We have visited on numerous occasions and the food had been great. We typically get their tsukemen because it's usually very yummy. On this occasion, the tsukemen was still yummy but let down severely by the staff's attitude and customer service (or u should say lack of....)
We arrived at 2pm and from the moment we entered, the lady serving us looked like a 黑面神... if we were interrupting the closing up of the store, please let customers know as they enter. Instead they proceed to take orders and rush to clean everything around you (inclusive of the kitchen, all the pots, cooking utensils AND proceed to take out the rubbish). Whilst I have no issue with this, the staff should realise the store had limited space and PAYING customers are still eating with no room to move... However, they proceed to push their way through the store to take rubbish out and bump into us all over the place, which causes soy sauce to be spoilt all over our clothes... no apology, no acknowledgement - as they're too busy trying to rush customers out..
For a store hoping to gain recognition for dining awards, they should look at how their staff approach customer service. It's getting worse and worse each year. 👎👎
