Pici只可以walk-in, 所以復活節假期專登揀左堅尼地城分店, 諗住應該比旺區分店少啲人流, 點知都有9成滿, 我地被安排坐high table位置, 雖然枱面比較窄不過就可以望到廚房工作情況😆餐廳推出左一連四日既復活節限定menu, 食weekend brunch可以加錢嗌, 一見到限定兩個字就梗係要試下啦手工意粉比一般意粉硬身有咬口, 顏色呈較深既黃色. 雖然整體而言意粉本身未算好有特色, 但每碟既醬汁都非常好食, 特別係番紅花忌廉意粉配青口, 因為加入左辣椒同蒜蓉令到成件事好惹味, 幾乎想用埋餐前麵包點意粉醬食😂之前試過姊妹店pizza project既tiramisu覺得好正, 大杯裝完全滿足到甜品控既要求, 今次當然要再encore啦, 果然符合返一貫水準冇失望~餐廳職員友善有禮, 周不時都主動黎傾下計睇下你有冇咩需要, 值得一讚👍🏻 continue reading

餐廳短短幾年已經開到港九新界都有分店,而且每間都經常要排長龍。原來佢地最近係堅尼地城有開左分店,見有幾道食物係哩度exclusive,梗係要黎試下啦😌 餐廳唔係好大,米白色的主色同半開放式設計,週末夜晚好熱鬧好有氣氛,令我覺得好似去左外國咁😍 首先送上一袋麵包配橄欖油同醋🫒🥖 前菜叫左牛油果吞拿魚他他, 吞拿魚新鮮肥美,配埋醋漬洋蔥同酸酸嘅醬汁好開胃🥑 我地分別叫左2款意粉。牛面頰寬麵,手工意粉充滿蛋香,質感al dente。慢煮牛面頰肉味香濃,份量也不少! 當然大量嘅芝士同橄欖油都好重要啦🧀 鱈魚菠菜意大利雲吞,有別於一般嘅意大利雲吞包芝士,這裏用了菠菜味嘅意粉皮包鱈魚。雲吞的菠菜味香濃,鱈魚打碎後同煙雲吞皮帶少許煙韌嘅口感成了對比幾特別🥬🐟 整體而言每道食物都好高質,環境不錯價錢合理,期待下次再到訪💪🏻 continue reading
