一個人唔知食咩好,突然想食魚生飯,膽粗粗即管試下!有個魚生丼定食,完全唔駛用腦諗,馬上柯打試試!個定食黎到絕對有驚喜,除咗碗靚靚魚生飯,仲有麵豉湯、麻醬豆腐,同埋一個小菜,其他地方通常係幾條支豆又或者醃菜,呢度竟然係一碗牛腩,又甜又淋,好得👍🏻魚生飯既魚生款式大路,但份量好足,而且夠新鮮,性價比高,食哂真係勁飽,$120埋單真係抵到震!唯一唔掂係個麵豉湯,淡而無味,可惜!位置好易搵,就喺太子金鳳隔離 continue reading

和朋友許久沒見,相約在太子吃個quick lunch,選了佐禾町居食屋。我們接近2pm才到達,過了繁忙的午市時段,不用等位便能入座。餐牌上的選項以和風定食最多,而刺身定食、壽司定食及魚生丼定食都只是各得一款。壽司定食及魚生丼定食更是隨機,不設自選,交由廚師發辦。魚生丼定食 ($108),丼飯配胡麻豆腐、前菜及湯品。魚生丼用料豐富,有赤蝦、海膽、帆立貝、三文魚等共7款刺身,還有甜蛋。除了赤蝦外,每款刺身都有2件,刺身味道都算鮮甜,沒什麼雪味。能吃那麼多件刺身,好滿足!簡簡單單的胡麻豆腐,豆腐的豆味夠香,配上淡淡芝麻醬香及木魚碎的鮮香,對味的小吃。前菜是芝麻雞翼,炸得夠脆口,又能保持肉汁。唯一就是味增湯稍稍淡口一點。 continue reading
