今日難得返嚟港大呢頭點可以唔嚟波記回味一下呢? 😝以前大學時代幾乎每個星期都會嚟一次,雖然價錢唔算話好平,但係性價比依然高、快靚正!👍🏻今日開舖冇耐就嚟到,未到食晏時間,所以唔洗排隊😙 今日想食啲濕濕地嘅嘢,叫左碗燒鴨瀨。燒鴨嘅皮依舊燒得脆,帶有碳香味,鴨肉亦非常嫩一啲都唔鞋,瀨粉就正正常常啦,配埋個唔會太喊嘅清湯,成件事實在太浪漫啦,大學回憶返哂嚟!😜☺️朋友就叫咗叉燒燒腩飯,半肥瘦嘅叉燒啱啱好,燒肉嘅皮非常香脆,啲肉唔會太瘦太乾,再配埋好多薑蓉,送飯真係一流😍最後提提大家,如果想食新鮮嘅好味嘅燒味強烈建議大家食晏時間嚟,因為有時晚市嘅質素會有少少落差,唔會好晏收舖,賣剩嘅貨尾🙈 continue reading

一間比較舊噶面店,應該系老店了,好有味道,好多人幫襯,我都要擠進去先穩到位置坐,心霖如果唔系好味邊會有甘多人呢。米體間店裝修甘舊,味道真系好味到一流,燒鴨全髀瀨粉,真系好好味,燒鴨燒得好香啊,吾會太肥,剛剛好,好多肉汁,仲會配個酸梅醬比你,酸酸地,都幾惹味噶。 continue reading

今日幫公司攞野過西環,剛剛差唔多食晏時間,行過波記諗住求其食碗粉醫肚算數,呢間野外表睇落平平無奇,又唔算好坐,不過諗住食粉麵快黎快閃冇嘜所謂啦,一入去已經聞倒燒臘香味,本身自己好鍾意食叉燒,於是就叫左叉燒瀨粉,🥢🍜嘩,唔係掛,$35蚊一碗瀨粉,有咁多件叉燒,叉燒半肥瘦帶燶邊,簡直係食叉燒最高境界😋,瀨粉又軟又滑口,又多蔥粒增加湯嘅香味,真係超值抵食,估唔到今餐有咁大意外驚喜,下次再經過一定會再幫襯。 continue reading

住西環嘅朋友成日推介波記燒腦粉麵店嘅燒味,又話平日晏少少6點幾燒味可能賣晒提早關門,聽到我口水流,今日一於去試下。一黎到見到店內坐位唔多,好彩早少少黎到,坐下一陣已全店爆滿。專登黎到,即叫了碗朋友推介的燒鵝瀨,一上枱當堂嚇一跳,今天好好彩師傅比左隻鵝脾我,因為叫鵝脾瀨係貴幾拾,第一次黎幫襯真係有驚喜。燒鵝皮係脆同熱,配瀨粉真係一流配搭。朋友叫左碟叉燒燒肉飯,燒肉皮脆,內裡肥廋分明。而叉燒厚切,夠淋,上枱時仲暖暖地,而外面燒得少少濃,水準確係一流。最後,食飯期間除左全店滿座外,有勁多人外賣,走時門外等外賣都有近10人。燒味要做得出色真係唔簡單,波記係其中一間用心去做嘅燒味店。 continue reading
