今次就預約咗呢一間私房菜食飯,長輩們都認識呢度嘅員工,都幾親切幾Nice嘅,對呢間嘅錯印象都比較好,同埋送咗一支紅酒🍷-今次就食咗10碟餸人均消費約$300左右相裏面係最推介嗰4款-1.紅棗糕同菠蘿🍍想讚返呢間舖頭好有心思,食完正餐之後都有甜品食,紅棗糕就幾好食,啱啱新出嚟好香,食落去都幾鬆軟,唔錯嘅選擇。2.糯米鴨全場最推介嘅食物❤️首先佢隻鴨食落去唔會好靭同埋都幾嫰滑,糯米飯亦都好軟糯,吸哂鴨的香味同油脂,令到個飯食得多都唔會好漏,建議可以就咁食都okeee。3.紅燒元蹄店家將呢個菜式過去蒸左四個鐘,面頭有一個好濃嘅汁,同個豬腳好夾,唔會食落去好寡,同埋啲汁同埋舊肉都充滿着豬腳嘅骨膠原,食落去好滋潤。4.金豉蒸大鱔首先鱔嘅肉質好厚實同埋肥美,食落去啖啖肉,而且個豉油汁亦可以配飯食,充滿魚香。- continue reading

話說過年時,受朋友所托去一間元朗隱世私房菜買紅棗糕,一切就由哩底紅棗糕開始。朋友係九龍人,六、七年前係長沙灣食過,話一直念念不忘。朋友出到聲,唯有親身走一轉,發現地點一啲都唔難搵,離朗屏西鐵站行五分鐘左右就到,開車的話,經宏達路去鳳池村方向,見到鴻運車房直入就係,交通非常便捷。既然要當跑腿,梗係自己都買底試下啦,又確實同坊間食到嘅紅棗糕唔一樣,鬆軟得如同蛋糕一樣,驚喜耶這麼一來,一班朋友興之所至要試埋佢其他菜式,睇下係咪真係好似朋友講得咁教人難忘,於是就約齊人(一行十一人)去會一會佢。講明係私房菜,當然要預訂(菜單如下),朋友話糯米大鴨同荷包鱔一定要試,不過用餐當晚,楊師傅(主理人)話無鱔,於是改左黃花魚。1) 冰鎮花膠2) 酥炸生蠔3) 豉油皇蝦4) 荷包膳5) 糯米大鴨6) 枝竹蝴蝶腩7) 菜扒蝦子豆腐8) 杏汁豬腩湯9) 甜品:紅棗糕雖然無食到荷包鱔,但整體都確實出色,應該會再約其他朋友去食。冰鎮花膠夠脆口爽滑,配埋青瓜片,一絕。酥炸生蠔又肥又鮮甜,一人一隻實在唔係好夠喉😅糯米大鴨,聞名不如見面,楊師傅係廚房拎出嚟已經香氣撲鼻,睇住佢不費半點力氣就切開隻鴨,睇到都知夠淋,鴨入面仲有一大堆栗子,糯米飯加栗子加鴨肉一啖放入口,太幸福了吧!湯係杏汁豬肺湯,好耐無飲過咁順喉香濃嘅豬肺湯,精彩精彩。仲有枝竹蝴蝶腩,配埋楊師傅自家製嘅辣椒醬,真係食到難以自制。真心好食,個頭食完,一班朋友已經話要再夾時間一齊再食過 continue reading

哥哥嫂子設家宴選址於元朗,讓我這等路癡一番好找好在門口即是停車場方便泊車,特色的紅房子,迎賓的是一群五顏六色可愛小精靈鸚哥,房內格局不大,有四圍檯,坐的倒也舒服,由於這家餐廳所有食客都需要提早book檯不接受walk in 特此食材都是當日準備故此比較新鮮,豬肺湯不過不失,凍蝦夠甜夠新鮮,蘇炸生蠔好juice,圓蹄悶的夠爛,肥而不膩金豉蒸鱔呢味餸小女子覺得應該加少少陳皮可避土腥味,蟹蓋都麻麻,有渣失咗原有的鮮甜,最好味糯米鴨糯米粒粒分明,鴨肉入口即化,童年回憶紅棗糕並不是成日周圍有得食冰鎮🍍也不錯~菜式有得選,只收cash,酒水可自帶,如果對茶葉有要求都建議自帶吧人頭$300算係咁~ continue reading
