波記米芝連平民推介依度日日都大排長龍,如果去到lunch hour 外賣堂食都一定要排隊,而且營業時間係上午11點開始,賣晒就收鋪,每日大約六點收,要食就早啲去食,咁就唔駛排隊啦。波記環境就一般,而且坐位亦唔多,人多時亦坐得比較密。不過係值得嘅,我次次都叫叉燒飯,都係四十幾蚊。重點黎啦,啲叉燒肉質軟腍又唔肥,略帶玫瑰露香氣加上香甜蜜汁,鹹甜適中,真係流晒口水。🤤雖然依度最出色係鵝髀,但係價錢比較貴,所以我就冇試過。係度食最緊要快靚正,冇得慢慢坐。 continue reading

開關去完兩次旅行後返到香港,搵咗一日去行港島西區,幫襯一間好出名嘅燒味店 🤗 依日去到店舖外下晝一點幾,喺狹窄嘅行人路打緊小蛇餅,小編排咗廿分鐘左右~ 🍜 叉燒燒鴨瀨粉 😋😋😋😋😋雙拼粉麵要加$8,一場嚟到梗係試多款啦 😉 揀咗幾出名嘅燒鴨,加拼叉燒,再配買少見少嘅瀨粉~ 燒鴨皮薄肉厚,鴨味好出;叉燒多瘦少肥,有厚度,蜜汁香甜 👍🏻 瀨粉爽滑,面頭嘅燒味慢慢滲入啲湯度,好正!🤤午餐 💵 約港幣$50/人💁🏻‍♀️ 觀察所見,大部分都係區內熟客,亦都有唔少後生仔女同大學生嚟幫襯 😲 有啲亦同店舖老闆他哋幾熟,見面會傾幾句~ 老店自有佢哋自己嘅規矩同態度,由於食客多,仲有外國遊客,安排入座後要順佢哋嘅次序落單,最好入去之前諗定食咩啦 😌🙆🏻‍♀️ 最後,喜歡嘅話,歡迎follow @foodirectory.hk! continue reading

和女朋友週末專突去試下這店的燒鴨脾。今天大約1300 左右到達, 去到餐廳女待應話無晒燒鴨/鵝脾(我們一共問了三次;長髮女待應二次,短髮女待應一次)。既然大局已定當然很失望,只好點了燒鵝飯和燒鴨瀨。但轉頭我地見到隔離枱剛坐下來的客人竟然有鴨脾?!!我地當然心有不甘,埋單時我地好有禮貌問長頭髮女待應多一次點解我地點單時明明講:「燒鵝鴨脾無晒」但轉頭其他人又有呢? 該應待的回答十分精采:「脾要斬到有先有!」我諗了半天都搞不懂,如果點菜都要睇時辰,點解餐牌上又有燒脾呢個假選項給客人? 係香港食飯真係俾錢買難受,怪不得越來越多人不願意留香港消費,香港飲食業走下坡全賴這類鋪頭食物一般,味道雖然未至於差但也不是雜誌/社交媒體網站 所講咁好,但今天所遇經歷令我絕不會再去。 continue reading
