一行四人係銅鑼灣staycation, 我地晚餐揀係時代廣場食「三希樓」,因為呢間次次都咁多人,我地今日難得早去就食到啦。我地叫左個大既水煮魚、蒜泥白肉、椒鹽鮮魷、干煸四季豆、山泉水即撞豆腐花同埋棗蓉千層糕。水煮魚片超級嫩滑同大片,超正!蒜泥白肉呢個真係好正,必點!鮮魷又炸得好香酥,熱辣辣又入味。四季豆就不過不失。豆腐花新鮮製又滑又清甜,一試便愛上。最後既甜品係千層糕。本身以為食吾落嫁啦,但食完一舊,就想食多舊,啲甜品好高質。整體來講,食物質素都係高上,但價錢亦都係略貴既。慶祝生日同聚餐都十分推介。 continue reading

水煮魚我們點了小的份量,端上來香氣逼人,看有很多香料,雖然是小分但是份量也相當大,我們二人盡了努力只吃了半份,將部份帶回家吃。裏面當然有魚,青瓜,筍,豬紅,芽菜,粉皮。魚吸收了香料的味道,辣得過癮,撈飯最好吃,於是我們也點了一碗白飯。另外我們也點了紅油炒手,紅油炒手是粒粒細雲吞,其實裏面的餡料不多我吃着吃着以為自己吃雲吞粉皮而已,但出奇地他的醬汁非常好味,於是一口接一口地把粉皮吃下去。整體而言,食物的質素甚佳,服務與環境也舒適,值得推薦一時馳名水煮魚。 continue reading

見好多人喺食評讚,當然要來食一次,點知中伏!首先講服務,一直見到裏面有空位,亦有客人啱啱食完走咗,職員執完枱都冇叫我哋坐低,以為有人book咗枱或者係留俾火鍋客,我同朋友喺門口等咗差唔多15分鐘,職員先叫我哋入去坐,就係坐喺一開始見到嘅空枱,我坐低之後見到出邊仲有好多客人排隊等,其實裏面有空位,好多客人好似我哋一樣要喺出邊等15分鐘先安排佢哋入坐,唔通咁樣係搞噱頭?叫咗一個水煮魚$398可以話係我食過最難食嘅水煮魚,佢嘅酸菜係淡而無味,最敗筆嘅地方係啲魚好腥,加埋淡而無味嘅酸菜簡直引唔起食慾,可能水煮魚會好啲,因為麻辣味會冚過腥味,咁嘅價錢俾啲咁腥嘅魚,連小店都不如!再叫咗一個豆腐腦滑牛肉,大約$250豆腐好滑,不過有少少苦,加咗牛肉同汁落去完全食唔到苦味,牛肉上面放咗焗過嘅黃豆粒好香,牛肉係好滑,不過連基本牛肉嘅肉質都食唔到,可能自己唔係食得太辣,呢個都食剩咗好多!最後叫埋單要叫兩次先至有人睬你,唉! continue reading
