Very very tasty pho, simple down to earth food. Great friendly service in a non pretentious vibe. Keep doing what you do! Always recommend friends to try the Raw Beef pho here ❤️ the portion sizes are perfect, the broth is clear and flavourful, and the beef is so tender! They always have lots of fresh herbs, the only thing I wish they also had was bean sprouts! The fried spring rolls are crispy and packed full of their yummy filling. The vermicelli salad bowls are light, refreshing yet hearty enough to keep you full for hours. And definitely don’t sleep on their banh mis, with different choices for every type of banh mi lover, from grilled beef to vegetarian, I’d have to say my favourite is the cold cut banh mi. Super authentic! This restaurant reminds me of Vietnam and we go back every chance we get. 1000000x thumbs up!

跑馬地小區其實好多好味特色小店,小編就去試左一間越南野,佢嘅裝修好簡約,表達左越南嘅風格,今次叫咗個越式三文治,烤豬肉+鵝肝醬+蛋黃醬+泡菜+香菜再配上鬆軟嘅法包,另外仲叫咗杯越式凍咖啡🙃發包份量都好大,而且有海量嘅豬肉片,包着兩邊都充滿醬,上面仲有啲紅蘿蔔絲同蘿蔔絲,可以解咗嗰個豬肉片嘅油膩,另外唔鍾意食芫荽嘅朋友,可以挑起佢😂,因為佢都係就咁放上去姐,冇夾住佢😆✌🏻另外,平時越式咖啡都比較苦,不過加咗冰之後,感覺就容易入口好多👍🏻P.S: 講真,都有啲好似返咗去越南咁嘅感覺😆

週六中午小肥兩兄弟專登入咗跑馬地同幾位街坊一試區內一間越南小店「PoTauPho」。粉綠色嘅門面身後原來暗藏樓底高高嘅餐室,簡單嘅吊燈、畫品及窗台設計已能帶出越南風彩,配上高櫈散座,格調甚為輕鬆。中央位置嘅開放式廚房非常整潔。五人被安排入座後方嘅用餐區域,埋位即提供自助餐具,正常高度嘅雲石枱更為舒適。年輕友善嘅店員不懂廣東話,難怪兩頁餐牌上嘅中文版有啲特殊同搞笑,例如「well done」嘅熟牛肉竟變成「做得很好」,明顯係網絡翻譯器嘅傑作。食親越南菜,XO仔都慣性地先點杯凍越南咖啡「Iced Viet Drip Coffee with Condensed Milk」($38)飲。越南咖啡即叫即滴漏,滴完即拌入底層嘅煉奶,再倒入冰杯內,凍咖啡香濃醇厚,甜滑無比,冇得輸呀!Fried Rolls with Pork, Shrimp and Assorted Vegetables($88):屬「有趣的零食」嘅炸春卷新鮮炸出,以生菜包住黎食尤其鬆化香脆,春卷餡心則軟嫩甜美,點上秘汁已夠清新可口。其實早就估到一個人未必食得哂一碗越南粉,所以哥哥就提議五口子分兩碗特色石鍋越南牛肉粉及一客牛肉米粉沙律「Lemongrass Beef Noodles Salad」($108)。Stone Bowl Pho Special($168):真係冇諗到特色越南粉成個木盤咁大份,當中包有一大碗粉、石鍋滾湯、生牛肉薄片及生雞蛋。另配生雜菜及香料供食客加以調味。嘻嘻,懶人式食法當然係一次過將隻生雞蛋同碟牛肉放入石鍋熱湯度滾煮啦!原來除咗石鍋滾湯之外,姐姐仔係會喺越南粉嗰碗另斟上熱湯嘅,亦即每一份都有兩大碗湯飲!熱辣辣嘅越南粉份量勁多,小弟覺得兩至三個人分黎食應最為恰當。牛骨湯底甜濃味佳,生洋蔥絲同蔥花亦清爽得很,舖面嘅熟牛肉片切得夠薄,邊食邊撈入石鍋入面彈牙嘅牛肉丸及熱湯可同時增強口感及補熱,設計堅掂呀!結果五個人真係食唔哂兩客特色越南粉要打包,妹妹仔仲好人到俾咗碗新嘅熱湯,認真唔話得。越南小館「PoTauPho」光猛企理,連洗手間都乾淨過人。服務生誠懇周到,特色石鍋越南牛肉粉大份夾新鮮,幾個人分黎食之後除返條數其實唔算貴,有心食肆值得支持。

叫左炒卷(春卷)、最大既pho special、牛排片pho、越南咖啡,總結係非常好食!會之後成日來春卷 - 炸得好好食,啲豬肉好多,有有好多肉汁,搭埋紫蘇葉番一齊食非常好pho special -牛腩、生牛肉、松露蛋、樣樣都好正,個湯底好好飲,佢話係一種特別既湯底,的pho special 先有,同埋佢用韓式石鍋熱住上,令到個湯一路食都一路係都好熱牛排片pho - 牛排片唔錯,湯底都ok 但pho special 出色啲越南咖啡 - 唔錯,幾smooth服務 - 都幾好,自動波俾share 野用既碟,俾既香草都乾淨好香

$128牛粉牛尾夠腍,生牛肉片另上,夠軟。湯,好清,冇乜乜牛味,睇片話2位越南人打理,相信現在已人面全非。$88炸春卷太大碌,1條開2條差不多,餡肉太多,冇乜木耳洋葱粒粉絲,冇哂炸春卷精髓,肉太令皮好快腍,好似食肉卷,好漏。最離奇係青檸梳打Menu寫$28,埋單計$38,問點解,答:印錯左,改唔到。你可以用label,可以點歺時講比客知,你點可以中意收幾錢就幾錢。香港仲有咁嘅事发生!And 冷氣不足,食粉红熱。
