老婆話約咗朋友食飯,既然是夜無飯開,要食自己,當然「嗱嗱淋」趁機約啲老友出嚟短聚吓,食餐飯,傾吓偈。地點無所謂,茶記就最無負擔架喇,一來平靚正,二來啱我哋啲麻甩佬。踏入餐廳,一室以湖水藍為主調,樓底亦較高,以茶記而言,空間感很好,加上地方企理,夠光猛。話就話香港經濟唔好,但唔喺講笑,接近坐滿,聽到店員跟顧客啲對話,就知街坊多。基本茶記設定,枱面放咗啲調味包,枱側枱桶就放滿餐具,排列整齊。講到食物,茶記勁就勁在乜都有,由鐵板精選,到常餐、蔥油系列、日式蛋包飯、世一金牌炸雞、西式碟頭、秘製馬來咖喱、皇牌焗飯、意國風情、健康蒸選、鮮魚湯泡飯、小食,以及各款飲品。晌門口仲見到有啲二人小菜套餐、二人蒸餸套餐,定價亦好實惠羅宋湯啲套餐寫明奉送基本熱飲,不過,落單無耐,店員就奉上例湯,真有心,雖然無得揀,喺羅宋湯,但我哋都啱飲,而且,味道夠濃,酸香醒胃,裡面又多料喎,真唔錯。豉汁蒸倉魚 $70老友向來食嘢比較健康,所以,瞄準晌健康蒸選度揀,餐牌都標明蒸魚需時15分鐘,食好嘢當然等吓無所謂。揀豉汁就特別惹味,條倉魚好大條,望落去色澤閃閃爧,食落去真喺蒸得啱啱好,啲肉無黐骨,而且,肉質挺身而嫩滑,又好有魚嘅鮮甜味,當然啲豉汁都好正,撈飯真喺無得輸。梅柚子梳打 +$9老友話想試特別少少,就揀咗呢一杯梳打,有相你睇,真喺落咗好多柚子蜜,所以,佢話入口已好有柚子香,口感清爽,再將粒話梅篤爛去,再入口帶點酸咪咪嘅感覺,多添加一份酸香感,佢更建議食鐵板餐配呢個一流。花膠三黃雞魚湯泡飯 $62肥隔離枱啲鐵板餐咋咋聲,都想試試店家嘅鐵板餐,不過,顧及老友,我都揀咗個幾健康嘅鮮魚湯泡飯。雖然話泡飯,但上菜時喺湯飯分開上,所以,小弟倒大半碗飯落湯,小半碗就撈豉汁食。講番個泡飯,啲雞真喺幾滑,以為份量唔多,卻喺越食越有咁,個人而言,花膠都OK,再炆腍身啲就更好,且有很多菇菌,而魚湯滲入少少雞油,就更加正,伴上飯,真喺好味。紅豆冰 +$9朝早早餐飲咗咖啡,晏晝午飯整咗杯奶茶,夜晚就節制少少,改試紅豆冰,因為見佢加$9都唔喺貴。杯紅豆冰一睇就知有非常多紅豆,而且,煮得又綿,味道好清甜,撈勻啲奶水,好飲又好食。雖然兩個人試嘅嘢唔多,但都食到有質素,招呼又唔錯,地方企理,食茶記好就好在又無加一,所以,真喺值得翻兜。Read More

又嚟食世一冰室,雞就係一定要叫上次叫咗湯飯, 今次就叫其他好食嘅餐廳就真係座無虛席,等咗一陣先有位今日大家都好肚餓,所以就叫足一隻雞未有雞食住,就先嚟一個羅宋湯,係好有驚喜,好好味,好濃世一金牌炸雞雖然叫全隻雞,但佢都分開兩邊一嚟到香噴噴,就好想一手拎上手嚟食。不過要留意,真係、真係、真係好熱、好熱、好熱,要冷靜一下攤一攤先呢隻雞外皮炸得金黃香脆,一咬就會微微脆響,雞肉好入味帶微微的淮鹽香,雖然另外再配有啲淮鹽,但係已經唔需要再點,好夠味內裡肉質保持多汁嫩滑,我覺得好食過上次,雞胸都滑,脆皮嫩肉,好鍾意呢種炸雞,唔會有厚厚嘅炸皮,雞皮都覺得係香口惹味。炸雞仲配兩個配菜,可以揀意粉飯薯菜沙律。 因為我哋另外仲有一個肉醬意粉,所以就揀咗沙律同埋炸薯角今次係芝士肉醬焗意粉,肉醬味道濃郁帶點香甜,芝士勁厚又拉絲,每啖都好滿足。貪得意叫咗一份小食吉列豬扒,外皮炸得夠脆,肉質保持嫩滑落單時問了一下,竟然真喺有浸菜,仲要魚湯浸菜只係19蚊抵食食咗咁多肉,加一個菜心,成個人都覺得舒服咗好多價錢唔係貴,有一種大快朵頤的感覺環境方面,餐廳光線明亮,座位舒適,侍應態度友善,落單迅速,整體用餐體驗舒服愉快。Read More

今日去長沙灣試左呢間特色茶餐廳 - 世一冰室。坐低無耐就送左兩個羅宋湯俾我哋飲,好足料。半隻世一金牌炸雞配茄汁意粉 ($78)呢份炸雞絕對係世一冰室嘅名物,見到差不多枱枱都有order嚟食。雞係用左新鮮三黃雞,食得出比出面炸雞嘅雞味係濃得多,而呢度炸雞做法亦都似酒樓啲炸子雞,所以唔會食到好厚嘅炸粉外皮,而係炸到薄脆嘅雞皮,同時雞肉仲可以保留肉汁,就算唔係脾位肉質都好嫩滑。另外,呢份炸雞係跟埋泰式辣醬同淮鹽一齊上枱,夾埋嚟食味道更有層次。土魷蒸肉餅配白飯 ($56)肉餅即叫即蒸,上枱見到超大塊直頭大過隻碟,肉餅本身夠厚實,但食落又唔會覺得蒸得過火,主角土魷就舖到成塊肉餅面都有,加埋個豉油撈飯食剛剛好 。魚湯時蔬 ($19)今次揀左食菜芯,浸喺鮮魚湯入面咁食可以平衡番呢餐其他餸嘅油膩。紅豆冰 跟餐($9)蜂蜜百香果 跟餐($9)呢度跟餐叫特飲都只係加$9,都幾抵,紅豆冰唔算太甜,紅豆份量多,而且煮得夠淋,另外蜂蜜百香果亦夠清新,甜甜酸酸,非常開胃。Read More
