在机场附近的富豪酒店觅食,原本只是图方便,没想到被这顿午餐圈了粉!早上已经在别的地方喝过早茶了,专挑些菜换口味。头道鱼粒羹就让人竖起大拇指!浓白汤底里裹着弹牙鱼丁,咸鲜味温柔地漫上舌尖。最绝是那盅花胶小白菜——胶质多到像在喝胶原蛋白果冻,白菜吸饱了汤汁依然脆生生的,配上四种秘制酱料轮番蘸,清淡却不寡淡。贵妃鸡上桌时还带着冰雾,鸡皮泛着晶莹剔透的光。筷子轻轻一划就骨肉分离,葱油酱往嫩得能掐出水的鸡肉上一淋,瞬间葱香扑鼻。这才发现原来白切鸡和贵妃鸡之间,只差一勺神仙酱料的距离!买单时瞄见邻桌的虾饺皇胖嘟嘟的,还有熊猫点心也还可以,默默记在小本本上:下回定要提前来试他家的王牌点心!

隔咗兩個月後又到機場一轉,今次約咗幾位機場同事聚一聚,今次覺得餐廳有唔同光猛咗好多,佢哋加咗啲霓虹中式招牌燈有點心、雲吞麵、蝦蟹海鮮同埋佢哋個招牌logo感覺好特別。今次點咗佢哋出名嘅:茶皇燻🐔(肉質嫩滑極有茶燻味)、櫻花🦐蛋白炒飯(每次必食),侍應推介廿四節氣湯:赤芝紅棗豬脊骨湯(因為呢個時候係24氣節裏面嘅「立夏」呢個湯好啱呢啲天氣飲)湯味道巧特別甘甘地、粉絲蝦煲(粉絲乾身、蝦好彈牙及好味)同埋幾款懷舊點心叫咗麻蓉包、蛋撻仔及香麻煎堆仔,三款點心都保持水準,枱面上見到有一個牌推介三款養生茶:輕盈消脂、無憂安神、凍齡養顏,侍應推介話有罐裝賣可送禮內有5包$115 ,朋友買咗一罐輕盈消脂茶😂😂

飲湯可以養生😙今日到富豪機場酒店,係為咗廿四節氣湯品而來,😙睇完網頁有廿四節氣嘅湯品,好似好好味真的要試一下😋👍今期係立夏,湯品係赤芝紅棗煲豬脊骨,我到咗酒店立即坐下即刻叫個侍應生叫一個24節氣湯品赤芝紅棗煲豬脊骨試一下😋👍個湯品送咗上枱一打開蓋已經聞到好重的赤芝紅棗味👍香味極之濃鬱😙未入口已經覺得好正👍當喝下一口的時候😝濃鬱的味道已經四散到口腔每一個角落🥰飲完呢個湯覺得非常之舒適寧神👌另外再叫咗一些點心啤梨鹹水角和瀨尿蝦餃,真的很特別瀨尿蝦餃都係第一次食👍瀨尿蝦肉非常之爽味道極為不錯👍😝啤梨鹹水角仲特別造成一個啤梨型開皮極之脆口,一個字都係話正👍👍👍下次另一個節氣睇下有啲咩靚湯繼續捧場🤤🤤

「紅軒直擊:叉燒流心包+古法棗蓉糕正到痺!」今次專攻懷舊點心!蜜汁叉燒唔係講笑,肥瘦三七開,外皮脆到似焦糖,咬落肉汁爆出嚟,阿姐勁好笑容:「後生仔食多件啦,補膠原啊!」跟手試古法棗蓉糕,酥皮層次多過千層麵,棗蓉香到阿婆年代嘅味道,甜度剛剛好唔黐喉~香酥小黃魚炸到連骨都脆,點喼汁食超惹味,部長主動過嚟問意見:「要唔要加多碟送啤酒?」(又提我開工唔飲得😭)服務貼心到呢~ 餐後甜品芝麻糊,補腦又醒神,送嘎!埋單每人兩舊半,抵食過茶記!真心話:叉燒包熱辣辣、換碟換得快,街坊價錢酒店質素,仲唔係機場隱世飯堂?下次一定再encore!
