To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷舊西餐廳西營盤有一間非常舊, 好有歷史既西餐廳, 試下懷舊一番先😅店內裝飾非常舊同陰暗, 真係應該好多年無裝修或者粉飾過😅 而侍應都係老一輩, 餐牌中多數係鐵板扒餐, 都會有飯類🥩今次叫左焗田螺, 鐵板雜扒 / 鐵板西冷.. 最出色一定係個餐湯 - 🥕羅宋湯🥘 夠晒茄香味, 配上暖暖地有脆邊既餐包, 好好味😋 個焗田螺有薯蓉墊底, 好香蒜, 好食!至於主菜雜扒 / 西冷, 超級大份, 份量好足夠🤣 但味道就一般喇, 勝在夠飽同感受下懷舊風味😎 continue reading

上一次去森美吃飯,應該是30多年前在附近讀中學的時候。那時的森美有套餐,或者單點,可以說是西區比較高級的扒房。在我的印象中,上面第五街有莎莉娜,下面大馬路便有森美了(註:老一輩的街坊稱般咸道為第五街,皇后大道西為大馬路,德輔道西為電車路)。食物方面,有看過OpenRice的評語,好像是比以前差了很多。因此,不抱着太大的期望,用餐的目的就是去懷舊一下,今晚我點了一份12安士的西冷牛扒, medium cook. 老實說,正常水準,肉質還算嫰滑,黑椒汁也調校得宜。他的用料及收費是成正比的,我總不能夠用不夠$200的價錢,吃到有prime質素的牛扒吧!現在我們吃不同質素的牛扒機會多了,難免有所要求。這塊西冷牛扒,我覺得跟30年前吃的沒太大分別,也是賣相不錯,大大塊,雖然沒有齒頰留香的肉味,但也不至於梳打粉那喉。以前這樣質素的牛扒,已經算是做得很好了。印象中可以媲美以前灣仔的紅屋餐廳。(現在的森美是走街坊路線的西餐廳(以前我會稱他為扒房,但是這次進去,我發覺多了乾炒牛河、楊州炒飯、咖喱牛腩等),我已經不可能稱他為一間扒房,其實西餐廳都有些汶水了。)另一方面,有說森美的服務又麻麻地。以今次用餐的經驗,我倒也察覺不到。相反地,我覺得那些侍應無論是年青的或是比較年長的,都表現得比較親切及有禮。我走的時候,也沒有特別俾小費,但他們都很客氣地跟我說再見,感覺也是真誠的。所以服務這一欄,我覺得絕對可以接受。如果說到不足之處,可能就是那個羅宋湯。羅宋湯總是帶點濃,帶點酸會比較好吃。但是,這次的羅宋湯我覺得就比較淡,還未入味。這點可以留意一下。 continue reading

成日聽呢間餐廳, 所以特登去會一會,二人,羊仔扒150元,午餐68元,加20叫田園沙律,加十元雪糕紅豆冰。啲湯,扒全部暖既,啲扒無野好講,以呢啲咁普通既質素,各區食肆數之不盡,唔洗特登走去呢度食,但若然想食懷舊味道還可以吧!而且通常老牌餐廳都有佢地既一種服務態度 continue reading
