中午慶祝客人的21周年結婚紀念,我們去了“呇”這間四川菜餐廳午餐。我們點了鳳梨咕嚕肉,辣子雞,孜然羊肉粒,薑牛,雞絲粉皮,水煮牛肉,雞絲炒飯。其中兩個是套餐,送可樂。薑牛不太辣,偏甜,肉嫩。辣子雞,跟一般川菜餐廳差不多。水煮牛肉,牛肉嫩,入口不太辣,吃多了開始麻。雞絲炒飯,不能吃辣的可以吃這個,但跟一般餐廳的差不多。干扁四季豆,香辣惹味。菠蘿咕嚕肉,酸甜開胃,不辣,肉炸得脆,沒油味。我最喜歡孜然羊肉粒,羊肉跟孜然味很搭,肉嫩又炸得酥脆,肉不太膻。雖然客人很能吃辣,但我們不太行,所以只點了小辣,但它的辣卻有後勁,入口時小辣,吃多了,辣度就增強了。客人喜歡雞絲粉皮因花生醬味濃郁。沒想到辣味跟可樂很配,可惜可樂不夠汽,不然更好。我們說是慶祝結婚周年紀念,不過餐廳沒送甜點。這家米芝蓮餐廳的質素中上吧,沒有難吃的,有些川菜是外面餐廳沒有的,例如薑牛,喜歡川菜的人可以一試。 continue reading

今日情人節和老公專門去試吓這間一星川菜,點知好失望,服務態度非常差,等了很久沒有人招呼,幾個凳子中間很脏還凹了入去,我去找人才來點菜,只有一個服務員,叫了午餐套餐和水煮魚,水煮魚食到有條頭髮,好噁心,這樣不講衛生,服務員一手拿走頭發就走了,還是米芝連一粒星餐廳,水煮魚很不正宗,味道差,辣椒都沒有切碎,魚片很少,價錢偏貴,貨不對版,絕對不是米芝連一星的標準,應該摘掉米芝連一粒星,非常差的體驗,下次不會再來,朋友一定會後悔不是正宗的川菜。 continue reading

食完之後search先知呢間原來係米芝蓮餐廳!裝潢有格調,特別鐘意有露天位置。今日一行4人午餐時段嚟食,唔使等位。我地叫左3個lunch set再加1個菜。酸辣湯足料好味👍🏻 酸辣適宜。龍抄手即係紅油抄手,個皮唔會好厚,入口好飽滿。捧捧雲吞同龍抄手好似,只係換咗個醬汁,辣味變咗花生醬味。川醬燒茄子唔會太咸,茄子唔會太淋,仲食到有口感。宮保一口豚一口豚份量好鬼多到食唔晒,豚肉唔會好乾,仲有肉汁,辣度適中。川椒和牛就算有勁多配菜混合埋一齊,但係和牛嘅數量都唔會少咗。和牛入口煙韌有咬口,雖然唔係入口即溶果種,但係味道同口感好唔錯。油潑香水魚(小)魚肉夠滑!唔會有魚腥味!麻味好香!出面我食過好多水煮魚,魚肉一係無味,一係有腥味,呢間真心唔錯👍🏻必食推介! continue reading
