燒鴨髀瀨,正 Featured Review

西環「波記」的燒鵝,一向有名,即使數年前因事分為兩間店舖經營,名頭仍然響亮,是不少人心目中吃靚燒鵝的心水地方。但碍於路途遙遠,所以雖然慕名已久,一直未有幫襯 。不過自從地鐵南區線通車之後,交通比前方便,就造就了我這次的到訪。 這次來的時候還未到中午,雖然店內已有不少食客正在享受美食,等候的人並不太多,所以只是在店外等待了三數分鐘,便可入內用膳。這兒的燒鵝一向是店中皇牌,但一碗「燒鵝髀瀨」($90/碗)著實並不便宜,見這兒的「燒鴨髀瀨」($45/碗)價錢比「燒鵝髀瀨」足足平了一半,實在抵食,雖然明知道燒鵝始終比燒鴨來得好吃,還是捨燒鵝髀而取燒鴨髀,先一嚐這價廉物美的廉價美食的滋味。等不多時,一碗熱氣騰騰的「燒鴨髀瀨」已由店員從店內逼狹的通道間送上。看著浸潤在清澈湯中的半透明白色瀨粉上那隻外皮呈亮麗橙褐色的燒鴨髀和翠綠色的蔥花,讓人在未品嚐前已不禁食指大動。細細品嚐之後,但覺得半透明的瀨粉滑中帶爽,不會輕易夾斷,湯頭也味道適中可喜,主角的燒鴨髀啖啖是肉,肉質口感既佳,也有不錯的肉味,外皮雖不太脆,仍然及格,燒鴨髀、瀨粉與湯三者的組合,配合無間,波記的名氣確非倖致。 一碗教人吃得津津有味的「燒鴨髀瀨」,一碟亮麗嫩綠的「蠔油菜心」 、一瓶冰凍解渴的「可口可樂」,對我來說,已是可媲美鮑參翅肚的人間美食了。 continue reading

今日早左收工,趕得切7點前入去食番個燒味飯!真係好感動,平時想食都食唔到!好掛住,一講又流口水!入到去大大個餐牌,有時好想試下瀨粉,但都係要簡燒味飯。因為依到既薑蓉本人覺得好好好好食,係精華黎。 燒鵝飯冇得輸,水準依舊。而且好好彩有一個係俾左全脾我地,如果就咁叫鵝脾飯,係要90蚊,相差一半價錢咁濟,SO LUCKY! 叉燒(例)叉燒唔會比下去,舊舊厚切,就算冇乜肥膏既都好淋又有肉汁。面且用蜜糖燒到外圍有啲焦香,口感一流! 平時晏就黎好多人咖,又迫又要排隊。雖然出名好食,但如果比我可以早啲收工,又闊落又可以靜靜地,我一定會再黎食,哈哈。叮叮同我都好滿意,覺得好滿足。 continue reading

Lunch Time 自己一個去左石塘咀市政大樓附近間波記燒臘粉麵店食lunch。去到剛剛係放飯時間,有好多人係門外等位。等左幾個字,終於入得座,坐低後就嗌左個燒鴨瀨粉,上枱時有d驚喜,估唔到係原隻燒鴨脾上。燒鴨脾色澤油亮,賣相吸引。鴨脾唔油膩,無鴨羶味,咬落皮脆香口,肉質軟嫩彈牙,肉汁豐富,不愧係米芝蓮推介。湯頭聽聞係用雲吞麵湯,湯清無味精。瀨粉顏色晶瑩,條條分明,唔會碎濕濕,麵質彈牙爽口,唔會過軟。 continue reading

香港人鐘意去小店都係因為小店有一份無價既人情味。可惜而家香港有唔少打住小店既旗號餐廳,但只係巧立名目。幸好,呢一間波記燒味係例外⋯⋯友人話呢間波記既燒鵝係西環好出名,所以就同友人一齊黎試一試佢既水準。店鋪裝潢同餐牌睇落係一間好普通燒味店 一坐落就梗係叫個鵝脾飯先,點個店員話要訂先有,係咁同我講對唔住。我都幾失望因為我都係遠道而黎試架嘛。但係無計就叫店員幫我落個燒鵝飯算。個飯黎到,居然有鵝脾,個店員靜雞雞走黎同我講話見我咁想食,專登加脾俾我。真係好開心。同埋呢度既鵝真係名不虛傳,肉質鮮嫩,肥而不膩,唔錯唔錯。食野期間,雖然店員好忙,但係都仲會客人吹水,有傾有講。氣氛好好一定會再黎食! continue reading

波記幫襯左好多年,由山道舊鋪幫襯到而家係石塘咀市政大廈對面既新鋪,以前無咁多款式,不過炸魚皮,韮菜花,牛腩,鴨瀨都好食,而家有時經過都會食碗鴨瀨先走,今次叫左鴨脾瀨,味道依舊,係值得一去既小店。 continue reading
