Ordered the half cooked beef pho and a deep fried spring roll.I like it a lot (1) soup is flavourful and not greasy at all! (2) noodle is the thai noodle rather than ho-fun, also less greasy (3) the portion of beef Is large i can only finished half of it. Some comfort food id like to eat again.Spring roll is huge, double the size of normal ones, freshly deep fried. 最近冇得去旅行,唯有周圍行下,唔經唔覺行到去冇咁多人嘅跑馬地。跑馬地近來多咗好多特色嘅小舖頭,就好似依間越南餐廳咁,裝修簡潔而華麗。疫情關係,大家都會搵一啲冇咁多人嘅餐廳,依間就係一個好選擇。入面嘅空間感好充足,坐落好舒服。今日我就叫咗一個越南河粉,可能你會認為個價錢要$100蚊比較貴,但係佢無論用了同埋份量都好充足。佢個湯底好濃,配上一片片嘅牛肉,加埋一啲配料,非常之入味。個湯亦都好清甜,唔會話落咗好多味精。一碗咁簡單嘅牛肉河,配上咁舒服嘅環境,加埋清甜消暑嘅湯底,俾我哋依班在疫情底下冇得去旅行嘅港女置身越南嘅感覺,舒舒服服就過咗一個下午,雖然價錢貴啲但係都覺得值得推介 continue reading

去年才開張的越南河店,內裝簡潔,開放式廚房,座位不算少,是晚光顧客人不多,倍感寧靜舒適。餐牌上菜式選擇不多,傳統越南菜式名稱,英文解說,侍應也操英語,還好,玻璃窗貼上中文譯本,方便不諳英文人點餐。生牛肉米粉,湯底很清甜,較其他店舖的好,沒有味精。一碟活生生牛肉切片另上,放在眼前,感覺自己是一個野人,要將一塊活鮮生肉放在口裡。過不了野人這關,將生肉放入米粉熱湯焯熟,自己可以控制時間,很嫩滑入味,可媲美入口即融的感覺,惟獨恐怕湯的熱度不足,之後的生肉未必夠熟,但食完肚子很乖巧,沒有攪痛。米粉滑溜之餘,份量也很足夠,再加上一杯咸檸檬蘇打,有飽肚感。 continue reading

叫左一份鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷(四條),口感清爽,而且無偷工減料,啖啖都係蝦同肉,夏天黎個凍凍地既開胃菜就最啱。主角當然係 combo 牛肉粉(好正,無黎錯,下面詳細講),再加一杯凍鹹檸檬梳打(無乜特色不過合格啦)。個牛肉粉係叫左 rare 牛肉片(可揀 medium rare,視乎口味),佢地會分開上。個湯底清甜不過依然鮮味十足,飲落口係回甘,完全係香港二十幾年前果種真正清湯腩既感覺,同埋係絕對 無 味 精,飲左成碗湯仍然唔覺口渴。而且個粉非常足料,加上店員見到我唔夠香葉香草,就自動問我要唔要多 D herbs,我就梗係唔該都黎唔切啦。我咁大食既人都會夠食(假如知道份量無欺場我就唔會點果份米紙卷)。食完之後好開心因為香港好食既地方越黎越少,佢地做得咁出色就算貴 D 我都會再去幫襯。環境黎講就舖頭細細但係唔覺得窄或者侷促,因為樓底高同埋裝修清新簡潔,而且見住廚房運作,邊等食邊當睇show,幾得意。加上新開,所以感覺乾淨同光猛。我一向食野都唔影相,不過其他人已 post 所以可有可無。😂😂😂 continue reading
