盆菜食嚟食佢都係覺得呢一種傳統嘅好食啲,就係鍾意佢嗰種南乳味同埋將啲唔使好值錢嘅材料煮埋一盤煮得好好味。我哋叫咗平啲嗰隻九小砵,堂食$2500一圍,我覺得要14至15個人先食得晒。陳皮鴨湯足料非常,陳皮好香鴨翼好新鮮,雖然我好鍾意食湯渣但係我都唔敢亂黎,因為驚後面其他餸食唔晒。雞我哋就揀咗黃酒煮雞,盆菜美麗嘅時候佢用個Gas爐慢火煲住,建議呢個要煲耐小小先至好食,因為會入味好多。芋頭鴨非常好食,芋頭夠粉,鴨炆的入味,啲芋頭吸晒額嘅香味真係冇得頂。呢個花菇都好靚,又大隻又厚身。孫薑菠蘿好開胃,仲要用新鮮菠蘿同酸薑整嘅,解滯最好。鯪魚球爽口彈牙,啲魚肉好新鮮。呢個豬手炆得非常之好非常入味,又夠林,豐富骨膠原。我哋揀咗炸門鱔就冇揀到炸金蠔,因為諗住炸金蠔好似普通啲。佢呢個炸門鱔都好得意,我食咗三嚿,有一嚿有少少骨,另外嗰兩嚿又完全冇骨。佢呢度雖然係食盆菜但係跟嘅飯竟然唔係白飯而係鴨飯,鴨肉好香,可能啲鴨油漏埋落去啲煩到,所以特別美味。雖然呢個叫做小盆菜,但係其實都幾大盤,入面有肥豬肉、豬皮、枝竹同埋蘿蔔四樣嘢,好入味好好食,就係鍾意呢一種傳統盆菜嘅味道。 continue reading

1月頭某個假期去咗屏山行,睇古績和食盆菜。1圍12人,我哋叫咗九砵,大盆菜。首先上咗九砵先,有陳皮鴨湯,呢個好夠味鴨好大隻,湯甜肉嫩。黃酒雞酒味道唔多,但比較甜雞肉好多。肉丸同菠蘿子薑普通啦,菠蘿都甜。炸鮮蠔,啱啱炸起,脆卜卜,好大隻同新鮮。鮑魚大大隻。東菇好厚肉,炆得入味。梅子鴨呢個鴨菜式,好野味,鐘意呢個鴨菜式多啲。仲有一個盆菜,裏面有豬肉,蘿蔔,仲有雞鴨飯,類似油飯,飯真係食唔到,太多餸。呢餐真係好滿足。。 continue reading

個小盆菜入面有豬皮蘿蔔枝竹仲有豬腩肉,南乳味好香濃,不過可能太心急就開始食所以豬皮同埋枝竹唔係好入味,反而到到最尾啲豬肉真係入晒味好好食。椰子雞湯同埋陳皮鴨湯之間我哋揀咗陳皮鴨湯,味道唔錯,隻鴨好大隻。我哋揀咗黃酒雞,都幾香甜,雞肉都算嫩滑。呢個芋頭鴨味道都OK,唯一缺點係個芋頭好鹹,但係鴨肉嘅味道又OK喎。雞汁炆花菇好食,花菇好厚肉好入味。子薑菠蘿個子薑好味,好Fresh,當清一清個喉嚨都唔錯。魚肉丸有驚喜,食落就知應該係自家製,好鮮味。炸金蠔味道都唔錯,咬落去幾脆口。揀咗最貴嗰個餐所以有豬肚馬蹄炆鮑魚,我自己就覺得一般。 continue reading

今日有幸受朋友邀請到屏山一間專做盆菜嘅餐廳食盆菜好傳統唔似平時食開有雞有鴨擺喺面嘅盆菜陳皮神仙鴨湯 黃酒煮雞 炆醉鵝客家炆豬肉薑汁菠蘿上湯鯪魚球上湯馬桶鮑魚豬肚炸蠔 焠冬菇先講黃酒煮雞,湯頭很重雞味,甜甜地感覺好補身! 正!呢個係我食過最好食嘅黃酒雞!隻雞又滑唔會韌喎!用d 酒糟撈飯 神仙鴨湯係有一隻老鴨煲陳皮冬菇同豬肉禁既感覺滋陰養顏 客家炆豬肉肥瘦均勻炆得很入味,帶有一種獨特嘅甜味第二度好難食到鯪魚球應該溝咗其他魚,好彈牙總括而言,呢個新界圍村風味,盆菜之旅唔錯可以再嚟,想食嘅朋友要早啲打嚟問 continue reading

唔太識欣賞嘅傳統盆菜!面頭只有雞、蝦、丸及冬菇,下面全是肥豬肉、蘿蔔、腐竹、豬皮等下欄食物,味道冇乜特別,賣相又唔靚,仲要賣過千蚊一盤,一啲都唔值的,難怪比出邊嘅新款又有特色嘅盆菜蓋過風采!另外仲點咗份超厚炸粉皮嘅金蠔,我都唔太知道自己食緊乜,浪費咗隻金蠔!仲要山長水又遠專登揸車入去屏山取貨,試過一次就夠了,應該沒有下次!寧願去酒樓叫小菜食飯仲好!早啲上網睇吓啲食評先,現在白白浪費咗一個重要的節日! continue reading
