喺石門呢頭返教會,成日經過已經好想試呢間打邊爐,今晚終於可以嚟試啦話明係雞煲店,梗係一開始嚟個雞煲先啦,我哋今晚唔想食辣,所以揀咗個滋補螺片花膠雞煲(半隻) $218個煲一滾起,當然二話不說要飲咗頭啖湯先啦,同埋食吓啲湯渣,啲雞夠嫩,湯好清甜,非常足料嘅一個雞煲食完雞煲,就可以開始打邊爐喇:1)十優狀丸 $108有五款丸(蝦丸、墨魚丸、黑墨魚丸、黑松露墨魚丸、鯪魚丸),每款有兩粒,全部手打,個墨魚丸同埋蝦丸好彈牙,有口感,墨魚丸入面係有墨魚肉㗎,蝦丸入面亦都有蝦肉㗎,粒粒都係功夫丸,好好食!2)極品本地手切牛頸脊 $238塊塊牛頸脊切到好薄,肥瘦均勻,落去打邊爐煲湯亦都唔會好肥膩,食落牛肉味濃,又唔會滿口肥膩感,超正!3)自家製炸響鈴 $59自家炸響鈴,香脆可口,而且冇「油益」味,讚!最鍾意落煲湯3秒再起身即刻食,又脆又軟咁,雙重口感。4)打邊爐點都要叫啲嘢飲嘅,兩個人又應該飲唔晒一jar,所以叫咗杯大鹹檸七share。鹹鹹甜甜,又有氣gur 1 gur,感覺爽呀!呢度出面有自助醬料區,幫自己加料,員工友善,唔趕客,服務又好,所以一定會再嚟幫襯嘅! continue reading

今日朋友特登揸車過嚟試吓佢嘅雞煲,我都帶咗幾次朋友過黎,佢哋都覺得好食。2030去到都爆場,等左陣先有位,門口已經聞到好香嘅雞煲,味🤩2人揀左個招牌BB辣雞煲,雞件改得細細件,令到佢好入味,食落惹味,入邊嘅配菜洋蔥,芫荽更係我最愛之選,鍾意食芫荽嘅可以加叫一個,倒埋入去炒。頂級雪花肥牛肥牛有厚度,又唔會太肥,有牛香且肉質嫩帶小咬口。手工黑松露墨魚丸佢哋嘅手打丸係我每次都會叫,好有咬口又彈牙,入邊仲有墨魚粒粒,真材實料。野生竹笙&娃娃菜正常發揮,爽脆口感,叫黎吸湯汁一流。娃娃菜都好新鮮量多,都係吸湯精選。自創爆芝響鈴似係即炸,熱辣辣上枱,可以即食,入邊有流心芝士,凍咗就會凝固咗。呢個係邪惡之選,不過食一件,已經好有飽肚感。 continue reading
