I am not a steak lover, but as a friend highly recommended and restaurant week, so gave it a try.The environment was classic and nice. I ordered a steak (medium rare as they suggested) and it’s really nice ( although my picture looked bad)! Be careful with the dish as it’s really hot to keep the steak warm.This restaurant changed me to a steak lover and I will be back.

這家是一間正宗美囯牛扒店,在HK開很久了,有 20年了吧。深柚木地板,昏暗情調的燈光,很寬闊的坐位,枱與枱之間也有足夠的空位。前菜点了吞拿魚,小小的共8件,加了檸檬汁後,再配酸姜一起吃,很特別。沙律的菜是正常,但勝在有乾火腿粒及一些乾果及芝士,三者併合起來很夾,很爽脆,有鮮咸味亦有乾果香。牛柳超贊,碟子明顯在焗爐焗過,基本不能手碰碟子,在厚厚的牛柳上面是 sauce, 有蒜蓉,芝士,鹽,香草。切下牛柳,牛肉汁流出,混和上述醬汁,這一件牛柳,確很好吃。龍蝦湯一般,不夠濃,蝦殼腥味不足。飲品叫了 cocktail, Appletini 做得很好,用了 fresh greenapple juice 來做,Tequila Sunrise 很清爽,Vodka不會下的太多,橙汁及石榴汁的比例亦可以,喝下有甜混和小小酸,很開胃,Cuba Libra, 就是coke 加 Rum, 很難做得不好的。全程吃得開心,食物水準及氣氛環境都一流,結帳時用信用卡,也就沒另外再給小費了,Waiter 馬上超級黑面。Nice Steak but Plastic Waiter.

尤其是最頂層還有點生的感覺

吃起來很綿密

再配上一旁的莓果醬及水果的鮮味

沖淡了起司的膩

配起來好好吃啊 ⊙﹏⊙

經理很熱情態度一直很好

也有幫我們拍一張製成卡片唷!!

今年的生日大餐體驗也是100分,

環境氣氛很好,

服務也很熱情經理笑容滿面,

感覺非常自在舒服,

食物方面這次點的也都超越水準,

用餐之前有聽朋友說覺得台灣的不好吃,

肉質很硬之類,

所以對結果有點意外,

若要以此次用餐經驗來講的話,

看了此餐廳最近在OpenRice的宣傳文章,經Openrice訂了聖誕12月25日的午餐,訂枱時已指明要$488 的OpenRice Special Menu,文章中亦沒有標明有任何日子不適用,餐廳亦隨即確認訂座。在12月18日,餐廳來電確認訂座時,已即時主動向餐廳查詢聖誕會否有其他安排,餐廳回覆沒有特別安排,請客人在出行前自己打電話問是否有特別安排!!!在12月24日,主動打電話問餐廳,終於告知聖誕只限貴一倍的Christmas Menu!!!只能無奈取消訂座,但因忘記用何人之名訂枱,錯誤告知名字,但那名只說英語的員工只是急急說ok,沒有核對任何資料,草草收線。作為一間級數價位不低的餐廳,是次訂座經驗差劣。疫情關係,聖誕晚餐沒有了,午餐就這樣告吹,感覺太差了。如果貴餐廳要做推廣,麻煩寫清楚條款,若有任何安排上的變動,請主動告知你的客人,而非要你的客人主動詢問!貴餐廳在聖誕不做OpenRice Special Menu,你應及早通知客人,讓客人可提前再作安排。還有,不是每個客人都會好心提前打電話的,如果去到先發現不能享用已在訂座時指明的Menu,你是想騎劫客人還是要客人在聖誕白行一趟?

扒房一直座落於金鐘這個位置,我想也超過十年之久吧!這間永恆不老的扒房,雖然定價有點高,不過慶生的話,豪一次又何妨?點了兩份最平$800 set dinner, 分別在於牛扒份量的多寡,肉是10安士,但配上前菜,伴碟,甜品已非常足夠。肉的品種是US Prime的New York及Rib Eye, 前者較有嚼口,後者軟滑,兩款都很好吃,灑上黑胡椒粉已很惹味。前菜點了生牛肉薄片及周打粟米湯;配菜點了薯蓉及忌廉菠菜,薯蓉很香滑,菠菜是我喜歡的口感,煮得很淋,混和著忌廉,全都給我吃光!不用特別吩咐,服務員主動在甜品寫上生日祝福,生日歌伴奏,拍硬照。芝士蛋糕香滑,雖然邪惡,但我也抗拒不了,全個吃掉!食物質素,環境及服務無可挑剔,是特別紀念日必選的用餐地方。

Been there twice in the last month which was at the peak of the pandemic. I went with my son and wife and ordered the Tomahawk for the three of us to share. The texture of the meat was weird and nothing like what I had expected. All in all that was a terrible meal. Today my family went again and surprisingly were struck with disappointment again. My wife also remarked that the bar smells like a toilet. The restaurant is dated, food quality has completely gone down the drain and an overhaul

用上最高質嘅USDA牛,雖然Restaurant week只係包4 oz,份量的確有啲細,但已經足以令我品嚐到佢有幾好味🤩用牛油去煎,其後再放上牛油喺面,所以成塊牛扒都充滿着牛油嘅香氣🧈而且本身牛味好濃,唔需要加額外嘅調味料已經非常美味❗️另外仲好貼心咁連隻碟都係非常之熱,不過就會令到牛肉更熟🙈本身嗌左五成熟,擺一陣就變咗七成,但出乎意料地口感依然好好,質地有少少呈絲狀,有咬口得來但唔會覺得乾或者鞋。的確係一塊無論味道定係口感都高質嘅牛扒❗️如果你鍾意重牛味同埋有少少咬口嘅牛扒就一定要試!

令一個佢哋嘅經典菜式🤩用上牛油煎到外層微脆,香氣撲鼻,食之前再加上少許檸檬汁。蟹餅本身用上大量蟹肉堆砌而成,神奇地內裏係有少少流質、creamy嘅感覺,應該係用上蛋黃醬芝士等製成,的確好美味!

整體來講食物嘅質素全部都係水平之上🥰每一道菜都做到好高嘅水準,只係份量有少少細,並唔係平價餐廳,性價比冇咁高🙈但入面嘅服務質素真係好高,全部侍應都好非常熟悉菜式,完全有賓至如歸嘅感覺。
