首先一開始,我同我女朋友點左180ml既源平純米, 因為本身吾太識飲sake, 所以揀既都係純米,米味會較濃烈,酒精味會相對下冇咁濃烈。點知飲飲下覺得好好飲,於是我哋決定左成支要晒,$660一枝。😅不過如果唔係太飲得,建議唔好兩個人飲晒成支,因為都成17%嘅酒精濃度。3-4個人share最為合適。我地揀左$788既tasting menu , 因為經我地一問,本身$788既menu 都已經包左wagyu rice $288同uni soba$288, 為番起都有8-9道菜,咁樣食相對之下較為抵食。本編都唔一道道菜咁去介紹喇,雖然座位坐得唔係太舒服,而食材都無haku咁靚(當然唔可以相提並論,因為haku 成千五蚊一個人)但係感覺食緊嘅係藝術, 雖然唔係最靚嘅食材但係好新鮮,同埋食材同sake融為一體,好夾!總括來講我覺得哩一餐係值回票價嘅真係,掂入邊嘅氣氛相對之下好舒服,但係座位方面可以改善下,女朋友反而鍾意依一間多過haku😘所以我都係會再次光臨的。 continue reading

有次去PMQ亂逛,入了這間清酒店。暗黑的燈光,架上排了一支支酒,超有型。聽友人介紹,原來賣酒之外,是間餐廳。他認識餐廳的老闆,講起那夜sake tasting由心而發的喜悅,讓我決定見識一下。就只有一張長枱。玻璃下是米粒。型。而且燈射下來,拍照一流。包場,就只有我們兩個。店員給我們酒牌,講了有甚麼種類,就走開了。我們再問他要了食物的餐牌,才決定點甚麼酒。見他這態度,開瓶有點冒險,要了180mL。落完單,他給我們倒了酒,還是一句介紹也沒有。零交流。先來小吃。芝麻餅和撒了醃蛋黃在上面的蘿蔔絲。蘿蔔絲用了鹽和黑椒調味,偏鹹。點了三款食物。Tomato車厘茄有兩隻色,每粒切開4份,加了少許生洋蔥和發酵過的米,清新。多汁的蕃茄加上調味,酸酸甜甜,開胃。米粒表面粉粉的,增添鹹鮮。Ganmo碟子上有一粒炸了的豆腐,店員再淋上湯。很清,吃到淡淡的大根味,卻是鹹的,如果他可以稍作介紹就好。Uni Toast海膽多士賣相一流,海膽肥美。入口多汁又鮮甜,加少少紫菜的鮮,很夾。本來想,多士浸了海膽的汁,不就變濕變腍不好吃了?可以整件拿起,完全沒有問題。$98一件,貴,但好吃,試一次無妨。頗貴,但食物真的好吃。不過,付這價錢換來這樣的服務,實在無癮。還是埋單算了。 continue reading

Walked into this place by chance a year ago. Love the setup with the shop and a “hidden” restaurant. Dined in with a few friends and really enjoyed the experience.The visit this time was exceptional as expected. Love how you can order almost every kind of sake by glass. Most food items are bite size so you get to try everything. Staffs are very friendly and informative.Make sure you check out their other restaurants: Saketen & Nojo. Very neat concept. Highly recommended if you enjoy sake and modern style Japanese cuisine. continue reading

Sake Central第一次來,和想象的不太一樣,外面是賣日本酒的店,裡面一個空間放一張長桌是餐廳。先上了兩個snacks,不過酸黃瓜直接拿來當snacks的我還是第一次遇到。第一道Daikon,蘿蔔片,上面撒了蝦碎ebi還有烏魚子碎karasumi,蘿蔔片口感清爽,海鮮碎調味。第二道Toro搭配Caper leaves刺山柑和Mitsuba三葉芹調味。吞拿魚肉非常肥,入口即化的質感,各種香料混合後,絕對重口味。 第三道Scallop扇貝加Chinese chive韭菜和lime綠檸檬,這道比較清新爽口,造型也很小清新。第四道Ganmo fried tofu ball搭配日式高湯。第五道Eel Arancini,arancini是意大利式的炸飯球,裡面包裹鰻魚,搭配海苔碎。 炸飯球的口感意外的好,沒有油膩乾燥的感覺,鰻魚的搭配第一次吃到,很有趣。第六道Octopus魷魚搭配shiso pesto紫蘇, taro芋頭。紫蘇和芋頭的存在感很低,芋頭因為非常油一開始沒有嘗出來。魷魚很軟嫩,味道不錯。第七道時蔬天婦羅,深炸過的時蔬,非常香脆,本身已帶調味,不需要再沾天婦羅汁。由於是深炸,所以略油膩。第八道Malloreddus意大利面,sake調汁,搭配saffron和karasumi烏魚子。湯汁很清淡,但是味道不減,這種感覺的意粉很特殊。但多吃幾口又覺得味道不夠豐富,略顯單調。第九道Squid Rice,XO醬炒魷魚米飯,味道非常的濃郁。整體感覺,這家餐廳的所有東西都是第一眼吸引眼球,但是經不起推敲,很符合網紅餐廳的潛質。環境,第一眼造型獨特,但實則不實用,感覺很不適合約會,三五好友喝幾杯又太過安靜。食物造型,最初一看比較吸睛,因為分量很小,都是一小盤一小盤的。味道非常直白,對於我這種重口味愛好者,最初吃下去覺得很不錯,但是多吃幾口層次感非常少,食材和口味都沒有高級感,就是醬汁的平鋪直敘。加上菜單選擇有限,很難想要回來吃第二次。 我覺得嘗試一次倒是可以的,但是要做長期聚點,還是差了不少。 continue reading

Stumbled upon this place walking around PMQ after dinner. They just so happened to be doing a collaboration with Pici so thought we should give it a try despite having dinner.Ordered the wagyu beef tongue katsu sando and the tiramisake from the collaboration menu.The sando was nice, the toast was amazing and the salsa verde and slaw really complimented the beef tongue however at $98 the price was pretty steep.The tiramisake again from the collab menu was a hit.
