趁住 Restaurant Week (Winner Edition) 完結之前去埋Ruth Chris,晚餐係 HK$398 + 10%。地理位置非常方便,就係力寶中心地下,金鐘地鐵站一出去就係啦。🚇Caesar SaladFresh Romaine with a creamy Caesar dressing沙律賣相一般,但係都好食嘅。🥗麵包同牛油就正常發揮,冇乜特別。🥖Petite Fillet (4 oz) Upgrade to Oscar Style (Crab cake, asparagus and béarnaise sauce) (add HK$100)塊扒份量較少,唔夠食嘅話可以再升級!今次就叫咗個Oscar style,有蟹餅同埋蘆筍,感覺更加完整!🤩Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach 兩樣side dishes 都非常不錯,好食!😚Mini New Orleans CheesecakeChocolate ice cream朱古力雪糕有驚喜,雪糕入邊有一塊塊嘅Chocolate chips,真係一個完美嘅ending。🥳埋單約HK$650 per head。之前有去過尖東嘅分店,今次試埋金鐘嘅分店,感覺上好似尖東嘅服務比較好啲!😀 continue reading

說我是一個牛魔王可以說一點也沒錯😆,一有牛扒食,我馬上充電,多多都食得落🤪🤪🤪 今次有幸來到Ruth’s Chris steak house,品嚐美國風味牛扒真是令我非常興奮🥰。中午是按午餐點的,$488一位一點也不便宜,體驗及服務來說是值得的。 餐廳環境清靜,坐在卡位地方闊落,閒日絕對是與外藉客戶傾談生意的好地方。首先送上龍蝦🦞湯及新鮮焗起的麵包🥯,龍蝦湯很香濃,喝得出是使用上很多蝦榖來煲,加上白酒調味及龍蝦肉,配上麵包和軟牛油,哈哈,我已經飽了一大半。之後,我心愛的菲力牛排🥩上到,是次按侍應推薦點了三成熟,因有碟子的熱力,吃的時候剛好五成熟,我個人覺得很合適,肉質鮮嫩多汁很香牛肉味。美國牛肉在味道方面的確比其他西方國家較為優勝。配菜選了炸洋蔥圈及macaroni cheese, 兩樣均是美式快餐經典😋😋😋。最後,吃一個紐約芝士蛋糕🍰作為這餐的完結。 continue reading

扒房一直座落於金鐘這個位置,我想也超過十年之久吧!這間永恆不老的扒房,雖然定價有點高,不過慶生的話,豪一次又何妨?點了兩份最平$800 set dinner, 分別在於牛扒份量的多寡,肉是10安士,但配上前菜,伴碟,甜品已非常足夠。肉的品種是US Prime的New York及Rib Eye, 前者較有嚼口,後者軟滑,兩款都很好吃,灑上黑胡椒粉已很惹味。前菜點了生牛肉薄片及周打粟米湯;配菜點了薯蓉及忌廉菠菜,薯蓉很香滑,菠菜是我喜歡的口感,煮得很淋,混和著忌廉,全都給我吃光!不用特別吩咐,服務員主動在甜品寫上生日祝福,生日歌伴奏,拍硬照。芝士蛋糕香滑,雖然邪惡,但我也抗拒不了,全個吃掉!食物質素,環境及服務無可挑剔,是特別紀念日必選的用餐地方。 continue reading

Been there twice in the last month which was at the peak of the pandemic. I went with my son and wife and ordered the Tomahawk for the three of us to share. The texture of the meat was weird and nothing like what I had expected. All in all that was a terrible meal. Today my family went again and surprisingly were struck with disappointment again. My wife also remarked that the bar smells like a toilet. The restaurant is dated, food quality has completely gone down the drain and an overhaul is way overdue and I promise myself that I will not pay patronage to RC again if it didn’t do some major renovation and improve its food services. continue reading

茹絲葵牛排餐廳 #金鐘❗️超傳統美式老店扒房❗️金鐘呢間傳統美式老扒房係我由細到大一直好想試嘅餐廳😍平時晚市要成$900,咁啱前排Restaurant week, $398/1就食到3 course,即刻book咗位😆成間餐廳無論係裝修定係食物果然好有美式嘅感覺,仲洋溢着牛油嘅香氣🧈垂涎三尺。先來頭盤,另外仲會有一條法包。Carpaccio🐮Served with Parmesan cheese, fresh black pepper and ceased 生牛肉🥩配上芝士醬🧀牛肉切到薄薄一片,近乎入口即溶,配上鹹香嘅芝士醬同埋黑椒,滋味無比!味道: 4.2/5Crab and corn chowder🍲用上蟹肉、粟米、洋蔥、蜆肉等食材整成嘅周打湯。雖然用上粟米,但個湯本身並無粟米味,而係香濃嘅海鮮忌廉香🤤啱晒我呢啲唔鍾意食粟米嘅人。味道: 4/5嚟到扒房又點可以唔食佢哋最出名嘅牛扒呢Petite fillet🥩Corn fed premium USDA Beef 用上最高質嘅USDA牛,雖然Restaurant week只係包4 oz,份量的確有啲細,但已經足以令我品嚐到佢有幾好味🤩用牛油去煎,其後再放上牛油喺面,所以成塊牛扒都充滿着牛油嘅香氣🧈而且本身牛味好濃,唔需要加額外嘅調味料已經非常美味❗️另外仲好貼心咁連隻碟都係非常之熱,不過就會令到牛肉更熟🙈本身嗌左五成熟,擺一陣就變咗七成,但出乎意料地口感依然好好,質地有少少呈絲狀,有咬口得來但唔會覺得乾或者鞋。的確係一塊無論味道定係口感都高質嘅牛扒❗️如果你鍾意重牛味同埋有少少咬口嘅牛扒就一定要試!味道: 4.2/5Sizzling Blue Crab Cake🦀 Two jumbo lump crab cake with sizzling butter 令一個佢哋嘅經典菜式🤩用上牛油煎到外層微脆,香氣撲鼻,食之前再加上少許檸檬汁。蟹餅本身用上大量蟹肉堆砌而成,神奇地內裏係有少少流質、creamy嘅感覺,應該係用上蛋黃醬芝士等製成,的確好美味!味道: 4.4/5每人仲有一個配菜,我哋每款揀咗一個。SidesMashed potato🥔奶香味甚重,成個薯蓉非常之creamy,真係滑到不得了!味道: 4/5Creamed spinach🥗忌廉菠菜同樣美味無比,煮到淋晒嘅菠菜加上忌廉汁,輕鬆清晒成碟!味道: 4.3/5最後嚟到甜品,經典嘅款式,味道出奇地好!Dessert Mini New Orleans Cheesecake🍰呢個紐約芝士蛋糕夠晒rich夠晒creamy🤤特別欣賞佢面頭仲加上雲呢拿醬,令到成個味道豐富左好多❗️此外佢個餅底亦都做得好好,平衡晒消化餅味、牛油味同埋香脆嘅口感。味道: 4.3/5Chocolate ice cream🍨呢個朱古力雪糕本身以為普普通通,點知都有驚喜喎🤩用上香醇嘅黑朱古力整成🍫味道同haagan dazs嘅比利時朱古力味有啲相似,但勝在入面嘅朱古力塊更大更多,朱古力控一定滿意!味道: 4.1/5整體性價比: 4/5 (restaurant week)整體來講食物嘅質素全部都係水平之上🥰每一道菜都做到好高嘅水準,只係份量有少少細,並唔係平價餐廳,性價比冇咁高🙈但入面嘅服務質素真係好高,全部侍應都好非常熟悉菜式,完全有賓至如歸嘅感覺。 continue reading
