疫情後也很少外出用餐,但家庭聚會,於是便看openrice找了這間餐廳,坐底後就開始發覺不對路。6:30入座,餐廳只有一枱人,但我們坐低後,餐廳兩名職員只在收銀位置談天玩手機,10分鐘後,直到我們想好菜式,舉手落單,職員才願走過來倒茶招呼。串燒坦白講,餐廳性格比真心低,一串燒物$30以上的價錢,食物好味是可接受的,畢竟香港物價也不便宜,但味道也比少少誠意。叫了雞骨串,雞頸串,荔枝豚肉串,三種串物的共通點就是不熱的,加上味道偏淡,還有些少雪藏味。鐵板牛舌上菜時睇落不錯,熱辣辣的,但牛舌過硬,而且太咸,一吃就知不新鮮,失望,仲要成舊水。打手餐廳不重要,食物難食也不重要,但最少俾些少誠意,起碼職員態度好少少,叫了成晚倒茶,才肯過來倒2次茶,寧願玩手機,也不願過來招呼。order手卷等了25分鐘,check有沒有漏單,職員一句‘知你落了’單。奉勸各位巴打小心,如要受氣和吃垃圾,這是一間值得挑戰的餐廳。 continue reading

最近再次光臨位於深水埗的一間日本居酒屋,氣氛依舊熱熱熱鬧鬧令你開開心心,享受一晚!幸運的我成功預訂到最後一張枱!由於同行朋友第一次來到這居酒屋這次我點了幾道特別的菜式:密柑鯛: 這道菜令人驚喜,蜜柑鯛是以蜜柑皮餵飼的鯛魚,不用點任何醬油,入口時散發出淡淡的蜜柑清香,感受到獨特的果香味,十分特別,非一般刺身魚!水母:口感爽口,搭配特製柚子汁,非常之清新燒魚腩壽司:魚腩的油脂恰到好處,燒烤的香氣與米飯的柔和相得益彰。赤蝦BB: 配酒必有的小食,炸蝦的外皮非常酥脆,咬下去時發出清脆的聲音,令人回味無窮。六本木秘製牛肉:當牛肉端上桌時,還有一絲火焰,賣相極為吸引。肉質柔嫩,口感極佳,味道也掌握得恰到好處關東煮: 湯底清淡,份量也不小喔!串燒:我點了雞肉棒、牛舌心、青椒仔和荔枝豚肉,特別要提牛舌心,是厚切但肉嫩雞泡魚乾:佐酒小食必食!老闆的熱情招呼讓人倍感親切,他不僅主動介紹適合的清酒搭配食物,還分享了一些關於清酒的知識。由於我當晚只有一個人喝酒,只點了一支小的清酒,但老闆推薦的清酒確實非常好,顯示出他作為利酒師的專業。這居酒居實在是深水埗難得的美食寶藏。如果你喜歡日本料理又想食到新鮮的魚生刺身,這裡絕對值得一試! continue reading
