鐵路的帶動下,令我多踏足西環,感覺好有趣,既熟悉又陌生。今日黎到飲個早茶,裡外都有舊時代的味道,坐位的空間有限,搭枱而坐,茶客之間的交談,茶客與夥計之間的互動,確是有趣。點心方面大致滿意,大部分價位於$15 - $20:叉燒包:味道唔錯,汁料唔會太咸糯米雞:糯米飯煮到剛好,唔會起糊,唔太咸大包:現在已買少見少,本人最愛,內裡的雞有3-4件,有蛋,外皮鬆軟,正呀!燒賣:真材實料,有食到豬肉的香,沒有混入大量的肥肉,有蝦有蟹籽!粉果和叉燒腸都對味!下次會衝著大包和燒賣再來! continue reading

好細嘅一間早茶鋪,經過港大霖起之前睇過openrice嘅推介,話哩間好食不過又唔貴,食完之後覺得果真好平好抵食!!!不過哩度真係好難搵吖...喺嚟嘅路上問咗個靚仔哈哈哈哈哈人地仲好鬼死nice咁幫我地check下點去~~店面真係好細,得兩個服務生,店入面人超級多。因為其實真係唔喺好餓,只不過過嚟試一試口味咁,所以就點咗三樣,鳳爪,燒賣同鮮蝦腸粉。鳳爪幾入味,啲骨都煲到好淋,好啱我口味,怪唔得好多長者都嚟哩度食。燒賣味道都算ok啦,不過好細一件,份量唔大。腸粉喺三樣野入面最好食嘅,腸粉皮軟得嚟又唔厚,點豉油食好香。 continue reading

Tried this place because it was always shown on the front page of this website.The dimsums taste ok but not the best. However they are healthier than other places because there is no oil, not even a drop.The chicken was fresh, moist and bouncy even though it looked dry and unappealing.There was a big chunk of lean chicken thigh in the middle. continue reading

来港已经一月 也曾去富临酒家叹过早茶 上个星期看了一篇推文 没想到离自己住的地方那么近就有一家早茶小店 小店看起来很有年代感了 老板是一个啊伯 店里的客人也是老年人居多 看来这间店在街坊四邻的口碑很好 所以才有那么多人光顾四个人把点心菜牌上的几乎点过了一轮 最推荐的就是马拉糕 真真好吃 软香甜 然后是牛肉肠 很有料!!好吃!而且老板很热情四个人吃得饱饱的 人均才33简直太能更实惠了!!以后会多多帮衬的! continue reading

先講講古,叁去壹呢個咁特別嘅名嘅起源,其實有少少搞笑,話說原本有三個合伙人,其中一個去黃大仙求籤,籤文話佢唔適合做生意,於是臨時縮沙,三個合伙人減去一個,於是叫叁去壹雖然話五點開鋪,但四點幾已經有個阿叔衝入嚟自斟自飲。就算係閒日,由天未光到九點,一直枱枱坐滿,熟客們互相講聲早晨,搭枱的與鄰桌的高談闊論,不用點菜,大師兄已自動把熟客食慣的點心送到枱上。腸粉看來很受街坊歡迎。大師兄曾受邀到日本研發改良急凍蝦餃,質量當然有返咁上下。傳統細細粒嘅蝦餃,一啖一粒,皮薄晶瑩煙韌彈牙,餡料也是老派的調味,筍絲鮮蝦豬肉簡單卻又經典的味道。招牌點心之一燒賣雖然也有蝦的成份,但與一般酒樓有隻蝦放面不同,它的蝦已混入豬肉餡料當中。肥肉份量頗多,肉味取勝,古早獨特懷舊風味大包,以前勞動階層草根之選,依家已成為戀舊之選。傳說中大包啲餡喺用賣剩嘅食材整,但今日問過師傅佢話一向唔係,要專登整嘅,每家店大包嘅餡都唔一樣,呢度有啲雞包仔嘅餡、烚蛋、叉燒,有啲鋪頭會有燒鴨火腩。 continue reading
