和女朋友週末專突去試下這店的燒鴨脾。今天大約1300 左右到達, 去到餐廳女待應話無晒燒鴨/鵝脾(我們一共問了三次;長髮女待應二次,短髮女待應一次)。既然大局已定當然很失望,只好點了燒鵝飯和燒鴨瀨。但轉頭我地見到隔離枱剛坐下來的客人竟然有鴨脾?!!我地當然心有不甘,埋單時我地好有禮貌問長頭髮女待應多一次點解我地點單時明明講:「燒鵝鴨脾無晒」但轉頭其他人又有呢? 該應待的回答十分精采:「脾要斬到有先有!」我諗了半天都搞不懂,如果點菜都要睇時辰,點解餐牌上又有燒脾呢個假選項給客人? 係香港食飯真係俾錢買難受,怪不得越來越多人不願意留香港消費,香港飲食業走下坡全賴這類鋪頭食物一般,味道雖然未至於差但也不是雜誌/社交媒體網站 所講咁好,但今天所遇經歷令我絕不會再去。 continue reading

聽聞波記,過來一試。呢間波記真係好好笑,餐牌明明有全脾(接受價錢貴一倍),但嗌個時聲稱無全脾,然後好奇點解下一枱有全脾,離開時就問問店員啦,「係呀,斬到有咪有,無就答你無」!咁理直氣壯講d呢。餐廳個餐牌要黎有乜用?一係你就個客講斬到有就有,無就要等,而吾係答無?淨係講嘢食啦,味道又唔好,燒鵝上到來個皮又吾脆,又凍。加上餐牌只供參考,不知所謂,不會再有下次。食過n間餐廳,幾好食and 幾難食都好,我都未試過在openrice留評價。就知呢間野有幾騎呢。 continue reading

話說之前喺社交媒體網站見到有人介紹哩間波記燒臘飯店🫢 所以就save低左等有機會嘅時候試🫢然後喺某個星期日,我就食左哩碗令我一試難忘嘅燒鴨瀨粉了‼️哩間老字號裝修簡約,但不乏捧場客,當日大概要等位20分鐘~~.🧡燒鴨脾瀨粉🧡 ($55)味道:😋😋😋😋😋(5個😋為滿分)真係十級推介!大大隻鴨脾🤤一咬落去啲鴨油咇出嚟,啖啖肉非常嫩滑,而且一啲都唔羶!加埋爽口瀨粉真係絕配🤩不過燒鴨皮就唔夠脆真心覺得係我暫時食過最好食嘅燒鴨瀨🧡一定會食第二次🤤.性價比:🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍翻食指數:🤍🤍🤍🤍環境:🤍🤍🤍服務:🤍🤍🤍 continue reading

波記屹立西環四十幾年年,店舖多款燒味均係店舖後自家工場製作好多人話自從波記由山道搬咗落山之後跌watt… 不過無比較就無傷害,我係第一次嚟食無得 complain 今次一次過試曬呢度嘅名物,因為唔係咁多機會一次過比較鴨同鵝,所以個經驗都幾有趣🤗 排隊等咗十幾分鐘就入到,lucky 燒鵝叉燒飯,鵝肉肉質比較細緻幼嫩,油香豐富,皮脆口🪿叉燒原來係想要肥叉,佢哋推薦食半肥瘦話會好食過肥叉。嚟到又真係好食喎,香甜蜜汁,肉質腍小小肥猶如入口即化🐽 request 咗多薑蔥蓉真係好多要比 like 😂燒鴨瀨粉🦆鴨肉比較實肉味香濃有咬口,皮比較薄。湯底清瀨粉都好爽滑而且出奇地好易夾,唔會食到呢咁Hea 🤭(不過唔係好鐘意佢哋係用即棄餐具呢點) continue reading
