難得嘅週末,我決定犒勞自己一頓豐盛嘅午餐。於是決定去呢間店食火鍋。坐低之後,店員推薦咗幾款精選食材,我毫不猶疑咁點咗幾道自己最鍾意嘅,結果唔小心點咗太多,仲好自己比較大食啲。我揀嘅湯底係花膠湯,金黃色嘅,散發住濃郁嘅膠質感,湯水粘稠順滑,帶住濃厚嘅味道。滾咗一陣之後,香味都開始撲鼻而來,感覺非常唔錯。一開始,我先對和牛肉片落手,牛肉切片得啱啱好,唔會太厚或者太薄,喺熱湯裏面滾一滾,肉質瞬間變得柔嫩,仲帶住淡淡嘅奶香,好食到停唔落嚟。接著係白鱔片,佢哋嘅魚肉質好緊實又有啲彈牙,非常鮮甜,咬嘅時候仲可以感受到魚肉細膩嘅口感,好讚!我仲點咗黑松露蟹籽魚麵,魚制得非常彈牙爽口,放入湯裏面煮之後,吸滿咗花膠湯嘅精華,每一啖都好正,味道非常美味,蟹籽喺嘴巴裏面爆開,口感非常豐富。最後,再嚟一杯清爽嘅藍檸檬梳打,非常爽口,啱啱好可以洗去口中嘅濃郁味道,火鍋後飲就好nice。全部都太好食啦,點咗太多,食得好飽,但係非常滿足。下次再光臨。 continue reading

前晚約咗幾位好朋友去觀塘米走雞食火鍋,寒冷嘅天氣真係最啱圍埋一齊打邊爐~呢間餐廳之前喺網上見過好多好評,所以都好期待試吓✨講下嗰鍋蒜蓉蜆湯底,湯底好香蒜味,又煮出蜆嘅鮮甜味,清清地但又好有層次,好啱鍾意自然味道嘅人。啲蜆仲好新鮮,煮耐咗啲湯仲越嚟越濃郁,一啖接一啖。澳洲和牛嘅肩胛肉片同雪花肥牛真係冇得輸,啲油花分佈均勻,唔會過肥,入口好嫩滑,煮幾秒啱啱好,仲保留住牛肉嘅香味,好滿足🥩精品拼盤真係幾特別,有蝦膠手打魚蛋、黑松露墨魚丸同嫩滑嘅墨魚滑,啲丸好彈牙,黑松露嗰個仲帶淡淡嘅菌香味,幾有層次感。蝦餅入面滿滿嘅蝦肉餡,鮮味十足。冷萃花茶就帶住花香,用嚟中和吓火鍋嘅油膩感☕️~總括嚟講,呢間餐廳啲火鍋選擇好多,食材又新鮮,感覺同朋友一齊食得好開心,真係唔錯~會再嚟過!🎉✨ continue reading
