍋,麻辣o個個紅真係唔係講笑l無論你放甚麼材料落去都係一個字 辣!不過 呢個辣又幾過癮,如果真係頂唔順都可以食隔離唔辣o個邊當然到最後都係會變辣,哈哈為左飽肚我地都有再叫烏冬 但烏冬同麻辣鍋唔太夾雖然餐廳唔平但真係好正宗 最後除左四川朋友安然無恙,我地全部都因為太辣屙到七彩,真係太辣啦哈哈 continue reading

第一次中午吃火鍋,想不到這也是吃過的火鍋最棒的一次。上星期日大兒子約吃中午飯,極度推薦此店的麻辣火鍋。記得多年前在銅鑼灣此店的前身「滿江紅」吃水煮魚,很不錯。當天我們約一時去到,已高朋滿座,幸好早訂位,仍坐了窗邊四人卡座,可飽覽中環海港,心曠神怡。店內裝潢古雅,牆上滿掛名家書畫,毋負「三希」美名。那大盆火鍋,顔色鮮艷,散發濃郁麻辣香味。火鍋料:鵝腸、牛柏葉、白鱔片、四色肉丸、响鈴、魚皮、通葉等等,樣樣新鮮爽甜,醬汁配料齊備。那大碟手切本地黃牛肉,肥瘦均勻,肉味豐富。最後的甜品蛋黃流沙包及豆腐花更是錦上添花,令人回味無窮! continue reading

Went there for dinner with some friends. We ordered dishes instead of hot pot. The place is not easy to get to. Either drive or take a taxi there. The place is clean and comfortable for a nice dinner. They have spicy as well as non spicy food on the menue. So for some of our friends that can't eat spicy, they will not go hungry. Service was great. Very professional. Food was great as well. Price is average. Reasonable. Would go back again. But better to book ahead as they are usually full. continue reading

估唔到m小姐同k先生有幸食到一餐咁貴的富豪大餐我們只係4個大人2個小朋友咋你無睇錯埋單15853天價的晚餐咁大個女第一次食仲要係唔洗比錢因為契哥請客一入到去已經預留一間應該係貴賓的房首先k先生同啊哥望下d新鮮的海鮮我其實懷疑啊哥是否中了六合彩^.^晚餐方面除左官燕,吉品鮑,其實其他都屬普通菜但原來係高級餐廳食當然又貴dd啦一條魚都一千元啦味道方面鮑魚真係又淋又痴牙又入味不過話咁快就食在落肚成600元一隻官燕更加唔洗講400元碗我都從來無試過燕多過水平時係碎燕就有得食哩餐飯食完仲有得打包謝謝啊哥比小妹見識了一晚富豪生活不過其實唔食哩d菜原本餐牌都係小小貴但係得半山我諗咁的價錢差不多了因為小妹哩d窮困人士點知富豪餐廳係幾錢直情無人請路過都不會啦^.^ continue reading

新的一年辣局鐵定於18號聚餐,忽然醒起上月終於去到了一波不知多少折的三希樓,媽啊我終於都食到它了😭。期待的辣局便由這個香口小吃為我們揭開序幕🎉!吃辣菜最好的飲品配搭當然係青檸樹🍋🌳啦!後來睇返單先知原來三希樓一杯青檸樹係要$65🙊,真的十分昂貴呀!而且相比臥龍莊的出品更差了一大截認真唔抵飲囉!不過可幸的是這兒的川菜確十分出色,先吃一個唔辣的{家鄉燒白肉}$98🐷,基本上跟梅菜蒸扣肉係大同小異,腩肉質感鬆化肥瘦均稱,豬皮甘香入味,加上切得幼細的甜口梅菜入口即溶,害得大家即時要叫碗白飯呢🍚。{麻辣口水雞}🐥$198/例牌,另外還會配上萵筍薄片一碟,感覺即是抵吃得多了!口水雞麻辣兼備入口麻香十足,而且雞肉亦都夠滑,吃罷雞後再將鍋筍沾上辣汁吃,令我滿意到極啊~{水煮黑珍珠}🐟$368(小)上檯時香氣十分已對版,最重要係魚肉甚多絕對唔會好似上一次咁激動!黑珍珠魚還是第一次品嚐,須然味道不算出眾,但肉質過算不錯,但係就少了桂花魚的那份魚香,但整體嚟講都合格呀,而且內裏的薯粉十分入味,有我同Oli喺度當然要叫多一客啦😀!而且呢度一份大大碗嘅薯粉都只係收28蚊好抵喔。每次吃川菜我都要食呢個{虎皮尖椒}$78,雖然我還是喜歡臥龍莊那口味,但這兒已經算十分不俗,豉香足夠質地不會太淋,可惜嘅係辣椒唔算好辣,不過就啱啲唔係太食得辣的辣友喇。{馳名樟茶鴨}$168/半隻,樟茶鴨還會跟上四個小饅頭,鴨肉煙燻味挺細緻,肉質亦都夠彈性,絕對值得一試的。{蒜蓉炒油麥菜}$88用嫩綠清爽的油麥菜用來清一清味蕾,再繼續努力向辣度進發。加餸時候劉總忽然間要食{宮保雞丁}$128,相信都係好嘢嚟,果然吃落酸酸辣辣,每種配料粒粒均稱吃得好爽呢。{乾鍋田雞}$178田雞尚算夠肉,而且味道亦都夠惹味,如果可辣多點點必定更吸引。有Oli喺度梗係要叫番個{招牌咕嚕肉}$168,坦白講我覺得呢度嘅咕嚕肉真係有D小貴,不過肉質係幾好的唔會乾柴咬口十足,酸甜味也自然恰好,而且其他配料都好新鮮有蕎頭鮮菠蘿🍍等,但自從係食過革新會出品後已經無可取代了!最後甜品整多桶{即撞豆腐花}$78真係好鬼抵食囉!每人都分到一碗㗎,而且豆腐花香味不俗質感滑溜,加埋桂花糖水夠晒滿足😋。 continue reading
