呢間茶餐廳响荃灣開左半年,之前行过見有人龍都冇入去,昨天早晨终於去吃早餐,兩个人入到去坐低在四人卡位,对面有另兩人,張枱較窄,見隔離有張大枱有人離座,我們未叫嘢,便自行轉位,有個似係老細嘅男人即刻用不友善眼光望實,可能太好生意唔憂做啩。叫左兩個早餐,等左一輪後其中一份的部分食物到了,另一份就遲遲未到,大枱上另有人遲过我叫,但食物也已到先,肯定落單亂左,我催了後再等左一陣先到。進食其間大概十分鐘內,有幾個阿蟬(中年女侍應)不停問有冇叫呢樣果樣,D單好似亂哂龍,好影響心情,座位已經太寬敞(其實係窄),重請埋D冇水準嘅啊蟬,唔睇單淨係識問食客,真趕客!食物水準屬可以,但價錢算便宜,荃灣區有此水準之茶記大把,價錢服務優勝者不少也。臨走前一名女服務員見我走時移開椅子有点困難地離座,細心地同我講地方窄要小心,我忍不住回了句: 唔緊要,冇下次了。 continue reading

早兩天到紅茶食早餐,見隔籬食客叫咗個牛扒早餐,份早餐好大份,所以今早決定試下牛扒早餐蒜蓉板燒牛扒拌德國腸,仲有牛乳炒蛋,半件厚多士蒜蓉牛扒,都幾厚同大件,蒜蓉汁就較咸,牛扒就根位太多,扒邊的油脂較厚,肉質入口都有嚼口,唔會醃到鬆晒,但食完份牛扒早餐,碟底都幾多油德國腸,好大條同皮好脆,香腸味就普通牛乳炒蛋,好滑,都有啲蛋味,叫咗杯檸蜜,檸檬🍋有成四片,甜度剛剛好總括來說,這個早餐,只需要$39,都幾扺 continue reading

紅茶畀我感覺係茶餐廳得黎又會有特別野食既地方,多人食到係後面街都開左分店。。。今次叫左個肉眼排蜂蜜芥末汁,跟蜆湯,飲熱檸水。賣相確實係非常唔錯既,有一塊半,份量都多,而且係焗薯,幾有誠意,健康 d 不過個牛排就勁多筋,好難咬,好似有少少過熟咁。個湯就幾 creamy 都 ok 既。而個飲品我就一啖都無飲了,因為杯邊全部都係白點既粉,而且手柄都係笠到不得之了,所以最後我自然就唔想飲啦。價錢唔貴,性價比都 ok 綜合衛生程度,美味程度,畀個 Ok 啦。。 continue reading

坎坷的港爸,已很久沒買過新衣服,又是轉季的時候,良心發現的港媽終於帶我去商場血拼。拼了幾件每件幾十塊的Tee和褲子,商場幾乎打烊了,於是往街上的茶餐廳打主意。這角落本來是寵物店,不知何時變了茶餐廳,於是抱著「新屎坑」的心態進去了。我們點了普通的不可再普的“常餐豬扒通”及“鐵板西冷牛扒” … 但結果 …“常餐豬扒通”的炸豬扒火喉掌握得很好,外脆內軟,但畢竟是茶餐廳,師傅做手也不輕,不過,還算是茶餐廳水準以上。港媽問,為什麼豬扒通我不點平常的公仔麵,而是通粉,我說因為這塊是豬扒,不會整塊舉起來一口一口的吃,我會用刀叉把它切成粒,於是就可用羹一口通粉加一口豬扒一齊吃,這不是更美味嗎?常餐的那份滑蛋和多士(土司)也很特別,那多士不是普通的麵包,是丹麥酥做的,塗了牛油,好邪惡呀!“鐵板西冷牛扒”很有心思,不是隨便放一堆青豆粟米雜菜,而是整齊的兩塊翠玉瓜托著牛扒,牛扒下還有一隻有錫紙包住的焗薯,簡簡單單的一個茶餐廳鐵板牛扒,擺盤也這麼講究,很有心思,值得一讚,這間茶餐廳一定要翻兜! continue reading
