身處香港大學附近 被評為港大名物的波記 最岀名就係燒味 店都係街坊生意多平時 Lunch time 好多人 有時都要等一陣位 坐的位就係普通茶記咁 有少少迫 但都可以接受燒味同其他店比較 好似貴少少 今次試左碗叉燒燒鴨瀨粉 叫左一陣好快已經有 味道不算一試難忘 但都達到燒味應有水準 叉燒肥瘦適中 湯底飲左唔會勁口乾 好似加多啲錢可以係燒鴨脾如果經過附近都可以一試 但佢的休息時間好唔定時 好難捉摸.....食唔食到就講緣份啦 多數星期日同假期都會休息 continue reading

呢間位於香港大學站b出口嘅波記可以話係港大同學仔必食嘅燒味店。鋪面唔算特別,同普通嘅燒味專門店大致一樣,而餐牌都係好平凡嘅menu:單拼雙拼飯/瀨粉。筆者叫左最常見嘅叉燒燒肉飯,先講叉燒,叉燒非常惹味邪惡,蜜糖燒汁加埋肥叉燒上嘅脂油簡直令人食指大動;燒肉皮亦都整得非常之脆,份量亦唔算少。另外值得留意係佢堂食有宜家買少見少嘅支裝可樂,配埋肥膩嘅燒味簡直一絕!至於用餐環境方面,因為係小店嘅關係,所以店面唔算大,位置唔多而且有少少迫,所以建議可以外賣,不過就無得飲賣少見少嘅支裝可樂。 continue reading

本身約左朋友,見時間尚早又有d肚餓,就去波記食少少野先,波記既燒鴨本身都出名,所以今次決定燒鴨瀨外再試埋佢既牛根腩,燒鴨牛根腩瀨($44),雖然唔平,但牛根腩炆得入味軟淋,燒鴨水準都keep到,所以雖然價錢偏貴但都可接受,味道唔錯,可以一試。 continue reading

去開HKU附近,但係你唔會想食HKU can,朋友提議食平快靚正嘅波記,YES,完全同意平快靚正。齊人先入得,瞬間要點好嘢食,我就揀左叉燒燒鴨賴粉($38)。雙拼只係加多$5,所以要哂兩個餸。足料,份量多,一上檯碗面全部都係叉燒燒鴨。叉燒半肥瘦,味道啱啱好,燒鴨肉嫩而不韌,肥而不膩,正!配埋碗湯賴粉,唔知點解個湯明明無咩特別,但係偏偏好夾,係香港味道。食飽行出嚟已經見到有人排隊,好彩早左嚟開餐。下次經過附近一定會再食,試燒鵝。 continue reading

今日要拎野去HKU, 而友人又係西營盤出job, 咁就相約一齊食Lunch, 咁我地就去左石塘咀市政大樓附近間波記燒臘粉麵店食燒鵝瀨。 我同友人不約而同想食燒鵝叉瀨,滿滿一碗,面頭放滿燒鵝同叉燒。燒鵝色澤油亮,賣相吸引,唔油膩,咬落皮脆香口,肉質軟熟易咬,不愧係咁出名。湯清無味精, 食完都唔洗狂飲水。瀨粉顏色晶瑩,條條分明,唔會碎濕濕,麵質彈牙爽口,唔會過軟。 PS 雖然出色, 但我覺得以前細個回鄉食的燒鵝瀨比較最出色, 那個湯底比較濃, 鵝又香又捻。但香港太少地方有瀨粉食了, 波記不失為好選擇。 continue reading
