記得幾年前呢間餐廳啱啱開嘅時候,我同朋友都第一時間去試咗~然後今次咁啱同朋友喺旺角行完街,諗唔到食乜,就帶咗佢去我三年前食嘅呢間餐廳(因為佢冇食過),睇吓有冇咩進步🤣🍱一汁三菜- 烤芝士漢堡扒配海苔肉鬆 $150記得三年前我都係食呢一個,不過佢今次嘅前菜就轉左啲嘢~個前菜由一蓮藕片青瓜木耳絲變左做高湯蔬菜凍~ 呢個果凍都有啲特別,就係佢入邊有好多菜,有西蘭花、秋葵、粟米芯,然後個口感呢就勁似大菜糕😂 感覺真係幾新奇嘅~然後啲飯嘅味道都好似有少少轉變,以前個飯好似唔係真係好有味,但係而家嘅飯就應該溝咗啲醬油,所以未落湯之前其實都已經夠味~值得讚嘅地方,我覺得佢個漢堡扒比三年前呢係冇咁乾嘅~而家嘅漢堡扒係Juicy返少少~🥰然後以前漢堡扒下面係啲泡菜酸菜咁樣嘅,而家呢就係變咗紫菜同埋肉鬆~感覺個味道係match啲😚鰹魚湯同埋流心蛋都同以前嘅水準一樣,冇退步到~不過我覺得唯一可惜嘅係我比較鍾意以前嗰個托盤,而家個托盤由木變成膠,感覺就冇以前嘅便當咁有古風~🍟海苔炸薯條 $88呢個係我第一次食嘅薯條~首先佢即叫即炸,就算我哋放咗一陣佢都仲係炸到好熱辣辣嘅~ 然後佢有番薯條😍番薯條都幾香甜~ 同埋份量,其實係比我想像中大份!🍨肉桂朱古力蟲二西多 $118之前嚟食都會食pancake,但係今次就想試吓個西多~因為三年前我記得係冇嘅🤣 咁呢個西多超級邪惡😈 完全滿佈朱古力醬同埋朱古力粉😍啱晒我呢啲朱古力控~而呢個西多士呢係煎嘅,就唔係炸嘅,所以食落就感覺冇咁熱氣同香口😙 然後上面有球雲呢拿雪糕同埋會有啲香蕉喺度咁~令到成個甜品都唔會太漏同埋太滯🥰🌸櫻花忌廉草莓泡泡啤$65雖然呢個叫做泡泡啤,但係佢係冇酒精喺入邊嘅😚 櫻花味呢就唔係好濃,因為其實應該就係講緊泡泡面頭嘅櫻花花瓣,而佢嘅泡泡啤呢其實係一啲泡泡嘅cream😆咁Mix下面嘅士多啤梨糖漿咁成件事其實就有啲似士多啤梨smoothie/沙冰咁~值得讚嘅係個士多啤梨味唔係死甜😍味道都好fresh嘅😋🍵桂花烏龍 $65有啲surprise我冇諗過呢個桂花烏龍係咁好飲~飲得出係真係靚嘅茶😍(有冇茶控喺度?🥰)佢個桂花味同埋烏龍味融合得好勻循~桂花味係絕對唔會佔少部份~我覺得算係我飲過最好飲嘅桂花烏龍茶🥰 Overall覺得環境好似比三年前靚咗,嘢食嘅水準都有高質到~睇嚟經過三年嘅疫情,佢冇乜點退步過喎🤣可以得閒再encore喎~ continue reading
