雖然聽過「酥妃皇后」呢個品牌,亦知道佢哋嘅368層古法製酥皮蛋撻頗有名氣,但就未品嚐過佢哋嘅出品。其實,小弟對368層抱有少少疑問,純粹喺數學問題,無論第一層喺兩摺還是三摺,因為每疊一層都喺倍數遞增,點乘都計唔到368層。姑勿論對錯,今次收到嘅小禮物,喺好友送贈「酥妃皇后」嘅手工曲奇。一小膠罐,睇到喺什錦口味,而包裝幾精緻,仲以膠紙封口,若有開封過一望就知;而且,扭開面蓋,仲有一層密封招紙,感覺衛生度高。罐內共有10塊曲奇,包括原味3塊、咖啡味2塊、朱古力味2塊及抹茶味3塊。原味曲奇所謂原味即喺牛油味,外觀喺傳統嘅唧花造型,唧得都尚算工整,入口鬆化,不過,牛油香味就唔算濃郁。咖啡曲奇睇外觀就知,都喺跟原味嘅差唔多,只喺換上咖啡口味啫。咖啡味普普通通,少甜,但缺少份芳香感。抹茶曲奇色澤碧綠,幾款當中比較搶鏡嘅一款,而味道亦比較濃烈,抹茶味極之突出。朱古力曲奇見佢啲朱古力味曲奇都幾深色,估計味道都夠濃郁,所以,留嚟最後食。的確,朱古力味夠出,而帶微微甘苦。依家啲曲奇五花八門,質感有脆身、鬆化、軟腍之分,味道方面唔止有唔同味道,更加入不同餡料,如朱古力粒、開心果、杏仁碎、腰果粒、提子……等等。「酥妃」嘅曲奇明顯喺趨向簡單,但老實講,就真喺無甚驚喜。 continue reading

路經呢間店,裝潢好高雅,見到啲撻得幾靚,買咗一隻酥皮蛋撻試下,入而有堂食企位,立食個種,有杯同水可以用,我即刻襯熱食,甜道剛剛好,酥皮很脆,但蛋味不是很濃,咬落口冇碎到一地都係,但10蚊一隻有啲貴,上網查吓,原來呢間都出名賣croissant,但可惜已經停賣了。其間有唔少人買蛋撻外賣。 continue reading

其實酥妃皇后除了撻和pastry外還有不少小食,上次經過九龍城總店就發現了有手工曲奇出售🍪正如某些撻款不是間間分店有供應,同樣地 曲奇我亦暫時只在九龍城本店見過。我是個曲奇控,加上based on撻品的質素估計曲奇應該不會太差,所以入手了小罐裝試試。圖中👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻手工曲奇小罐裝($28)四款口味 分別是牛油、抺茶、咖啡和朱古力,合共大約10片左右,蠻貴的。曲奇十分鬆化,我什至會說鬆化過頭,因為有好幾片一拿上手已經有幾個角散了。我不是不喜歡鬆化的曲奇,但問題是個片曲奇也黏附了其他味道的碎屑,結果吃起來味道就有點複雜了😓味道方面個人preference依次是 抺茶>咖啡>朱古力>牛油抺茶味最出色,茶香濃郁亦有甘澀感🍵和牛油味的balancing做得很好✨咖啡味亦是香中帶微苦,味道自然☕️但我覺得咖啡味與脆身的曲奇比較夾,所以稍稍輸給抺茶味。朱古力味不過不失,不太甜🍫但竟然只有一片,這個比例真是...牛油味就最失望了,入口味道很淡,神奇之處是在沒牛油香的情況下居然是最膩😵質感上也是最鬆散的,簡直是double loss此外曲奇的膩感很重,吃一片膩的程度已等如我吃1/3抵雞蛋仔。整體不至於差,但不值得encore,與酥妃皇后的撻品真是差天共地。 continue reading

首先認識是佢嘅蛋撻,熱辣辣酥皮撻,包住半流心狀的蛋漿,酥皮牛油味香,蛋味濃且唔太甜,是一個不錯的小食。堂食亦很貼心,有水及紙杯提供。其實也曾買過曲奇餅和蔓越莓酥條。值錢唔貴,小盒裝$100/4盒,曲奇餅亦是牛油味很香,覺得蔓越莓酥條微帶酸甜,剛好平衡了畧為油膩的酥條。吃多條都唔覺滯。 continue reading

蜜桃小丸子週末又再戰九龍城,吃完下午茶在城內走走,見到此餅店在做優惠,$70有6個芝士Tart,便買來試試。店舖內亦有其他tart,相信有名的是其酥皮。芝士tart有多種味道可供選擇,原味、奶黃、咖啡、綠茶、紫薯、榴蓮等,小小的,弄得頗精緻。每一盒可裝三個,包裝漂亮,送禮也不錯。由於不是新鮮出爐,所以tart是冷的,可是蜜桃小丸子更愛吃熱的喔!下次惟有自己叮熱或焗熱來吃。蜜桃小丸子試了芝麻味,滑滑的,芝士味不太突出;綠茶味頗香,此款芝士味較出;奶黃味好像是在吃月餅的哈哈;原味的芝士最香;紫薯內真的有少少紫薯。整體來說,tart不算太甜,各種味道也不錯,都有少少酸的芝士味,外皮頗鬆化,但蜜桃小丸子覺得新鮮出爐的熱辣辣的tart可能會更美味! continue reading
