Gulfi – Rossojbleo 2020產地:Terre Siciliane, Italy 🇮🇹喺香港要搵唔係大路葡萄釀嘅酒係相對困難,無論商店定餐廳,為左吸引最大嘅客群,當然主力都會係提供一啲大路品種俾顧客選擇,實無死吖嘛。🫠所以當我哋喺Pirata見到有Nero d’Avola嘅紅酒揀,咁就梗係二話不說就揀咗啦,話明係Personal Favourite喎。😆相比起之前介紹過嘅Celsole - Nero d’Avola 2019 ,呢枝Gulfi – Rossojbleo 2020酒色係比較淺,近櫻桃色,聞落氣味亦冇咁重黑莓味👃🏻,飲落亦比Celsole - Nero d’Avola 2019淡味些少,雖然佢似乎比較「輕淡」,但作為一枝以Nero d’Avola醲成嘅酒,佢絕對仍然係適當地濃郁,不過同時間佢亦都唔會蓋過Ham同Cheese🧀嘅味道,不過我唔建議配Blue Cheese,完全唔夾同埋係會令酒本身同芝士都變晒味😖,呢隻酒都係配返中等口味芝士較好。🍇 Nero d’Avola簡介Nero d’Avola呢隻葡萄其實之前都介紹過,佢簡直係我咃嘅Personal Favourite。🥹被稱為西西里(Sicilia)葡萄界的王子嘅Nero d’Avola,中文被稱為「黑珍珠」。Nero d’Avola原產於意大利西西里島地區,係當區最知名同最重要嘅黑葡萄品種。時至今日,雖然都有其他國家種植呢個葡萄品種,但絕大部份嘅Nero d’Avola都仍然係產自意大利,特別係西西里島。以Nero d’Avola釀嘅紅酒酒色非常深,酒體濃厚飽滿,單寧圓潤,🫐黑莓、黑櫻桃香極重,佢嘅特色成日令佢被稱為西西里Cabernet Sauvignon,有啲人會形容佢係單寧冇咁酸澀嘅Cabernet Sauvignon。⏱️一般介紹話Nero d’Avola酒係要breathe大約一個鐘,我哋喺餐廳又點會有咁多時間breathe,而且上次枝Celsole - Nero d’Avola 2019冇breathe都好好飲,今次呢枝我哋都只係breathe咗15分鐘,都非常ok,反而係去到後期食緊Main時就開始澀喇,所以大家要快快飲!🔹 We had a small celebratory dinner at Pirata and when checking out drinks, we saw our favourite Italian grape: Nero d'Avola🤩 Of course, that was the only consideration so we ordered a bottle.🔹 We have previously introduced Nero d'Avola but this bottle was a bit different from that.   The colour was a lighter red, and the berries flavour was not as strong.  The overall flavour was also not as strong as the previous bottle from Celsole.🔹A relatively longer time for breathing: around 45 min to an hour, but it also did not last too long, as towards the end of our meal, the wine started to become sour.  It would be perfect if a group of 3-4 had that bottle, or if you are a quick drinker!  BUT FRET NOT, when the timing was right, this was a really enjoyable bottle!🔹 Accompanies well ham and cheese, but not something which is too overpowering.  continue reading
