在一個滂沱大雨的日子,到了一家泰國餐廳食午餐。走入一樓的餐廳,地板是濕漉漉的,真的要小心地滑!用餐處位於室外,又熱又焗,果真很熱帶!先來一杯生啤,較為淡口,不太夠醇,況且跟著食物很久才出現,等到啤酒都不凍了,毫不暢快。之後起碼二十分鐘才上桌的小食拼盤,有串燒雞、串燒牛、素春卷、蝦餅及魚餅。點醬有花生醬、甜酸醬和辣汁等等。串燒牛最香最好食,其次乃蝦餅,爽彈有蝦味,但是就算如此,跟著狂浪的上菜簡直令人受不了。餘下的食物就是轉眼間一湧而上,差點放不下!泰式蟹肉奄列的蛋煎得挺身,不是滑溜溜的那款。蛋是夠香口的,配的酸辣醬也能減低油膩感。無奈吃下就只是蛋、蛋、蛋,完全食不出蟹肉在其中,奇怪。馬沙文咖哩羊膝是不辣的咖哩,但問題在於亦沒有任何香料味。羊膝的肉不夠腍,似乎沒有脂位的調和,極難扯開!配了薄餅,蘸著咖哩汁包著羊肉來吃,仍過不得去。輪到泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉,反為這道好像廚師忘記鹹味般,淡而無味。炒粉除了虎蝦之外,最多的居然是豆乾,還有數條漲卜卜的芽菜伴碟,就這麼多。唯一令小人有意慾再次起筷的竟然是這碟泰式鹹魚炒芥蘭!當鹹魚的鹹香遇上鮮甜的芥蘭,可說是一次完美的邂逅!別以為下雨可以降溫,這餐食到標汗,正正體驗到亞熱帶的焗熱瘋情! continue reading

同幾個朋友難得一聚, 朋友揀左喺灣仔鬧市嘅一間泰國菜🇹🇭🍽️ 原來離地鐵站幾分鐘路程, 行上一條小樓梯, 有一間隱世泰菜~ 環境好chill, 真係好有渡假嘅感覺🌴 尤其餐廳outdoor嘅位置, 夏天能會熱少少, 但氣氛一流~~平日黎Happy Hour飲返杯傾下計都係唔錯嘅選擇🍻食物都唔錯, 充滿泰式風味🇹🇭 叫左咖哩, 串燒, 炒飯, 炒闊河粉, 炸魷魚鬚🦑…當中特別推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟泰式蟹肉奄列🦀️奄列蛋香配上啖啖蟹肉, 口感同味道都👍🏻👍🏻🌟椰子雪糕🥥食完一餐香濃辛辣嘅泰菜, 最後以椰子雪糕作結非常圓滿❤️ 雪糕香滑, 椰子味好出好fresh🥥 continue reading

第一次寫食評!當晚係幫朋友慶祝生日,預先訂位時已經講咗甜品碟上字,叫左幾樣野食試,味道不過不失,最後上甜品時估唔到有煙花蠟燭驚喜不過成晚坐係戶外位置都好熱🥵成間餐廳偏暗又冇咩冷氣,而且成晚都好似好痕俾蚊咬咁,到最後埋完單隔咗成個星期見到信用卡俾佢收多咗一次錢,但係餐廳完全冇聯絡過我,直至打去問返佢先至向我道歉,佢offer我黎食多次用返個credit 我心諗緊係唔想啦,最後經理再次話幫我跟返退款,但係過咗幾個禮拜完全冇任何消息,要最後打去信用卡中心幫我處理,呢間餐廳真係試過就夠,唔會再嚟! continue reading
