今日去炮台山探姨姨,順便去食個lunch,呢區我以前細個成日都去,原來而家已經變咗咁多,多咗好多新嘅食肆,行行吓見到呢間越南小店,都見到有午餐優惠,就入去試下。小店內座位不多,不過位置都算闊落,幾適合喺附近返工人士嚟食飯。午餐餐牌價格便宜,$50左右就可,有飯及麵可選擇,還有數款小吃,外賣午餐只需$35,價格好優惠呢~香茅豬扒撈檬 $55撈檬好大碗好豐富,上面有大量花生碎、蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、生菜絲及乾蒜。檬粉乾爽有口感,倒入餐廳提供的越南酸汁,拌勻後味道好惹味。香茅豬扒煎得香脆,而且預先切好一件件,方便食用。熱檸水 $2午餐可以優惠價添加飲品。假日休閒吃個午餐,真是一個不錯的選擇。 continue reading

今日同屋企人去咗炮台山食越南嘢。西貢越南真味係一間小型餐廳,所以我哋坐咗喺出面食。我哋叫咗一人火車頭鍋粉、半生熟牛肉湯粉、安格斯牛肉湯粉、越式粉包同埋網紋春卷。一人火車頭鍋粉份量非常多,而且有好多餸菜,例如豬什,白蘿蔔,同埋最出名嘅生牛肉。河粉配合餸菜同埋芫荽一齊食,有芫荽嘅爽脆,生牛肉嘅鮮味,同埋河粉嘅幼滑,令到一啖入面有好多口感同埋味道,幾好食。另外,安格斯牛肉湯粉亦係另一個好推介。同其他半生熟牛肉湯粉唔同,安格斯牛肉有一半肥一半肉,所以食嘅時候口感比其他牛肉嫩滑,有入口即溶嘅感覺。除此之外,安格斯牛肉嘅牛味比其他牛肉重好多,各位鍾意食牛嘅朋友一定要試吓。而半生熟牛肉湯粉比安格斯牛肉湯粉價錢較平,但味道亦唔錯,而且牛肉份量多。喺小食方面,越式粉包好似潮州粉果,入面有花生,肉碎同埋蔥花。但係粉包嘅粉皮比潮州粉果嘅粉皮冇咁煙韌,亦冇咁通透。不過未到方便亦唔差,更加可以配合酸辣魚露醬汁一齊食,味道更佳。網紋春卷味道似酒樓嘅炸蘿蔔卷。外皮非常鬆脆,金黃嘅炸皮賣相誘人。而餡料方面,則有蘿蔔絲同肉碎。春卷皮會索曬啲酸辣魚露醬汁,所以一定要配合醬汁一齊食。整體而言,價錢合理,份量不錯,下次經過北角或者炮台山可以走入內街試吓。 continue reading

自從喺澳洲返左黎香港之後都好少食越南野澳洲嘅越南河粉實在太好味因為全部都係真.越南人烹調喺香港暫時都仲未搵得返嗰種味道但係呢日返娘家路經過見到呢間越南小店勾翻起唔少回憶決定去試吓叫左生牛肉檬粉同一杯青檸梳打係冇期望嘅情況下竟然有驚喜真係有澳洲食越南河嘅感覺味道清甜一啲都唔鹹肉味濃郁而不膩神奇的是食完唔口渴之餘仲忍唔住飲晒碗湯整體感覺好好味道值得一讚而且我覺得最重要的是美食.有時候唔一定要米芝蓮幾多粒星用多珍貴的食材其實就好似食神入邊嘅黯然銷魂飯一樣最好嘅美食其實就係可以勾起你美好回憶霎時感動的彌足珍貴 continue reading

陪老公來炮台山覆診,午飯便順理成章在區內解決。本來提議去木蘭苑「金鑽名軒」飲茶,點知嚟到時發現地下開咗間人氣越南湯河店「Saigon Pho 西貢越南真味」。據知餐廳一直深受不少名人、明星及飲食達人捧場,沒想到原來已經殺出西貢和九龍城,於食肆林立的電氣道開設分店,反正沒吃過,決定即時轉軚。看看門外餐牌,午市套餐價錢非常經濟,$50 起已經有交易,而外賣更只需 $35,非常抵食。 拉開趟門內進,原來店內地方不大,只有七張細圓檯,但環境看起來不錯,佈置簡潔明亮,帶點田園風,令人感覺舒適。午市餐牌很簡單,以湯粉、飯或撈檬類為主,而客人凡惠顧任何上述食品,均可以特惠價錢點選飲品及小食。大家都不約而同地看中了店裡的半生熟牛肉湯粉 ($50),一於一人一碗,唔使爭。先呷一口湯底試試,據店員稱,湯底是用了大量鮮牛骨來熬製,味道果然不俗,不太濃亦不太淡,既鮮甜又不油膩。牛肉色澤鮮紅,輕輕浸湯後品嚐即吃到濃郁的牛肉味,再伴以少許九層塔吃,簡直是超級大滿足!另外河粉同白蘿蔔亦有水準,河粉薄而滑溜,不會因為浸泡得過久而發脹; 而蘿蔔亦清甜無渣。飲品每人點咗杯薄荷青檸特飲 (+$18),成品以一個透明玻璃杯盛載,用料十足,望落去滿是冰涼感覺,清甜嘅青檸加埋清新嘅薄荷,倍添清爽! continue reading
