來了這間店子大大話話都有四次了, 之前一直沒有寫食評, 是因為覺得這間小店已經是大坑的名店, 好多人都去過, 無須多作推介。但想想這麼有誠意的食店, 既然自己也樂意幫襯完再幫襯, 也應該在這裡寫一下。是次好姐妹替我補祝生日, 不想他們太破費, 也喜歡這裡, 就一起來吃吃。來過這裡的, 都知道這裡地方其實不大, 客人高談闊論之時, 也會有嘈吵的感覺。本來在訂位時, 店家說過要8:30p.m. 還枱, 但當晚人客不算太多, 我們也可以在那裡慢慢吃。點過菜後, 店員隨即送上了神奇濕紙巾(自己去看看是甚麼吧 哈哈)。不久, 我們的食物便來了。我是包精, 知道這裡的麵包是homemade的, 所以就算要付錢也要點。三款麵包包括focaccia, grissini 和 bread roll, 配以油醋汁、spicy tomato dip 和presto dip. 當中較喜歡bread roll, 外表普通一塊, 吃下去即感到組織綿密, 又有些濕潤, 不是乾巴巴的貨式。點一下presto dip, 好香olive oil 和basil 的味道。兩款沙律, mixed green salad with

兩款沙律, mixed green salad with pinenuts and grape juice dressing, 紫椰菜吃下有微微的菜甜, 配上酸酸甜甜的grape juice dressing, 很開胃。White asparagus salad, 清甜的白蘆荀以烤過的芝士作配搭, 濃淡相宜, 上面的蘆筍泡沫帶來優美的視覺效果。

Pizza 選了Rucola。一上桌, 大家都嘩一聲, 因為店家把鋪在Pizza上的火箭菜堆得像座小山般, 上面再鋪上parma ham。餅底薄薄脆脆, 輕輕放上芝士, 火箭菜不太苦, 加上parma ham 的鹹香, 味道豐腴卻不覺膩。

三月下旬•晴今天下午,吃了這𥚃的一系統夏天新菜式。黑松露沙律幾清新,酸酸的開胃。如果加入一點甜味,更美味。同樣的黑松露放上釀入了mushroom purée的意大利雲吞,雲呑皮爽而餡也美味。龍蝦黃蕃茄意大利飯是非常好吃之餘,也非常好看。龍蝦肉爽甜,還加入烤香了的櫻花蝦碎,份外鮮甜。還有蠔意粉,蠔煮行七、八成熟,爽嫰鮮甜。還有更多。

三月下旬•晴

今天下午,吃了這𥚃的一系統夏天新菜式。

黑松露沙律幾清新,酸酸的開胃。如果加入一點甜味,更美味。

同樣的黑松露放上釀入了mushroom purée的意大利雲吞,雲呑皮爽而餡也美味。

龍蝦黃蕃茄意大利飯是非常好吃之餘,也非常好看。龍蝦肉爽甜,還加入烤香了的櫻花蝦碎,份外鮮甜。

還有蠔意粉,蠔煮行七、八成熟,爽嫰鮮甜。

軟心蛋配蘑菇薯蓉及黑松露菌汁

上桌時侍者提醒務必將溏心蛋先搗勻後再與其他材料混和才品嚐。蛋本身的確是又軟又夠"流",蛋黃部份是令人吃得一口甘香軟滑;外圍的薯蓉是打得細軟但卻不失薯仔的粉糯咬口;蘑菇是既肉厚又爽夾彈,用的應非普通罐頭貨色;黑松露菌汁是一貫的超搶味及香氣撲鼻。結果是將所有配料溝勻後再嚐,感覺就像在喝黑松露菌蘑菇薯仔湯一般...

自家製長絲帶麵(Tagliatelle)伴黑毛豬肉醬及牛肝菌

個人是對這道甚有偏好 --- Tagliatelle呈長條型帶微曲,咬勁十足但又非過韌的讓人滿意;黑毛豬肉粒相對起普通的多了一份滑溜;牛肝菌的味道既香又帶點甘,與tagliatelle配合得天衣無縫....不過似乎太太是有點很不慣的,小弟由此當然樂意去執手尾,將整碟東西一掃光

Salamino pizza

以沙樂美腸、蘑菇、紅洋葱及雅枝竹作toppings的意式薄餅。批底烘得又薄又脆,邊位雖帶微燶但未覺苦且只感濃烈焦香,咬入口亦不見太乾或太濕潤,確是近年嚐過少有的好薄餅。四款配料皆匹配味道好,不過若然salami可以重手一點就更是完美了;另外不能不提的便是那個塗在餅底的蕃茄醬,是一點也不吝嗇的多及厚身,而且酸度亦是調得剛啱好....

Triple chocolate cake

有一家三口在的話例牌是甜品押尾陣的時候。這個在友儕中甚獲好評的朱古力餅,軟滑度是出乎意料的好,朱古力味亦相當夠勁度濃郁。白朱古力層的存在更是令甜度提昇了一倍;置於另一邊則有一件與pound cake相類的東西,感覺乾而硬,與之前吃到的軟綿綿的蛋糕質感起了強烈的對比;至於位處中央的雲呢嗱忌廉則很是細軟香滑。一口cream後再嚐一啖甘苦的朱古力,oh..mamma mia....

雖然叫PIZZAZAZA但我唔係黎撐PIZZA本身想飲下酒精飲料但黎到先知原來COCKTAIL得兩個選擇失望左我唔好MOJITO,咁得番一個可以簡就係MAGIC CAPPUCCINO有VODKA,EXPRESSO等等好濃味,酒精成份都幾重係重口味既一杯COCKTAIL好彩佢兩隻味都好夾,又夠冰夠冰凍易入口,慢慢飲唔好PIZZA,叫左個PASTA叫做手造長絲帶麵黑毛豬肉醬牛肝菌一上枱就好香濃既牛肝菌味撲面而黎食落口就冇聞既咁濃味,要加多D黑椒等左都有15MINS其實都係普通闊條麵有黑毛豬肉醬,同時都有黑毛豬肉粒幾肉嫩,牛肝菌都夠淋同入味但整體黎講份量好少,而且冇咩特別用等既時間同價格黎講就唔係好值不過個人幾鐘意佢室內環境,白同黃都幾醒神而且有好多藝術掛畫係大坑既黑夜中好搶眼既一點

沒錯,女生的確是有兩個胃的,即使我已吃pizza吃得肚子都脹了,還是吃得下甜品。身為Chocoholic的我點了Triple Chocolate Tart with Assorted Fresh Berries (HK$88),本來沒有太大期望,但一看到精緻的賣相已心生歡喜,再吃下去,umm.....朱古力撻暖暖的,撻底脆脆,朱古力是帶點點苦的,絕不會太甜,裡面更有果仁,而旁邊的vanilla cream是廚師新鮮炮製的,不是普通的忌廉,實在讚讚讚!

Bread Basket consist of 3 types of bread and dips! Walnut, crisp as well as the sun-dried tomato favor,and the dips was spicy tomato ,olive oil+ vinegar! In the mean time, we were more than happy to try the smoke butter created by Chef Yeung from PizzaZaZa!(claps)

This meal started with two Refreshing Appetizers:

Seasonal Salad with speck & pear mixed with grape dressing – to be honest I have never tried a grape dressing on a salad, it goes so well with the fresh mixed greens, pine-nuts and pear...a good starter for the meal!

A highlight of the meal-2nd Appetizer : Sea urchin mousse with cherry tomato consomme jelly ! Dont rub your eyes folks, YES it's Sea urchin mousse!? The thin layer of jelly is cherry tomato consomme and some fresh sea urchin and caviar on top! As all of you may notice if the sea urchin isn't fresh the taste could be extremely awful, and no doubt the sea urchin mousse here WONT let you down! It has a unique texture and it taste so fresh!

No wonder belle (owner of PizzaZaZa) said we should have finish one of this on our own rather than to share it between two of us..oh well, we had a 9-courses menu tonight we could have been too full in that case!

2 pizzas came after our refreshing Appetizers, as we mean to be the try out some new products and raise our comments today, the stuff that we had is not anything ordinary that you can find it else where!

Whole wheat dough Coppa consist with Coppa ham, Buffalo Mozzarella, potato and cherry tomatoes. I had dinner here before so I have tried the whole wheat dough pizza previously, and it is really crispy if you compare with the original pizzas, the toppings are thin slices of potatoes, cheese and coppa ham while the tomato sauce is replaced by cherry tomatoes.. it doesnt taste as strong as the normal pizzas as the chef wants us to taste the unique wheat favour.

Boss's Breakfast is the other pizza that we had tonight, from the name of this dish there is no way we can figure out what ingredients are in ! How about some goose liver, pine nuts and salads come with balsamico reduction. This combination can't go wrong indeed, the pan fried goose liver is crispy outside and juicy inside .. we pretty much just ignore how high the cholesterol is and finish the whole thing!

Right, it's time for some pastas !

The Mediterranean seafood pasta that we had are served with a telephone loop shape dry pastas (Fusilli lunghi bucati)! The pasta sauce consist of lobster and fish soup, the taste is so strong and it goes so well with the clams, half cook scallops, tender octopus pieces ,fried prawn as well as some greens! The texture of the pasta is al dente and I wish I have space in my tummy to finish the whole plate all by myself! To be frank.. how can I not like this pasta?

abalone spaghetti is another new try out for the night! It's like a fusion dish as it's probably the first time I saw abalone cooked with pasta, abalone was sliced after 12 hours slow cook process! Those abalone slices taste more like mushrooms in a way, and this pasta is topped with some chili bread crumbs which make this dish very interesting. Sometimes we have fake meat in our meal when we are having vegetarian food, this dish is probably the other way round just because the texture of those abalone slices are more or less some fake veges, lol!

Wagyu cheek with risotto is one of my favourite tonight too! The wagyu has been braised and the texture is so tender and since it's the cheek of wagyu so the taste is really strong too! And the mushroom risotto did a great job , al dente texture and it go so well with the meat, although not many of us like risotto but I am really into it!

We have dessert platters to end this meal: mango naoplean, opera and strawberry foam with raspberry jelly candy! Mango napolean is my all time favourite, sweet mango and crispy pastry is always a good combination! Just that LT was complainting the mango is a bit too sweet and cover up the taste of the pastry and custard cream, lol!

Oh I almost forgot about the drink! Goosh, is their signature here!!!! Ice chocolate! I have been here 3 times by now but I only had ice chocolate here the first time!It's hard to explain with words, especially my english sux, haha, but chocolate lover would love it I bet!

Thanks again for the invitation, it was great fun and rather than trying some new food we could also do a good catch up during the meal!For me it isnt really a tasting event but more or less a friends' gathering! The atmosphere is cozy and it was really relaxing to chill out in here! In terms of it's location, it isnt too crowd as the restaurant is located in the tai hang area (although I see people waiting outside this restaurant half way thorough our meal as we occupied half of the restaurant for the rest of the night!)

Lastly, thanks again for the personalized diary! I can never imagine I will be given this.. a diary book with my own name on! Surprise? 1 more thing that touches my heart is they have attached some generic version of my business cards into the last few pages of this diary book, and said once we run out of business card by all means there are some spares for us to use if we torn it from the book! OMG! What else can I say? I am speechless!!

全麥薄餅: 配料是踏實的, 有水牛芝士, 車厘茄, 意式火腿 (Coppa ham), 薯仔片。但咬下去最突出的反而是那個極有麥香的薄脆的餅底, 也要歸功於那個火山石壁爐吧, 那分麥香是湧現的, 而且薯片也是加分點, 雖然個人說不上是極愛吃薄底的pizza, 但其實這個pizza的麥香確是令人一吃難忘, 吃後感覺既不油膩, 也不熱氣。

鵝肝薄餅 (Boss's Breakfast)($258/3人用): 以鵝肝配薄餅,也太令人無法抗拒了吧,鵝肝的分量很慷慨,每件也有一定的分量,煎得很甘香,配合一貫代表作的脆餅底,取常作墊底的法國麵包,每口也嚐到鵝肝的豐腴,配上雜菜沙拉,松子和梨子,以輕輕的黑醋汁作伴,比傳統的薄餅要更有創意, 更好吃,很喜歡。

白酒慢煮鮑魚意粉 ($298): 用上的是南非鮮鮑, 做法是以法國白酒與高湯煮十個小時, 相信是為了方便分配, 當天的鮑魚是已切片的, 但從PizzaZaZa的專頁看到其意粉是配一整隻原隻鮑魚, 一客兩隻鮑魚, 又是一個史無前例的新配搭, 意粉的質感出色, 猶是滿有陣性, 一點也不糊口, 即使伙拍的是鮑魚,也毫不失色, 兩者相得益彰。

地中海鮮拼螺旋形通心粉: 單看外表已是引人入勝, 四方形的盤子, 表面放了不同種類的海鮮, 還有用貝殼盛炸香了的櫻花蝦, 那個有意大利淡水小龍蝦更是有趣, 雖然有有攝人的海鮮 (蜆、珍寶帶子、八爪魚), 但碗底的旋形通心粉Fusili (Lunghi Bucati)也不失色, 是很長的麵條呢!螺旋的形狀更有利於吸收湯汁(龍蝦和魚湯), 比想像中的要富彈性, 好玩又有特色。不要錯過那個炸得金香鬆化的櫻花蝦, 單吃就已經很香口, 加入螺旋形通心粉中, 更多了一分鹹香, 美味, 從前認識櫻花蝦只是日式食物, 想不到它跟螺旋粉也可譜出和諧的協奏曲呢。

和牛面珠蘑菇意大利飯: 上菜時已聞到令人欲罷不能的肉香, 光從肉眼觀看已知是上好的貨色, 牛面珠聞上去很香, 入口也香, 蘑菇配意大利飯總是很好的拍檔, 而且難得的是意大利飯的質感是很容易入口 (總是不太會欣賞那種外軟內硬的意大利飯.....)

甜品併盤: 一客有三款, 包括了芒果拿破崙, 歌劇院蛋糕和杯裝的草莓泡沫, 最出色的是芒果拿破崙,那個芒果的分量真的很慷慨, 也是鮮甜得令人眼前一亮, 芒果和吉士打的分量也多得快要溢出了!實在是太吸引! 酥皮是漲卜卜的, 表面灑上糖霜, 很美, 味道上盡是芒果的鮮甜; 質感上則是薄而酥化的酥皮和軟腍的芒果交融, 也真好吃, 水準比不少高級餅店的出品有過之而無不及 (個人認為比TONY WONG的拿破崙要好吃)。

總的而言, 還是想用四個字總結是次的晚餐--- '更厲害了', 上次自費吃過PizzaZaZa, 也覺得是好吃的; 這次吃的不少菜色是很好吃, 而且有驚喜, 跟大家團年,也是一貫的輕鬆愉怏。在此再次感謝主理人和公關的邀請。

來這裡當然要吃Pizza,我們選了牛肝菌煙燻水牛芝士全麥薄餅($148)。全麥薄餅薄脆如麥餅乾,質感較粗糙,但格外添了分咬口和麥香。而且並沒有因配料多餘的水份和油份變軟變濕,據說是因為用上了特製的火山石壁爐所製,所以才能薄脆如此,比鄰居Piccolo做得好。上面的水牛芝士煙燻過後鹹香惹味,配搭同樣香味逼人的牛肝菌,是無懈可撃的組合。

想試它的自家製意麵,便讓千島醬從兩款中選一款,他選了自家製雲吞釀布袋芝士配珍珠雞肉醬汁($158)。意大利雲吞皮厚薄軟硬適中,裹了香軟burata芝士在內。上頭加上了珍珠雞肉醬及parmesan芝士片,還有黑醋繞著碟旁,把它們連著雲吞一同送進口,食味甚豐富。喜歡的話也可請侍應幫忙在上面再多加些parmesan芝士。

我和千島醬最愛的甜品就是Tiramisu,所以餐後點了意式芝士蛋糕配咖啡汁($68)。這裡的Tiramisu做得更企身,芝士相對沒杯裝的細軟。下方的lady finger酒味分佈不均,第一口吃邊旁的都吃不到酒味,吃到較中央才嚐到酒味,不過酒味並不是一般單純的Marsala、Aramatto或是Rum,怪怪的不是太喜歡。整碟最欣慰的大概是伴碟繪花的咖啡焦糖(因為加了咖啡,醬這遍沒說覺得焦糖像利是糖 xD)。

一客甜品怎夠滿足我?想不到後來追加的肉桂脆配栗子蓉及朱古力汁($78)反而更討喜。一向吃Churro都是直條沾朱古力醬的那種,這裡卻把兩條繞成圈,擠了兩道香甜栗子蓉作黏合,中間釀入了天然甘甜的栗子碎。Churro外脆內軟,加入了肉桂製成,味道更香,跟栗子是意外的合拍,好喜歡。

某些菜式索價偏高,猶其是前菜類和甜品,但以它的用料和心思,都是物有所值。比方說聽侍應介紹,這裡的四季芝士薄餅($118)跟外頭的不一樣,一般店會把Mozzarella、Gorgonzola、Pecorino和Fontina四種芝士混成一塊,但這裡會把它們分開來,好讓客人能清晰嚐到每種獨特的香味。另外前菜和湯品都不乏特色選擇,這次吃不下那麼多,又有再來的藉口了!

佢地既全麥pizza都係signature之一,我地就要左個牛肝菌,PIZZA的餅底好薄好脆身,而且因為上全麥粉,所以有陣麥香味,牛肝菌味道雖然唔突出,但芝士同蕃茄醬的味道非常濃郁,而且佢地仲俾我地自己批芝士上去。
今另晚另一主角就係海膽意大利飯了,睇番之前的食評,這飯絕對是這裡的熱賣菜式,據侍應介紹個汁是淨用海膽做的,這裡的意大利飯也做得很出色,軟硬度啱啱好,有咬口。而且海膽雖然係熱食但都好鮮味,百分百「無得輸」,絶對超值!
但全晚我最欣賞的是碟扁意粉,意粉煮得非常好不硬不軟,出面的餐店甚少可以做到。個龍蝦汁味道香濃,加入鮮果皮,令汁多一份果香,有創意!而且汁的濃稠度剛剛好,緊緊的黏著意粉,食完唔會見到有汁留低喺個碟度。蝦很大隻,有鮮蝦味又夠爽口。
雖然他們每碟菜的份量看似不多,但以我地兩男兩女,食完這餐後再去小甜谷食甜品就啱啱好!這餐每人盛惠300大元,比起好多大型連鎖食店,真係物有所值,極度推介!

來得此店都會點個PIZZA試下, 這裡有2款用全麥麵粉做餅底既PIZZA我地點左個牛肝菌, PIZZA餅底好薄而脆身, 就算用上全麥粉都唔覺得太鞋口, 味道唔錯, 只係覺得牛肝菌味道唔突出, 相反芝士及蕃茄醬味道非常濃郁.

再來係時令意粉~蟹粉意大利粉夠晒FUSION, 不過我覺得物不所值. 意粉無錯煮得非常好不硬不軟好欣賞, 但唔知係唔係蟹粉關係令到整碟意粉都有點腥味.如果以三百多元來講, 我覺得一點都唔值, 相信下次再來都係點回餐牌內既意粉試下還覺值得.

雖然已經好飽, 但我地都忍不住試埋甜品先收口, 點左個CHURROS, 這一個甜品係我地2個人整晚最欣賞既菜式真係估唔到.
用上肉桂炸後既CHURROS再加上砂糖, 中間再放上栗子蓉.整個甜品都非常美味栗子蓉香濃奶滑, 唯一我個人覺得CHURROS炸得有點過火而偏硬.不過整體上這個甜品夠獨特而出色.

其實這間食店食物做得好好, PIZZA亦美味, 只係有些菜式個人認為有點OVER PRICE, 不過食物同價錢都係好個人.至於環境都唔錯而且服務都唔錯, 不停會有人加水又會換碟, 非常細心.

The design of the restaurant is very simple and comfortable. Once we sat down, the waitress served us a bread brasket with three kinds of sauce - olive oil and balsamic vinegar, spicy tomato sauce and pesto sauce. I am very impressed that all bread and sauce are home made. The bread is so spongy and full of butter and herb flavor. Our first appetizer is parma ham with melon. The design of the restaurant is very simple and comfortable. Next served are white asparagus salad with asparagus foam and potato mushroom soup. I personally do not like asparagus because of its bitterness. However, the asparagus there is tender and sweet.

Overall, I was so satisfied with the quality and service of the restaurant. Btw, the waitress will explain how to cook and eat whenever they served the dishes.

第一樣係pigba 點的沙樂美腸Pizza, 有8個等份,餡料較濕,批身較薄,食幾件都唔會太飽,但由於加了cheese,食完就覺得漏了~
不過好好味呀 ^^ 喜歡番茄味啊~

第二樣就係urchin risotto,粒粒飯都好有咬感,同埋好香urchin 味,同樣地食到咁上下就漏了,不過好好味,仲有D 蛋香味添啊~~ 對於不太喜歡海鮮的我都忍唔住「爬」左好多飯落肚~~~ 呵呵~~

埋單380左右,有D 貴,但係值得,淨係環境同員工的專業都值得畀貴D,更何況食材都不是便宜的啊~

大坑附近仲有好多甜品店,但因為胃口真的麻麻,放棄甜品lu~~

選給多多吃的前菜是軟心蛋配蘑菇、薯蓉及黑松露菌汁,這絕對是店子在社交網絡上曝光率最高的一道菜式之一。很多時食友在面對這個菜式時都會問「怎吃?」,其實吃法也很簡單,不需將軟心蛋刺破,將之連黑松露菌汁及薯蓉「一羹過」來吃就行。蛋是用上意大利蛋,所以蛋黃色澤特深。軟滑的蛋漿跟薯蓉在口感上配合得很好,加上雜菌的香味,是好看又好吃的一味前菜。

主菜方面,當然就是一味海膽意大利飯了。這絕對是這裡一等一的熱賣菜式,據大廚楊師傅所言是天天也要預備十多「板」海膽去煮這一味菜。多多也說得對,熱吃的海膽要做得鮮味絕對要在時間上配合得恰到好處好處才行,難得的是這裡連意大利飯也做得有咬口,火候真的非常好。配合鮮甜豐腴的海膽,百分百的「無得輸」
。但見多多獨吃整碟海膽飯,就知是多美味了。這個海膽飯到今時今日每碟都只賣$218,用上整板海膽在內的,是超值。

海膽意大利飯以外另一顆這裡的新星就是蟹粉意大利麵了,看上去似是素素的,但一吃之下蟹黃的鮮腴美味就會爆發出來。蟹粉是每天鮮拆的,而據知每碟也用上三隻大閘蟹在內,難怪是「啖啖蟹粉」的了。看上去份量不太多,但其實要獨吃一碟是不太可能的(至少我只能吃幾口),每碟賣$348,物有所值。

多多戰鬥力雖強,但吃了幾味重型菜式後也應該飽了十幾成。不過一談到甜品她「第二個胃」又開始發揮功用,選來的就是一味Tiramisu。是日的tiramisu marscarphone芝士打得挺身也夠滑,咖啡味香濃而略嫌酒味不太均勻。但配上旁邊的焦糖咖啡醬汁是叫人無論怎樣飽也會將之掃清 ~ 是日多多已作出了完美的示範。

自選的餐點是預期中的精彩,而我的午市套餐也不錯。先說價位,三道菜連飲品索價只是$78,未吃都知應該沒有虧大本的道理,至少便宜就是王道。頭盤二選一,要了洋蔥湯。看湯內煮得又軟又腍甜的洋蔥就知湯是火候十足的,再配上一片烤芝士多士是不錯,只是略嫌湯不太夠熱,在我而言喝湯真的越熱就坏越好。

主菜也是二選一,想多多也試試這裡的薄餅所以就選來青口薄餅。大廚將青口一開二的再將之舖在薄餅上面烤好,不是很常見的做法。但吃起來又真的不錯,青口本身肉質鮮嫩而甜美,品質不錯。薄而脆的餅底加上適量的蕃茄醬及芝士,是簡單直接的美味。

甜品方面,餐牌上只寫上是「特色甜品」,一問之下原來是日的是巧克力慕絲。這個看上去簡簡單單的甜點,吃起來幼滑而巧克力味道濃郁,據知是用了70%可可豆成份的巧克力去做的,香甜美味。加上一點紅莓醬汁,很快就給吃清 ~ 當然這也是多多的功勞,我吃了一口也停工了。
