前次来这聚餐,吃得很尽兴,尤其对这里的蛋黄南瓜念念不忘。这次中秋,凑足一小桌人,来这改善伙食。凉粉爽滑的很,酸得也恰到好处,适合开胃。虎皮青椒肉很厚,味道也不错。干锅黄鳝片,好吃除了量少。大概十片鳝片,其余都是干辣椒。酸菜鱼,正常水平,个人觉得不如这家的水煮鱼。毛血旺,猪血,鱿鱼和牛肉不是太辣,其他是真的很辣,特别豆芽和金针菇,不过辣得过瘾。丝瓜烩木耳,正常小菜。蛋黄南瓜,南瓜软甜,咸蛋黄粉咸,好吃。下次还会点。满足。 continue reading

The best Sze Chuan restaurant  since my arrival to HK in Jan 2016.   The  spice is strong  in this one  .   Tried  the Deep fired spicy  chicken  cube.   WOO LA LA  .  I have been there twice and did not able to dine a on the 7th floor main restaurant.  I believe  the ambience is better on  7th floor than on the 22 floor  .  Best Sze chuan restaunit   in HONG KONG.  continue reading

This upscale Sichuanese banquet-style restaurant nestled in the heart of the mid-levels isn't easy to get to -- but it's more than worth the trek. It's by far Hong Kong's best and most authentic Sichuanese eatery, as evidenced by a fully packed house aevery night over the many years of its existence. Food this good doesn't come cheap, but if you like your Sichuanese genuinely spicy and your ingredients top-notch, then this is the place. Reservations are essential or go shortly before six and agree to wrap things up in an hour.
