經過幾次「頑石燒肉所」都見到有人排隊,我同老公今次就趁早去,終於有位🥰小店大概有二十個座位,樓底高,充滿日式設計嘅裝修🗻加上J-pop音樂🇯🇵氣氛熱鬧又有特色。餐廳提供好多唔同肉類部位嘅石燒選擇,我就揀咗澳洲M9和牛牛肩脊里肉 ($188) 🥩肉質細膩柔軟,質地鮮嫩,富有彈性,燒起上嚟牛香噗鼻。套餐(+$38)仲有日式玄米茶🍵蜆肉麵豉湯同埋沙律🥗溫泉蛋紫菜飯(+$10)飯粒口感柔軟綿密,帶有細緻嘅甜味。溫泉蛋🥚蛋黃濃郁而滑順,混合紫菜與白飯,簡單而美味🍚除咗石燒之外,餐廳仲可以轉日式關西風壽喜燒鍋 (+$38),老公揀咗澳洲M9和牛側腹橫隔膜($178)🥩肉質腍滑,脂肪質地細緻,能夠喺口中融化。湯底風味濃郁而清爽🍲能夠提升食材嘅鮮美。配菜豐富,有茄子、菇片、翠玉瓜、娃娃菜、金菇、燒豆腐、芋絲等,令料理更加均衡同營養豐富🥬值得一讚嘅係店員親切有禮,就算非常忙碌,要同時兼顧落單、上菜、拾枱、埋單都好,佢哋都好有效率。我見到有客人掛住傾計,無找錢就走,店員都即刻追出去俾返D錢佢哋!好老實👍🏻到我哋準備離開嘅時候,餐廳都已經坐滿晒🈵如果大家想去試的話,記住先訂位呀😉 continue reading

今日係西營盤揾食,見到呢間日式石板燒燒肉好似唔錯幾吸引。我同朋友叫咗一份牛三角腩片set,另一份吉列牛set,兩份都加套餐(飯、湯、沙律同飲品),再升級個普通白飯做牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯。A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片雖然佢唔算厚切,但肉質好好食。肉同肥一半一半,雪花幾靚,我個人都唔鍾意食太多肥膏,但呢款牛燒完可以逼翻好多油出黎,又保留到個肉質。一共都有10塊左右,我食咗一塊已經停唔到口,因為佢唔算厚,所以兩邊輕輕燒就食得。A4黑毛和牛吉列牛吉列牛以呢個價錢份量有啲少,得5塊。吉列皮唔厚,再係石板燒,好香。我食咗一塊,肉質就冇牛三角腩片咁腍,咬落有啲油。牛蒡燒肉汁紫菜拌飯呢個組合又係好好食,完全冇得輸,就咁食都已經可以輕鬆食晒成碗。日本珍珠米再加醃過嘅牛蒡紫菜同燒肉汁,再加埋燒完牛咁夾埋黎食,就係正,如果黎食野,一定要加錢轉呢個飯。但佢可惜係個飯有啲腍,如果可以乾身啲會好啲。整體嘅燒肉餐係有啲貴,加埋set都要200頭一個人,但以A4黑毛和牛厚切三角腩片餐黎講,我覺得係值嘅個價,出面有其他餐廳呢個價錢嘅牛都係好韌,但呢間嘅肉腍之餘份量都多,食完好滿足,久唔久食一次係接受到。餐廳環境都佈置到好似入咗日本居酒屋咁,貼滿日式poster同裝飾。仲有一點係當日冷氣唔太夠,唔知係咪因為開舖冇耐,再加上我地食燒肉對住個火,所以有啲熱。另外見到如果係hku學生仲有9折。 continue reading
