係呢到附近返工或返學嘅朋友仔一定有聽過呢間燒味店。 入座/等位:基本上lunch time點都要排隊㗎喇, 十二點幾黎,三個人等左五到十分鐘左右。環境:普通燒味店,唔好expect 好寬敞,但重點係食物。 食物:叫左一碗燒鴨叉燒瀨,雙拼$52。叉燒煮得有燶邊又入味, 又唔會係好乾柴。 燒鴨食落有肉地得黎仲有汁。 咁嘅質素,呢個價錢我覺得幾合理。 如果叫燒鵝呢,就會貴啲。同埋都要睇咩時段黎,有機會買曬啲脾。 咁就自己衡量啦。 總結:如果lunch 有時間,排隊黎食都唔失望嘅。佢未必係我食過最好食嘅燒味,但係間唔中都會想食嘅燒味。 continue reading

🔥《招牌燒鵝》 每日限量供應!選用廣東黑鬃鵝,皮脆肉嫩得連骨都入味。最正係下莊,啖啖肉。。老闆好細心咁張肉同皮之間陳白色肥膏去除先至放上枱畀客人食,所以食落唔會有好油膩嘅感覺。而且老闆堅持差唔多買曬先至會入去廚房再燒製過,因為放耐咗老闆覺得品質差咗🍯《蜜汁叉燒》 堅持用脢頭肉製作,半肥瘦比例完美。蜜糖燒至焦糖化,邊緣帶微脆,咬落爆肉汁!街坊最愛要求「燶邊」版本,焦香更突出。 聽街坊講,小朋友最鍾意用呢啲叉燒汁嚟撈飯 🔥《玫瑰露油雞》 雞以玫瑰露酒+當歸等十餘種香料醃製,肉質嫩滑得離奇,蘸點蔥油薑蓉,食落先嘗到酒香! 呢度出名嘅,其實仲有燒肉,不過要每日兩點前嚟到先有得食。。。 continue reading

波記喺呢區都應該有40年,我細細個讀書就有嚟呢度食,不過以前好似冇咁多人,咁依家啲價錢梗係貴咗好多啦。講返啲嘢食先啦,其實係一般燒臘檔,不過地方都好乾淨好企理,今日入到嚟呢我就點咗個最出名嘅燒鵝髀瀨粉,咁確實係幾好食嘅,個皮係好脆,又夠肉地,我諗同區都算好食啦,所以點解咁多人嚟。其他啲叉燒,燒肉都應該好好食,等我下次試吓先!!通常佢就貴人哋$5到啦。撞正食飯時間啊,真係要排隊嘅,不過都好快,搭枱就預咗㗎啦! continue reading

呢間嘅一直嚟附近都無為意,但其實就想食好耐bookmark咗,有一日又去開附近點知一睇原來就對面,二話不說就衝咗入去叫咗碗叉鵝瀨,叉燒大大舊肥瘦適中,佢嘅肥唔係標油膩口嗰種,比較實但整體肉質係唔嚡有肉汁偏甜嗰種,係我鍾意食嘅,燒鵝皮薄香口呢間會再嚟食過。好似呢種細細間嘅舖頭你感受到嘅係滿滿人情味同香港人嘅溫度,當你想叫嘢食姐姐又忙緊,斬料師傅望到你就問句”阿妹食咩呀?” 有個學生應該叫開外賣,姐姐認得佢知佢就嚟考DSE叫佢飲多啲水同加油… continue reading
