從前在灣仔上班，一個月必定有一兩日Lunch吃這家茶餐廳的燒春雞。即使現在已經不在灣仔工作，很想吃的時候還是會坐車去吃。平日通常12點開始餐廳已經開始熱鬧，再過15分鐘便滿座要排隊，所以我都會提前前往餐廳攞位。成為常客的原因不但是因為性價比真的很高，還有雞真是外脆內嫩的。春雞都是新鮮出爐的，撕開雞件熱到冒煙。一咬下去外皮十分鬆脆，雞油和肉汁隨即湧出來。餐廳給了泰式甜酸醬和鹽作配醬，我都不會沾調味料，因為春雞本身已很夠味。 continue reading
