今日同友人經過灣仔, 見到個易拉架上既燒春雞同豬手, 賣相非常吸引, 咁就揀左呢間作為午餐了。餐廳係樓上要行一層樓梯, 入面都幾大, 閒日12:30黎到都仲有少量位, 可能係未到尖峰時段。望望周圍食乜, 見台台都有叫脆皮春雞, 實物個樣都好掂。咁朋友就叫左脆皮春雞, 我廢事重複就叫左豬手食。等左10分鐘左右, 野食就到喇! 影完相就分開一半, 咁就可以兩樣都食晒。春雞 $64已經唔係春雞咁簡單, 同平時燒味果d雞係一樣大細, 賣相似半隻炸子雞, 有附上手套, 抵讚。食落去脆口, 有香味又滑, 點埋個准鹽食仲正。沙律我無食不過聽朋友講就普通下午菜果種沙律, 不過不失咁啦。豬手 $62豬手個樣同易拉架上面既就有唔同, 好似得返半隻咁, 味道都麻麻地, 完全唔係脆皮, 似白灼豬手加d汁咁, 不過佢入口都幾淋, 唔係好硬果種。反而薯條炸得幾脆, 件碟既配菜都有d味道唔係白灼。加埋杯凍飲$7, 春雞就認真抵食夾大份, 同區呢個價錢相信係無對手, 值得再去。 continue reading

琴晚同朋友一共五人去灣仔聚餐,有人極力推薦呢一間餐廳,聽聞燒春雞同黑椒豬手係招牌菜,我地當然要試一試!無諗過最後竟然好味到再叫多隻燒雞,五人一共食左三個燒春雞套餐,兩個黑椒豬手飯,加上豬肋骨鐵板餐和美式雜扒鐵板,真係好大食。。重點係我地叫左咁多野,最後每人只需要約90元,認真抵食暫時係香港食過最令人滿意既燒春雞,新鮮燒好,非常熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩,非常好食黑椒豬手飯都無令人失望,豬手炆得好林,份量十足,加埋黑椒汁,十分惹味至於兩個扒餐,係有水準的鐵扒餐,不用擔心中伏!整體而言,呢間餐廳非常不錯 continue reading

灣仔區有間人氣餐廳,其招牌菜是燒春雞,是日平日中午在附近工作完,又剛好是下午茶時間,為食的我當然要去試試 餐廳位於二樓,上幾級樓梯就到,很大間,而且座位很寬敞,部分卡位更可以望到樓下街景;下午茶餐選擇很多,價錢在港島區來說也算公道,點了以下:脆皮春雞籃配薯仔沙律 ($64)燒春雞有半邊,熱辣辣的,同時會附上手套及濕紙巾,用手搣開後,看到不停出煙,超熱啊~肉質很嫩,不會醃過頭,正薯仔沙律中規中矩五香肉丁腸仔煎蛋米粉 ($26)米粉份量很多,而且不會過碎,很好,本身是配出前一丁,$26真心是良心價,性價比很高呢~水準很不錯的地道茶餐廳~ continue reading

招牌燒雞($68)烤雞經過長嘅醃製時間, 令到蜜糖醃料的味道才能滲入雞肉, 雞皮上的蜜糖味令雞皮非常香脆加上有少少甜味, 再點上泰式辣醬同椒鹽, 十分惹味!加上即叫即制, 雞肉極熱, 戴住手套都唔可以即刻撕開。讚!羅宋湯 (+$5)大量使用番茄, 令湯充滿濃濃茄味,搭配各色蔬菜,加上大量牛肉, 確實唔應只加5蚊!環境,服務都不應有太高要求,始終只係茶餐廳 continue reading
