又來到元朗搵食,今次就去咗Yoho,試下呢間日本拉麵店平日夜晚都幾多人,不過都好快有位見到個晚市二人套餐做緊$298/2位 (原價$382)好似幾抵,所以就試下晚餐可㨂2主食,有拉麵亦有飯類,另外可揀2款小食同兩杯飲品既然呢間係主打拉麵,當然就要叫拉麵啦!❇️醬油低溫叉燒麵(+$20)▶️一上枱,賣相已經相當吸引,粉嫩的叉燒圍住碗邊,足足有7大片!叉燒肉質軟腍,本身係微溫狀態,食的時間可以浸一浸入湯底先再食,入口唔駛點咬。湯底採用秘製醬油豚骨,濃郁但唔會太鹹。拉麵偏幼身,口感彈牙,加埋半隻半熟蛋,味道非常不錯!😋❇️橫濱風醬油濃厚拉麵▶️每次食拉麵我都必先品嚐一下湯底,因為湯底屬拉麵的靈魂所在。呢款湯底用上雞豬熬製而成,入口非常鮮味香濃,個人覺得湯底味道比上一款更優勝。呢款麵質較粗,口感同樣彈牙,碗邊舖有好多塊大大的高級海苔,加埋菠菜、全隻半熟蛋等配菜,材料都幾豐富,不過得一片半肥瘦叉燒略嫌少咗啲❇️蝦餃子(5隻)▶️呢款小食都幾特別,用原隻蝦肉做餡,蝦肉都幾爽口,加埋沙律醬更加惹味😋❇️蔥花牛舌▶️牛舌薄切,油脂豐富,入口好爽口彈牙,而且肉味香濃❇️炸明太子雞翼 ($52)▶️小食方面另外加咗呢款明太子雞翼,雞翼炸到外皮脆脆地,入面明太子有少少辣,整體都幾惹味❇️巨峰乳酸梳打 (+$8)▶️其中一杯飲品加錢叫咗呢款,味道唔會太甜,都幾清新呢度整體食物質素都幾好,兩個人食到飽都只係$400左右,性價比高之選!🔎拉麵Jo📍元朗元龍街9號形點 I L1樓1072號舖#香港美食 #元朗美食 #日本菜 #日本拉麵 #日式餐廳 #hongkong #hkig #hongkongfoodie #hkfoodie #hkfoodblogger continue reading
