週末當然要吃好東西啦,朋友說中上環有一家地中海餐廳不錯,於是就和朋友去試試他們的Brunch Menu,可以無限量享用乳豬還有表演。原來餐廳頂樓還有一個露台小酒吧區,下次有機會要上去看看。Weekend Brunch $388/1A Plate of Spanish Cold Cuts & Cheese with Crystal Tomato Bread一開始就上來一份Toast,有西班牙黑毛豬火腿,火腿鹹香油潤,搭配酸酸的番茄脆多。Perfectly Pink-ish, Gambas "Al Ajillo",Carlic-chili Prawns大蝦一共有四隻,蒜香味濃郁,蝦肉有嚼勁,脆法包沾上蒜蓉汁好夾。Scallop ceviche, avocado mousse, shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette一共有四片帶子肉,肉質鮮甜,配上牛油果醬吃起來很清新。Truffle & Cheese Bikini外酥內軟的多士,裡面有半融狀的黑松露醬和芝士,邪惡又美味。Spanish Suckling Pig in Honey Mustard with Rosemary Potato & Padron Peppers很多人推薦要吃乳豬,豬皮薄脆,肉質多汁,本身已經有南瓜醬,服務員還會提供幾款醬汁,其中的蜂蜜芥末醬可以減少油膩感。Grilled Seabass Fillet sedved with Mashed Potato & Broccolini in Beurre Blanc鱸魚魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉嫩滑,還有一大球奶油薯泥,吃完很飽。Churros with Chocolate Dip甜品有西班牙油炸甜食,外脆內軟,淋上朱古力醬和肉桂糖,甜度十足。Basque Burnt Cheese Cake with Raspberry Coulis巴斯克燒乳酪蛋糕帶有淡淡的芝士味,搭配紅莓醬口感清新。Quiero Más Sangria 98今次點的Sangria用了白酒作base,配料有百香果、荔枝、水果混合和莓子,味道清甜帶點酒香。 continue reading

今日中環間西班牙餐廳聊聊天,飲飲酒。選了這間高貴典雅優美的餐廳餐廳分為室內和天台部份,室內環境優美典雅高貴。天台嘅部份感覺非常chill,能夠望到中環的夜景,加上天氣清涼,座在戶外舒服。餐廳設有set ,一個set每位$488。內有starter、warmup 、main 及Dessert。 ♟️Signature Tasting Menu ($488/ppl)♟️🥓TO START1.Ibérico Paletilla Ham 36-months伊比利亞火腿配上脆卜卜的番茄蓉蒜蓉包,火腿鹹鹹香香,配上番茄蓉,可以中和味道2.Barca Hamachi刺身肥美,食落非常鮮味,配上橄欖油和酸酸甜甜的醬汁,非常開胃3.Fresh Fine de Claire Oyster (2pcs) (+68)非常新鮮的蠔,食落帶有少少海水味且非常鮮甜。🥗TOWARM UP1.Signature Truffle & Cheese Bikini非常脆和鬆軟麵包,配上鹹香黑松露和芝士,有驚喜。2.Perfectly Pink-ish係西班牙蒜味蝦! 呢間算係我食過比較好食嘅勁好食的西班牙蒜味蝦,一來蝦肉非常鮮甜且非常彈牙,而且有濃濃的蝦膏味道,我好少連蝦頭一隻食,非常入味的蒜味蝦,大推!🥘THE MAIN EVENT1.QM Signature Suckling Pig勁勁勁勁脆的豬皮,豬的分佈岩岩好,不會太肥,亦不偕太瘦,食落去非常軟嫩,油脂香十足。配上少量的蔬菜及薯仔,正正正。2.Signature Seafood Paella Barcelona暫時係我食過最好食的Paella。一來飯的口感和乾濕度剛剛好,二來他的飯底好出色,濃濃的蝦膏絆味度,好香好鮮的海鮮味。配上不同的海鮮,有鮮甜的青口,啖啖肉的蜆肉及有口感的魷魚,最正都係佢既飯底。唔太食飯的我地,都清哂。🍰A SWEET FINALE1.Basque Burnt Cheesecake最後仲有巴期克蛋糕,配上開胃甜甜酸酸的紅菲雪芭,為這餐畫上完美的句號。整體而言,非常好食,一定推薦朋友前往。 continue reading
