同事升識,請食午餐,至於邊間餐廳叫我決定便可,Yeah~我知佢喜歡飲茶,嘆一盎兩件,我即刻想起這間「中華匯館」,因為有個朋友介紹過,呢間嘅點心係自己師傅做。訂完枱我都好開心,有開心事,有好嘢食! 我哋3個人點咗:「蝦餃」一客三件,皮薄蝦爽,鮮甜好味。隨後的「素菜餃」也很好,嚼在口裹有陣陣菇菌及蔬菜清甜香味。「金磚豆腐」名字很好聽,炸到金黄色,外脆內嫩滑。最要讚的係「花雕醉乳鴿」,上碟的樣子已經好吸引,入口非常嫩滑,其花雕與淡滷水嘅香氣,一上枱已經撲鼻,皮香肉嫩,一試難忘,高水準。呢個「鸭汁鱆魚飯」係店員推介的,與其出色嘅點心及花雕醉乳鴿,相比之下不過不失。店內裝修清雅,空間感足,座位亦舒適,我哋三個食完餐飯都倍感開心。 continue reading
