This was my second visit, and I still really enjoy their pad kra pow. If you’re someone who prefers bold flavors and proper spicy food, this place is definitely worth checking out. What sets their pad kra pow apart is the generous use of aromatics and the perfectly cooked sunny-side-up egg with crispy edges and TWO runny yolks. The minced pork is quite salty on its own, but when paired with rice, it balances out beautifully.The noodles are fairly standard, but they’re cooked on the firmer side, which I personally like. If you prefer softer noodles, this might not be your favorite. The pork served with the noodles is excellent, crispy, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The green chili paste is super aromatic and reminds me of Indonesian-style sambal hijau, which I really enjoy. It adds a nice kick and complements the pork perfectly.I also tried the Pandan Coconut drink. It was very refreshing and had a nice balance between the fragrant pandan and the light sweetness of the coconut water. However, it came with a lot of ice and cost around 30++ HKD, which felt slightly pricey for the portion size.The space is a bit tight, and the open kitchen shares ventilation with the dining area, so it can feel a little greasy from the cooking fumes. I didn’t mind it too much, but it’s something to be aware of. Prices are on the higher side considering the location and setup, but I think the quality and flavor of the food make it worth it. continue reading

泰國鐵人主廚冠軍主理得獎Krapow專門店究竟推唔推薦?答案係no 🙅‍♀️呢閒泰國餐廳開左無耐 由於主厨名聲響當當,去到都見到有條隊(但唔會太長!)用餐體驗就好差🥺排完隊入去,先係上錯隔離臺野食,落完單20分鐘之後提提侍應,佢恍然大悟話忘記左落單🥹於是我地再一次落單,等多15分鐘之後,終於上菜🫣點知,竟然係落錯單orzz 明明入面坐嘅人數有限,侍應未至於手忙脚亂,但係接連出錯 T^T 由到餐廳排隊到最後上菜等左大概50分鐘 🪑座位安排上面,得幾個窄卡位,其餘人都面對面坐係一張長臺到,無話食得好舒服。食物無話特別出色,不推薦! 🚨1️⃣ 特級臘腸皮蛋打拋飯 $94味道頗好,但稍油。2️⃣ 招牌泰式海鲜醬醃漬炸豬頸肉 $82好細份,係我見過最瘦嘅豬頸肉,但表皮頗脆,唔會難食。 continue reading
