2025年10月8日 星期三今日早左少少放工,諗住夜晚同老婆兩個人食好啲,專登喺網上面搵左呢一間餐廳,見環境同評價都唔錯餐廳位於灣仔鬧市之中,但一去到餐廳就即時有種泰國曼谷風情,無論佈置、燈光同格調都完全唔似係繁華嘅街道中,反而係有好chill既感覺餐牌上實在有太多食物選擇,每款都好吸引唔知揀咩好,好彩餐廳有提供每人只需要俾$398,餐廳就會安排唔同既食物,一定食到飽,我哋就決定交俾餐廳安排首先第一道上枱既就係泰式柚子沙律,賣相已經夠吸引——鋪係蕉葉上既沙律色彩繽紛,柚子果肉晶瑩剔透,配上香菜同乾蝦,一睇就知味道層次豐富入口先係柚子既清甜同微酸,然後馬上俾魚露同辣椒既鹹香辣勁包圍,唔係嗆喉果種辣,而係慢慢滲出既熱力,乾蝦則加添左鮮味同口感,整體味道好有泰國街頭小吃既感覺之後有泰式魚餅,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,咬落去唔會太硬,反而係微微彈牙,魚肉混合香料打得夠細緻,口感好滑味道方面,魚香中帶少少紅咖哩既辛辣,仲有一絲檸檬葉清香,唔會太重口味但夠晒惹味再黎有泰式豬頸肉,真係令人一試難忘肉質燒得啱啱好,外層微焦帶點脆,入面就保持住豬頸肉特有既彈性同油香,咬落去有種「啖啖肉」既滿足感上面仲灑上炸乾蔥,香氣即刻升級,仲有啲香菜點綴,視覺同味覺都照顧得到呢個係炸魷魚,強烈推薦,絕對係嗰種一上枱就令人想即刻夾一件嚟試嘅小食外皮炸得酥脆但唔厚,咬落去「卡滋」一聲,入面嘅魷魚肉質爽彈,完全冇腥味,反而帶出海鮮嘅鮮甜炸得夠乾身但唔油膩,食落好輕盈添跟住有青咖喱雞飯,咖喱醬汁香濃幼滑,椰奶味濃但唔會蓋過青咖喱本身既香料層次,雞肉煮得啱啱好,嫩滑入味,仲有泰國茄子同紅辣椒點綴,令整體口感更加豐富然後有炒通菜,睇落簡單,但味道絕對唔馬虎通菜炒得火喉十足,保持住爽脆口感,唔會焾焾地而蒜蓉落得夠多,香氣撲鼻,仲有紅辣椒點綴,微微辣勁令整碟菜更有層次最後甜品有黑白芒果糯米飯,糯米分成黑白兩種,白糯米軟糯香甜,黑糯米就帶少少嚼勁,兩者混合一齊食,口感好有層次上面淋上椰漿,甜而不膩,仲有陣陣椰香滲出添芒果切得厚身又熟透,果香濃郁,配埋糯米一齊食,真係完美結尾食完一餐咁豐富,呢個甜品就好似一個溫柔收尾,令人心情都靜落嚟食咗咁多嘢,埋單$1000都唔使,真係食到勁飽,十分滿足!!Read More
