RUAM 隱身在灣仔船街 J senses的一樓,要行過一條色彩繽紛的樓梯先去到。餐廳分了戶外、室內兩部分,戶外的風機都非常足夠,就算是夏天坐外面也沒有大問題。適逢周末,又唔想諗食咩,就試了$258 per person的sharing menu。頭盤包括木瓜沙律、肉碎生菜包、燒豬頸肉和冬蔭公湯,會按人數預相應的份量。另外可一人選一份主菜,我們選了馬沙文咖喱羊肉配薄餅和泰式炒金邊粉。沙律好新鮮好足料,有爽口的木瓜絲、豆角、車厘茄和花生碎,食落好香魚露味,味道鮮甜。冬陰公一人一碗。酸酸地很開胃,辣辣地夠正宗,湯料也很豐富。肉碎炒得乾身,吃下去不會很飽膩。味道酸辣,用生菜包起來吃很清新。生菜佔了半隻碟,如果肉碎可以多一點會更好。烤豬頸肉外脆內軟,肉質嫩滑,帶有炭燒的味道。蘸蘸酸辣的醬汁,吃起來更開胃。主菜方面,點了馬莎文咖哩羊肉,香味濃郁,配薄餅吃非常惹味。薄餅也非常酥香,單吃已很滋味。另一份主菜點了泰式海鮮金邊粉,味道不錯,屬正常發揮。套餐不包飲品,這杯thai milk tea 可request少甜少冰。茶底香濃又不會過甜 continue reading
