Introduction

Came for dinner in group of 10. Orderd their famous spicy hotpot 鴛鴦鍋, and also some cooked dishes. First time getting 油炸鬼 at hotpot, not bad. Below are dishes I find good over the meal:fresh minced shrimp balls - ok, came in 8 piece 海帶 - big chunks and tied in a knot thing which is pretty tasty with spicy soup fromHot pot水煮魚 Among the 2 kinda of beef we ordered, it’s only fair...which is slightly disappointing Better drive if u come for dinner, not the most convenient location. continue reading

三希樓係我第一個食麻辣火鍋既地方,到呢家依然係最好食既地方。由於肴底既關係,我都係會叫鴛鴦底,佢既麻辣底並唔係好辣,如果對於食得辣既朋友就直頭係唔辣,但係原來你可以叫店員幫你換辣椒,咁啲麻味辣味就出返曬來,無得頂。當中既手切本地牛係好正,有別於充滿油脂既牛,反而係好濃牛味既本地牛柳。同埋最後最後一定要叫既就係呢到既豆腐花,成桶上,豆味濃外,但又夠滑,呢家中有得落桂花糖tim🤤🤤 ,強烈推薦此店。 continue reading

朋友早前來過一直說值得一試這晚一行四人特意從中環座的士過來天氣炎熱,先來三小碟有沙拉鮮笋、蜂蜜番茄、麻辣口水豬手蜂蜜番茄蕃茄鮮甜,配上微甜的桂花蜂蜜,很清新沙拉鮮笋口感像蘋果一樣,非常爽口加上沙拉醬,很特別口水雞吃得多,口水豬手也是第一次肉質軟嫩適中,均勻地掛滿醬汁醬汁調配得剛剛好水煮桂花魚微帶麻香,帶少許刺激感,卻不過火魚有厚度而且很滑嫩,沒有挑刺的困擾裡面更有豆芽跟寬粉大家食得不亦樂乎招牌炸子雞炸子雞外皮極香脆,肉質亦很嫩旁邊的炸蝦片深得我歡心四川擔擔麵吃起來麻而不辣裡面有碎肉跟蔥花均勻攪拌之後整個香氣更是散發出來麵來得彈牙,掛汁力強山泉水即撞豆腐花原個木桶上,豆腐花夠滑嫩桂花糖也來得清香半山花園道51號科達中心7樓 continue reading

同事話三希樓的水煮魚好好味 於是同朋友去試吓真心不錯呢間應該算係高級川菜餐廳雖然分店位置比較難找,但都好多人食,特別外國人店員帶我哋坐窗口位,然後即刻睇Menu首先叫個冷盤前菜—蜂蜜番茄冷食再加埋番茄好甜,加上蜂蜜就更甜感覺好似甜品,女性應該鍾意食再來一個沙律笥 分量唔會好多,兩個人食啱啱好。第一次食筍係用沙律整,都好特別鍾意食筍嘅我就當然要試吓開始上小菜—三椒豬手呢道菜有驚喜炒得好香好夠鑊氣豬手切到好小塊,豬皮夠韌好咬口加埋青椒炒得好香果然冇叫錯再來碟我最愛的—熗炒萵筍絲幾舊干辣椒炒埋萵筍絲,特別香特別好食特別爽口,每次都大啖大啖食份量唔少,兩個人食唔晒抵!最後就係重點—水煮桂花魚兩個人叫一碟小份量的水煮魚,但上枱時份量都唔少,兩個人食唔晒,但味道真係好好味魚片完全冇骨,夠滑夠香有夠辣而且仲有好多配菜:芽菜、筍片、薯粉、豬紅、青瓜全部都係入味嘅配菜配埋個水煮湯底一流薯粉夠粗夠煙韌,即使好飽都忍唔住食多幾條最後都係食唔晒,打包返屋企煮其他嘢食最後朋友想試試棗紅千層糕好濃紅棗同椰奶味,朋友讚不絕口!而我認為椰奶味比較重小小蓋過紅棗味的感覺總括而言,餐廳的小菜及水煮魚味道都好好人多食的話可以試多幾款菜式 continue reading

不太熟悉中環的我們以為半山區應該很快可以由中環站走過去的~誰不知一走便走了四十分鐘(當中包括無盡的爬樓梯、地圖游標飄忽不定)最後幾經艱辛終於來到了來了七樓的三希樓用膳看著中環美景進食沙拉笥食笥初體驗爽口,如果就咁食,食幾舊之後會唔太想食,加沙拉變得更好味麻辣口水豬手口水雞就食得多,口水豬手都係第一次食豬手爽口彈牙到格格聲,麻辣汁的麻味很夠,不過比想像中的沒那麼辣青椒清香野生魚看上去好像很清淡,其實非也!青紅椒為湯提升辣、香味魚肉無骨啖啖肉,麵條好似烏冬咁好大碗,兩個人都食唔曬炸子雞炸子雞皮脆外嫩當然是必須的,這裡的雞件還十分新鮮,不會過熟熗炒藕丁吃過這裡的蓮藕讓我對它完全有一個新的感覺,蓮藕其實也可以很好吃😋爽口,加上以少少辣椒炒有微辣的感覺棗蓉千層糕暖笠笠的千層糕,喜歡咬落去煙韌的感覺點心:流沙奶黃包流沙度足夠,不會是很假很甜的奶黃味,確確實實吃到蛋黃味包很軟熟,而且水氣足,不會太乾身後記:無論食物質素、環境都很好就算帶非本地的朋友來亦不會失禮 continue reading
