同細佬妹嘅做節飯,因為種種原因,一拖再拖,結果總算都約得成。而晌深水埗、長沙灣一帶(就佢哋方便),搵到一處「大排檔」大家都想試。上到嚟個場都幾特別,地方幾大,裝修又唔叫得扮懷舊,但有啲傳統嘅裝飾,尤其放晌餐廳尾嘅「大牌坊」,絕對喺打卡位。此外,仲有幾個大大細細唔同嘅廂房,不過,個個房有客就唔方便影相。餐牌有別啲大酒家,製作都好簡單吓,都喺A4紙加彩色打印過落啲透明膠板度。順便一提,茶錢收$10位,酸菜就$10一碟。不過,有一點好奇怪,明明睇見佢收費表有列明需收加一服務費,但最後張單又唔見佢有收喎!陳皮燒鵝皇 $178我哋得4個人,嗌1/4隻都好夠食,外皮色澤閃爧,咬落香脆可口,而皮下脂肪唔多,但食落淡淡脂香,感覺不油膩,啲鵝肉就非常之嫩滑,唔點冰梅醬,就咁食都已經非常好食。鳳梨生炒骨 $138呢一個喺指定菜式,次次同細佬妹食飯都一定嗌呢一款經典小炒。老實講,個生炒骨真喺炒得幾靚仔,個茨汁唔會話太多,剛好包住每嚿排骨,咬落外層又好香脆,肉質鬆化,個汁又唔會好嗆喉,的確有水準。清蒸細沙巴躉仔 $148呢度仲有個小插曲,佢本身有分大條、細條,我哋4個人咁就梗喺嗌條細啦!最後真喺唔知咩原因 嚟咗條大嘅,我哋亦都有同侍應反映嚟錯,怕喺其他客叫嘅,侍應同廚房溝通咗一大輪,最後應該喺廚房整錯,亦無其他客有嗌大嘅沙巴,所以,變相益咗我就食條大嘅,真喺多謝廚房大佬,魚條蒸得啱啱好,肉質非常之嫩滑,又好有魚嘅鮮甜味。瑤柱扒豆苗 $138單喺睇樣就見到交足貨啦,豆苗多,瑤柱又多,仲要前者好嫩,後者唔喺碎濕濕嘅貨色,陣陣鹹香,令青嫩嘅豆苗更加好食。瑤柱蛋白炒飯 $128依家同佢哋食飯都好少嗌白飯,反而次次都嗌啲碟炒粉飯麵,想大家食得好啲嘛,而今次呢碟炒飯 亦覺炒得有水準,飯粒夠乾身,又加咗好多炸瑤柱絲、蛋白同菜粒,味道亦剛好。整體嚟講,啲招呼都OK嘅,個別阿姐仲好鬼有禮貌,菜式嘅份量都好足秤,味道亦都唔錯,難得唔收加一添,呢個位真喺要讚;相反,要彈一彈嘅就係啲杯碗好似洗得未夠乾淨,有部分杯拎上手有啲「黐立立」嘅感覺。 continue reading

本身想食萬發,但因為開年好多人排隊,馬上轉陣去左呢間。格式好似酒樓咁,都係叫餸食飯!🔷一品燒雞(半隻) $138 💫7.5/10雞肉夠滑身,脆皮夠哂香口,加埋隻雞都算半肥,食落有油香、雞味。🔷風味蒜香骨 $88 💫6.5/10排骨夠腍,一咬都離骨,炸到剛好唔會太乾。但蒜香味唔夠,入面D肉係完全冇咩味。🔷椒鹽炸粟米 $58 💫9/10呢個又係出奇地好食,粟米好甜香脆,咬落去爆汁,炸完灑埋椒鹽,咸甜咸甜,正!🔷懷舊蝦多士(4件) $88 💫8/10必叫之一菜式,真係唔係太多地方有得食。蝦爽脆,加上甜脆口嘅多士,再加埋沙律醬,好食!🔷椒鹽鮮魷$108 💫8/10呢個好味道,炸漿夠哂薄脆,咬落去魷魚幾爽脆唔會霉,加埋椒鹽好惹味!份量都好多,抵食。🔷金銀蛋白菜仔 $82 💫7/10呢個正常,普通一個菜湯,金銀蛋唔算出味。🔷白灼花螺 $148 💫6/10冇咩太特別,某幾粒仲有啲腥,一定要點埋佢個辣醬,餸酒食。🌟總結:味道唔差,價錢合理,岩哂成班人食飯,食物選擇多,一定搵到啱食。 continue reading

路過多次都未幫襯過,今晚有機會一試。原來佢係頂咗上手已有一年了 (據講之前係惡評如潮)。大家各自揀餸,上枱時先發現全部都係炸物😅😅每一味都好好食,欖角骨最為出色!粟米龍躉班塊夠乾身,蝦多士不油膩。椒鹽粟米略嫌多了一層脆粉,否則更完美。生炒糯米飯乾身,談不上生炒,但夠料夠味。全場滿座,雖然係上樓室內,但氣氛相當熱鬧,同店名相符🤭好耐沒遇見一個場仲有圍板擺酒添!P.s. 真係爆場,廚房都好忙兼會慢上菜,但你好耐冇見既服務態度,會响昵度揾到。人手不多,但每個伙記都好熱心,跟單既會跑到入㕑房催,連執枱阿姨都有團火,見經理做唔切會幫埋手招呼客人兼寫單。其實,昵d咪有heart既服務囉。個人而言,我反而覺得咁先係敬業樂業,專業精神!就算你等耐咗,都值得。相比起北上既大商場食府,只用人海戰術,機械人作業,相差甚遠。 continue reading

在深水埗/長沙灣區真的不難找到酒樓,前身的一間食肆曾經因為衛生問題令到我無辦法再踏足這大廈。近來經多位朋友力推,終於鼓起勇氣嚐一嚐這店;酒樓佈置頗有特色不過未必人人欣賞他的懷舊氣氛,但要數乾淨,這間算是做得到了相信為迎合不同客人,除了大廳酒樓有不同房間間隔甚至窗邊卡位供選擇。服務質素算ok,兩次飲茶經驗都很理想,點心選擇不算多質素卻比一般好少少,價錢合理,總之可以繼續幫襯。希望酒樓睇到我這食評會繼續努力,下次試他們的晚市小菜,因為今日見到餐牌選擇好多呀~🙂 continue reading

一行十人開心食生日飯,未試過食飯食到一肚氣。金沙涼瓜片又咸又油又唔脆,勁難食。一品雞,凍而無味,唔知食緊咩肉。瑤柱蛋白炒飯,好細碟。南乳炆齋,味道單一,好多汁,一啲好鹹一啲無味。鳳梨生炒骨,肉質好硬,掛唔到汁。所有食物都好差。最後準備切蛋糕時,職員攞出2個蛋糕,有一個蛋糕被跌爛,水果全部整跌晒,沒有道歉,只有不停解釋強調唔關佢哋事。仲好話第二個蛋糕無事,不停解釋佢哋蛋糕會好小心處理,絕對唔會跌爛蛋糕,但事實就係蛋糕爛咗。非常不負責任。此餐廳我已食過多次,一向正常。但今日嘅食物真係好差好差好差。以後唔會再幫襯。 continue reading
