終於終於!有一間蠔吧可以令我超滿足~蠔新鮮不在話下,還有多款超好吃菜式!。這裡採用英式開蠔方法會仔細檢查蠔殼裡面有沒有壞切好帶子位後將蠔水留起用海水洗乾淨蠔邊後,將蠔肉反轉,蠔肚向上再將蠔汁倒落蠔肉看著整個過程真的令人食指大動!而且乾淨衛生,好吃又放心💛。老闆會用心介紹不同蠔和開蠔吃蠔方法由淡口到濃味慢慢品嚐金屬味較重的高質法國蠔原來要咀嚼21次呢!因為事先已切好帶子位只要落少許檸檬汁和黑胡椒拿起蠔殼直接吃蠔肉便可以~鮮味無比,每一款各有特色蠔怪像我輕鬆吃了一打😝。另外必吃喇沙湯伴青口喇沙湯超香濃的!吃得出是用多種材料製作不會只有鹹味,味道層次很豐富親身來試就會明白~~~。雖然地點較偏離地鐵及巴士站但好吃的食物就是怎樣偏也會被吸引去🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

一向喜歡吃蠔的兩公婆,為慶祝生日,唯有蠔蠔地食一餐。上open rice見到屋企遠小小有間,所以訂位去試。一去到,已見到門口入小小位有位男士未停過手不斷開蠔。加上可能疫情關係,人不太多,不太迫。服務員向我哋介紹今日來貨(蠔)有6隻,分別是法國,日本,愛爾蘭。我哋全部order了三隻。再多加一支白酒。第一道(頭6隻)是愛爾蘭的,我比較喜歡,因為味道比較重蠔味,海水味加重金屬味。食完後,口腔仍有蠔的味道在口。吃完頭3隻後,我哋再飲一啖白酒。簡直絕配,酒不太濃,清淡的。再來是12隻,服務員向我哋介紹由淡味開始到濃味。可能頭3隻我食完比較濃的。所以後6隻我覺得味道無頭3隻咁重蠔味。由於愛爾蘭的蠔比較吸引我,所以我哋再order多半打。總結:蠔新鮮,好味。每隻都脹卜卜。開蠔的人開得很靚。值得推介😋 continue reading

朋友又帶我到新店吃東西了🤣🤣🤣感恩😍😍😍幸好很近地鐵,出來走8分鐘路左右便到,附近環境還很寧靜,舒服,吃起來聊天簡直一流👍👍👍而店來的擺設也很有情調,有露天也有室內,無論是情侶或大伙兒,都可過休閒的一晚😈😈😈波士頓龍蝦燴飯~是原隻龍蝦來的,燴飯也很夠味,飯粒也煙韌剛好😋😋😋香烤西班牙黑毛豬~肥瘦適中,配上黑醋汁的沙律,豬肉的味道更頓時提升😍😍😍二人小食拼盤~有兩隻厚肉juice的燒生蠔,兩塊少少辣的自家製三文魚餅,兩隻炸得很脆的雞翼,還有有厚度而多汁的炸魚柳🤣🤣很大的一盤,這個抵吃👍 continue reading

與友人透過openrice 訂位,如叫夠一打生蠔,會送一枝Prosecco,當日去到餐廳職員還給了另一個offer,可以選擇送多半打生蠔(任選其一)。疫情下餐廳生意還是不俗,不過餐廳的桌子間距都大所以都食得安心。黎到食蠔出名的餐廳,當然要order生蠔,當日有4款來自法國的生蠔,整體都十分新鮮,令人滿意。另外都叫了小食和主菜。小食是炸三文魚餅和黑松露薯條,份量岩岩好,炸得好香口。主菜是豬鞍配薯蓉,豬鞍的肉煮得很滑嫩,與友人都很喜歡這道菜。這間餐廳的菜色雖然不算有很多選擇,但質素都很好,而且氣氛輕鬆,是可以回頭再食之選! continue reading
