是日陣雨連連 無損與友人嚐新的雅興 選這間山旮旯 純粹貪個名得意 旮旯(音:哥囉)意指不受注意的偏辟角落 餐廳實際上也不算很「旮旯」沿時代廣場往鵝頸橋方向就到了店子都算寬敞 坐落帆船酒店底 店面沒關門 食物常受蒼蠅青睞餐湯 OK小薯餅已經涼了 而且不夠香脆 跟餐湯味道也不太搭 餐飲- Flat White 套餐配$36或以下之飲品 友人說味道是可以的 但才喝了一口拉花就變成解體泡泡 賣相怪怪的🤨桂花雪梨蜜 OK太甜但能入口 蜂蜜完全蓋過桂花同雪梨既香味 飲落不滑喉仲覺得愈飲愈乾細黑松露醬炸薯條 $10 套餐加$10可配 主食飲品黎齊晒都唔見影 追單才到 此為全日真係熱上既食物 但係好後悔追 唔講有無薯味 係根本無味 唔綿唔脆 黑松露醬似溝了酸忌廉 不搭 但不沾薯條又真係淡而無味Ham So Excited 熱香餅漢堡 $98 OK上菜時已不冒煙 食時已是涼掉 煙肉荷包蛋配熱香餅尚可接受 至於內膽那拉不了絲的芝士及咸得讓人臉容扭曲的厚切餐肉?火腿扒?則不敢恭維 即使加上重重的蜜糖還是咸得難以下嚥 只能說 Why So Excited?軟殻蟹蟹肉天使麵 $118 OK中規中矩的一道 軟殻蟹唔算乾 但你唔會話佢特別香或者特別好味 就係路人果種 唔會記得的 天使麵個汁都幾濃 帶有洋蔥京葱青椒既味 頭幾啖還好 食食下都幾膩山不長水不遠的一頓 性價比平平 不會再來了 continue reading

全日英式早餐$128賣相的擺位睇得出經過精心設計,中心放一堆沙拉菜,再專登將兩片三文魚卷成玫瑰花形,神來之筆!不過亦不得不提如果店方想省一點成本而用少一片三文魚效果定必不能像現在的豐滿,一般英式早餐有的這裡都包括了,只係個人覺得如果Hash Brown 這薯餅能換成其他的薯仔做的小食的話,必定更能令整個All day眼前亮另一個是西班牙黑豚豬鞍扒 $118 煎出清晰坑紋, 肉質以豬柳計算係多汁, 沒什麼脂肪但唔嚡口, 簡單調味, 跟餐的南瓜湯十分出色, 係杰身口之感, 南瓜本身充滿瓜香所以應該無須太多加工已經做出美味的西湯!飲品的拉花似乎係由熟手技工做的, 對這類型嘅cafe 這尤其重要, 啡同奶都各顯特性, 奶溫亦剛好, 有好些cafe 餐廳在仕繁忙時可能叫廚師代勞但大部份效果不理想,完全強差人意居多,而另一天我們到的時候因為已過飯市時間, 只能叫下午茶了, 下午茶價位比午餐平易10-15%當然用料也比較經濟一點,熱香餅漢堡 $68 最好看的是賣相, pancake嘛還不是熱香餅, 口感及味道當然比麥記的佳, 而面頭那兩片如果能選再上乘一點的煙肉片配合的話,效果而更佳老乾媽一口和牛粒炒意粉 $98 呢個真的不太好吃, 主要是一口牛炒得過時屬死硬派, 老乾媽的味道亦不太特出, 唯一知道師傅係懂得炒意粉的, 可惜....可惜的還有一樣,係這裡的廁所係用出面嘅酒店大堂的廁所,但那廁所內的味道的確令人印象深刻!唔信可以實地考察一番! continue reading

當朋友約我地一家三口去依間我就覺得好興奮,因為經常出入銅鑼灣行街都經過依間,見到咁有格調既裝飾所以想去好耐。朋友一早卜左位話有bb車,所以俾左個靠出面位置既枱俾我地,算是細心但怕bb吹風所以有點不好。之後點菜時侍應問我地餐牌上既食物要求有點不清晰,以致我地多點了一份牛排,可能是少少的誤會吧…之後我地想係度慢慢傾計就叫多左三杯手工啤酒真係有點難飲,或許是唔懂品嚐啤酒既味道,所以食埋甜品先走,不過唔知點解個焦糖燉蛋是凍的。 continue reading

銅鑼灣最近有一新店,名「山旮旯」,讀音「山卡啦」,新派港式餐廳,概念獨特,既賣咖啡又有手工啤,且幾乎二十四小時營業!Chur到咁盡,全因餐廳顧名思義,地點隔涉,位於銅鑼灣、跑馬地及灣仔三地交界,早午晚時段都人流疏落,要突圍而出,唯有處處多花心思。像裝潢,以文字霓虹燈飾配卡板木製桌椅,大玩港式風味,木椅更用噴漆噴上粵語單字,可組合成不同詞彙,搞鬼有趣。裝潢做得好,食物也不能差。餐廳食物款式不多,但功夫尚算紮實。馬拉蜆熱鍋配炸薯條,湯底以白酒做base,微帶酒香,蜆肉鮮爽無沙,粗薯條惹味之餘份量十足,佐酒必備。但如喜好蘸湯汁,薯條也可轉蒜蓉包或意粉,配搭多變。卡邦尼意大利麵,簡單美味的一道菜式,意粉煮得al Dante,醬汁稠而不膩,配少量火腿及香草調味,入口香濃不單調。店中提供多款手工啤,也有一系列佐酒小食,如這款香脆椒鹽魷魚就做得出色,即點即炸,鹹香可口有韌勁,配自家調配的蛋黃醬,令人吃不停口。再點一杯本地口味的少爺麥啤,呷一口,清爽暢快,Happy Friday Night! 餐廳晚市設有水煙,定價也比同區其他餐廳相宜,百足咁多爪,無非都是為了開拓客源,提高競爭力。餐廳最亮眼的霓虹燈「跑馬射蚊鬚」,是廣東話歇後語,意指難度極大,成功率極低,也許正是餐廳的寫照。但未試過,又豈會知結果? continue reading
