係中環區呢個咁昂貴嘅地段,要搵到一間真正平靚正嘅餐廳的確唔容易,但係唔容易又唔等於完全無,慶幸透過朋友介紹,我搵到一間CP 值甚高嘅日式西餐廳。餐廳因爲係樓上舖加上唔知係咪因爲日本人主理嘅關係,主要食客都係一啲居港日本人,加上店內環境簡約,燈光柔和,所以身在其中都不禁有種隱世嘅感覺Pomodoro : 小小嘅法包上面放滿左沾滿九層塔同蒜香味嘅蕃茄肉,酸酸甜甜嘅味道的確能夠喚醒食欲。我諗呢個就係Appetizer嘅精妙之處。Shimeji Pizza : 芝士加上日本真姬菇放滿整塊薄脆餅底。芝士嘅咸香味加上真姬菇嘅微甜味,加上薄餅帶有少少蕃茄醬,去除左芝士嘅膩。咬落去,頭先嘅講嘅味道充斥住整個口腔,不得了!Beef Tenderloin (Medium):肉質Juicy嘅牛腰肉,淋上疑似係紅酒汁嘅dressing, 再配上朋友食完之後高度評價嘅烤薯粒,實在無得輸。Salmon e crema : 將慢煮過嘅三文魚粒拌入忌廉汁,再淋係意粉上面。濃厚嘅口感有別於一般嘅carbonara,濃稠度唔會厚身到話食兩啖就滯住食唔到其他野人均消費大約$200左右。 continue reading

在中環蘭桂坊附近尋間未曾試過的餐廳,看openrice此間有好評,環境唔錯。shimeji沙律$90,以為係蛋片或蛋碎,原來係溫泉蛋,但好細隻,一般, 菇菇生菜爽口,沙律油香,問侍應佢話係橄欖油加咗啲鹹魚汁,真係咁?Bruschetta,(Pomodo)$80,法包無烘過,蕃茄唔甜,味道帶鹹,冇橄欖油香味,兼冇香草味,失敗!Salmone e cream$140 忌廉汁三文魚意粉,三文魚鞋,冇三文魚味,汁是忌廉湯,無芝士,雖滑,用多奶,奶蘇味重,意粉煙硬,ok。Pizza Bismarck$140個皮唔熱唔脆,芝士熱軟身,做法有難度,火腿好鹹。 continue reading

忙碌工作了一整個早上就跟同事們去吃頓好的午餐 第二次來到這間餐廳吃飯了,二話不說就把牛扒 - Bistecca Beef Steak加到了名單裡! 牛扒的肉質很鮮嫩軟稔又有嚼勁,而旁邊的薯仔每粒都被炸過,細心又惹味!特別欣賞它的啡色醬汁,充滿牛肉、牛油和香草的味道,甜甜的又濃郁非常!在寒冷的天氣下就放棄了這裡最有名的冷意粉,想不到這個三文魚忌廉意粉 - Salmone E Crema是出乎預料之外的美味!三文魚非常嫩滑,生熟程度控制的剛剛好,而意粉亦相當彈牙。重點是忌廉汁極之濃厚creamy,足以包裹每條意粉,讓人一口接著一口啊!食肉獸友人嚷著要多點個肉類,於是這次就有機會試試它的豬排 - Grilled Maiale Pork。雖然沒有牛/羊排的惹味醬汁,但豬排被煎過後香脆之餘仍保留了肉汁,肉質亦很鮮嫩有嚼勁。 配上超好吃的炸薯粒和米飯,實在是一個非常飽肚之選。餐飲我們點了Cappuccino和Hot Lemon Tea。同事大讚Cappuccino有水準啊,而檸檬茶的檸檬也挺新鮮的。 continue reading

第一次去呢間餐廳,朋友介紹最好食係凍意粉,不過帶子嘅質素唔穩定,試過上菜係唔新鮮,就是叫我食三文魚。結果我吃下時感覺是腥腥地但不以為意。點知夜晚返到屋企胃抽筋然後嚴重肚瀉,去左睇醫生,確定係食物中毒,而唯一我食過嘅就係三文魚,其他當日食嘅野家人朋友都有共享。過兩日就去旅行,真係俾呢間餐廳累死,大家要小心 continue reading
