雖然坊間有少即食的台式牛肉麵,但就是想去台灣店吃一碗現做的新鮮的台灣牛肉麵,找到在海港城的寬巷子,那裡不只吃火煱。復古的裝橫已經有台灣的感覺。地方寬敞,有包廂房間,又有海景,環境確實不錯。菜單都是台灣師傅主理和研發菜式,很多都很吸引。午餐升級加配 +$15 桂花高山烏龍茶,玻璃茶壺精緻,茶先泡一下,茶味更濃,桂花味也很清新,清茶跟麵很搭,可以中和味道。另+$58 淮山枸杞燉鮑魚螺頭湯,十分足料,有原隻鮑魚,彈牙入味,還有雞腳,紅棗味很香,份量不少,可以兩人分一碗。牛魔王濃湯麵$198,一上桌子已經聞到香噴噴,先喝口湯,一試愛上,番茄湯底用新鮮食材熬煮,蘿蔔的清甜,不會很鹹,是可以喝的那種。牛料也十分豐富,有牛坑腩、崩沙腩、牛筋、牛肚、牛腱,整個碗面都是,牛肉新鮮,冇雪味,仲炆得夠稔又入味。扁麵質地Q彈,口感順滑,掛滿湯汁,很好吃,cp值很高。

之前已經見到很多人介紹這間火鍋店,自己都一直好想嚟試吓。這家是來自台灣的火鍋店,門口已經很有特色,今日終於嚟到朝聖,就叫咗佢哋好多有特色嘅食品。包括很有創意特別的手握壽司火鍋,並且有其他和牛片。首先湯底而言,單點湯底要228,而鴛鴦湯底只係338。就點了鴛鴦湯底,可以一次過嘗試到兩隻味。個人比較喜歡烏雞雞湯也是很濃味到的。點了創意手握壽司,不要以為這是生食的壽司,這是放在火鍋中的壽司🍣非常特別,認為可以試一次🤫

之前已經見到很多人介紹這間火鍋店,自己都一直好想嚟試吓。這家是來自台灣的火鍋店,門口已經很有特色,今日終於嚟到朝聖,就叫咗佢哋好多有特色嘅食品。包括很有創意特別的手握壽司火鍋,並且有其他和牛片。
首先湯底而言,單點湯底要228,而鴛鴦湯底只係338。就點了鴛鴦湯底,可以一次過嘗試到兩隻味。個人比較喜歡烏雞雞湯也是很濃味到的。
點了創意手握壽司,不要以為這是生食的壽司,這是放在火鍋中的壽司🍣非常特別,認為可以試一次🤫

The beef is good, however, the server forgot to tell us is sold out and made us wait for 1 hrIt is a shame that quality of food got overshadow by the poor service. 寛巷子在武漢肺炎疫情下, 除了做火鍋外賣外, 也在午市提供非火鍋的午餐, 這比起在台灣的本店, 選擇還要更多元化, 但其實食材以至是湯厎, 也只是晚市火鍋的用料, 這是典型的一雞兩味. 點了紅燒牛魔王湯麵, 說是紅燒湯底, 但香料味道並不濃, 也沒有辣度, 反而蕃茄的酸甜成了湯底的主調, 健康但不夠滋味. 配料有牛肋條, 牛肚, 牛筋及冬菇等, 量不少而且鹵得入味 囗感不錯 而闊身的關廟麵掛湯能力也夠, 只是如此份量要接近二百元, 再加上食材和晚市火鍋和的同原性, 其堂食火鍋一樣, 貴得有點離譜.

大致上覺得呢餐係好食嘅,但係食得唔夠暢快。因為價錢實在太貴啦,食完都唔夠飽,沒有嗰種打完邊爐好滿足嘅感覺。

寬巷子最出名係製成花形嘅肉花盛合,呢款盛合都係用來自日本、澳洲嘅和牛,肉質鬆軟,肉味濃郁又甘甜,滾兩滾食得,入口即化,味道方面真係無得輸!
其中,我至愛係個牛舌花,雖油花不多,但好軟嫩多汁,邊沿仲有少少脆脆口感,食完好治癒。
不過,我總係覺得用和牛嚟打邊爐有啲浪費😂味道係正,但個價錢,值唔值就大家自行斟酌。

玫瑰松板+黑豚肉片+羊肉片,呢個盛合相對嚟講抵食啲~松板豬有著霜降般嘅油花,油脂豐富,而且肉腥味淡薄,食上口,鮮嫩爽口,非常好味!黑豚肉好似沖繩嘅阿古豬味,入咀即是滿滿嘅胺基酸味,爽而鮮甜,不錯。由於我唔食羊,所以無試羊片。
