To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 從一進門起,優雅的環境和窗外高層的俯瞰街景就讓人感受到舒適,早午餐時段店內人不多,感覺相當輕鬆。菜品方面,烤肉種類選擇多,豬牛羊皆有;海鮮自然必不可少,選擇豐富多彩,品質也非常出色。從烤牛肉到龍蝦,每一道菜都散發著新鮮兩個字。尤其是沙律和芝士,不僅種類繁多,而且品質上乘,讓人可以根據自己的口味自由搭配,增添了用餐的樂趣和多樣性。而在甜品方面,胡蘿蔔麵包這次的確是帶來了意外的驚喜,口感緊實,鬆軟香甜的口感。 continue reading

加州大廈7樓都有唔同類嘅餐廳而且都有做weekend brunch。呢間 Porterhouse 海鮮扒房係週末星期六、日及指定公眾假期會供應早午自助餐,任食生蠔、蟹腳、波士頓龍蝦等多款海鮮。成人$598/小童$279每逢週末星期六、日及指定公眾假期供應首輪:11:30am-1:30pm次輪:1:45pm-3:45pm𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥✨ 前菜大約有十幾款前菜,包括芝士、火腿類凍肉拼盤、煙三文魚、沙律等✨ 海鮮生蠔🦪、蟹腳、龍蝦狀、螺 、大蜆等今次仲有lobster roll ,不過不失。包身少咗包香味。新鮮出爐嘅好快啲去海鮮款式 refil|都快又新鮮生蠔係細款。✨ 熱食即煮意大利麵•、熱熔瑞士Raclette芝士、原條清蒸河上鮮等✨ 三款即切烤肉今期比較欣賞嘅係和牛肩肉醬汁就自己落✨ 甜品較為出色嘅係apple pie and tiramisu 可惜嘅係好快之後都無再refill 員工都有禮,海鮮區個位可以放得溫柔啲每期菜式都有少少變化,可以打黎問下 continue reading
