今次就去咗一間備受街坊歡迎嘅燒味鋪,但千祈唔好睇小佢哋呀!佢哋都曾經拎過米芝連推介嘅餐廳😆 我大約二點去都已經見到門口有三、四個人等緊,但係排咗十五分鐘左右就入咗去了~比我想象中快🤘🏻入到去鋪頭細細,但都已經聞到香濃嘅燒肉味。 第一次來就叫咗個叉鵝飯,叉燒肥而不膩,完完全全食到佢嘅油香🤤而燒鵝皮脆肉香比起坊間燒過火嘅味道完全唔同!得閒我一定會再過來食!雖然舖頭既冇華麗嘅裝潢,又冇精緻嘅擺盤,但係正正就係依種貼地簡樸嘅感覺先今佢更香港🇭🇰 continue reading

唔知大家中唔中意食燒味呢,其實我啲口味好佬,最中意揸住隻燒鵝髀大大啖咬,有時岩岩燒起,層油香十足嘅皮🤤真係諗起都流晒口水❗️今次介紹呢間聽講好多hku嘅朋友仔都一定聽過嘅,仲有啲話自己飯堂添🤫今次我話行山前要先bulk一下,唯有去試下呢間嘅燒味係咪真係咁正先🍗燒鴨全髀瀨其實佢都有燒鵝全髀瀨粉嘅,不過由於我諗住平民價啲先試下佢,就叫住個燒鴨先啦。佢比我地隻鴨髀都幾大隻,連個碗都唔夠擺。好可惜我覺得佢隻鴨髀偏瘦唔夠肥,所以食落塊皮有少少un😟呢樣係有少少失望嘅🤤燒鵝肥叉飯 既然無叫佢嘅燒鵝全髀,就叫下普通燒鵝試下啦。為左養好tummy,竟然唔肥唔食叫埋肥叉🤭咁又係嘅,瘦猛猛邊好食架🤫佢嘅叉燒肥瘦均勻,表面仲有少少嘅焦香,再有麥芽糖嘅甜,的確係出色嘅。燒鵝方面,無可否認燒鵝嘅皮油脂真係比較香,咬落有種莫莫嘅滿足感。點少少酸梅醬,仲可以減輕油膩感同埋罪惡感😆 -🍹飲品方面,餐廳主要都係得汽水,今次就無嗌喇 continue reading

We ordered the roast goose lai fun ($55) and roast goose egg noodles ($55). 喺西環石塘咀嘅波記燒臘粉麵店係米芝連🏅餐廳之一,本來專登嚟到係想試佢最出名,個個食完都讚嘅燒鵝脾嘅🍗,晏晝大約1點鐘就到咗,門口有好多人等緊外賣🥡,反而堂食唔洗排隊🤔 一心嚟到緊係要坐低堂食先試到即燒出嚟燒臘有幾正😋 點知雖然堂食冇位坐,但落單時,姐姐話最後一份燒鵝脾啱啱賣咗,真係哭出嚟🥲 話真係想食要等到三點🕒先再出爐😵‍💫 好可惜,唯有聽姐姐話,轉食燒鴨脾啦,姐姐話好多人叫一樣好食架喎🫣🦆燒鴨叉燒雙拼瀨粉燒鴨脾個皮🍗唔知係咪因為浸咗落個湯到,所以食唔到佢燒到脆皮嘅口感😞 不過個鴨皮油脂係幾係幾香😌 肉質幾軟淋唔會有陣鴨酥味👍🏻,但係可能自己抱住想食燒鵝脾嘅心態🫣,覺得隻鴨脾有啲細隻同再啲瘦😣叉燒都只屬正常發揮,可能個位唔夠靚,偏瘦,但其實我已叫左要肥叉🫢 啲肉有啲韌嘅😮‍💨 反而個瀨粉幾好食,有咬口唔會碎濕濕,個湯底亦唔會太咸不過下次嚟我都一定要叫外賣🥡,寧願拎上車🚙食,因為波記個環境實在太唔舒服🙈,個地下係油到扇,張台都係油到笠痴痴😓 continue reading

Po Kee is a noodle shop with long history. $37 for one topping, +$8 for each topping on noodles. Very cheap in the Kennedy Town area. Generous amount of toppings. Clear broth, not too salty. The goose breast was a bit tough. I should've requested any parts but breast😅Clean and simple environment, no decorations. Efficient service. Perfect for a quick lunch. continue reading
