唔知點解,食完哩餐嘅味道記憶唔多,反而係對佢嘅擺盤有記憶😓可能味道比我想像中較平凡。黑醋骨同雞絲粉皮係比較值得推薦,係一眾菜式中唯二仲有記憶嘅味道。當中有一道菜係豬腳筋,口感同牛筋係有分別,食落感覺爽身少少同一絲絲嘅質感,但係煮得可能唔夠耐,所以唔係幾入味。有一道菜個樣似咕嚕蝦丸,咬落入面似由蝦滑加粉所組成,唔係彈牙,口感有啲奇怪。甜品嘅高力豆沙望落好吸引,但係內裡得豆沙無香蕉,蛋白層偏厚,唔係想像中咁好食。
