Very nicely designed casual place. Decor color scheme is nice.Service is great. Nice people, and at just the right amount of being attentive.I disliked one dish and they let me change it.The good thing is that dishes are served without over long explanation. They do their best to recommend dishes.The good dishes -Garlic prawns. The oil, garlic and chili flavors are nice. Shrimps are OK.Braised ox cheeks. Very tender and tasty. Service is great. Nice people, and at just the right amount of being attentive.
I disliked one dish and they let me change it.
The good thing is that dishes are served without over long explanation. They do their best to recommend dishes.
The good dishes -
Garlic prawns. The oil, garlic and chili flavors are nice. Shrimps are OK.
Braised ox cheeks. Very tender and tasty. Classic red wine sauce with mashed potatoes. Just great.
Less great - 
Not a fan of the black risotto with seafood and pork. Rice was too soft. May be more suited to Hong Kong taste but is not the same.
Suckling pig - Well, I did not know that deboned means shredded. I particularly dislike pulled pork. Stringy and dry. Pulled pork came with a piece of crispy skin on top. They were kind enough to let me change it.
All in all, a very good experience.

It’s always full so it’s better to make reservations.

I really love their foie gras! The best I had in Hong Kong 😋the black paella is fairly good, a little bit salty this time🤪for the dessert I think it can be better 🥳will always come back for foie gras!

最後叫了[Wagyu Steak Tartare]($170)Presentation 非常吸睛😻牛肉他他以原條牛骨上,下底鋪上粗鹽,配以數塊香脆多士,牛骨微熱另有少少嘅牛骨髓,配以平時作為冷盤嘅beef tartare,非常夾嘅組合,食時可以配上少少粗鹽吊吊味,如果嫌太重口味可以連多士一齊食,但個人認為就咁配上粗鹽食已經好正😋

💥[Spanish Cheesecake]($75)好彩之前做足功課見網上個個都推介呢個cheesecake並且係hidden menu! 於是預先order左 果然無令我失望!Cheesecake以羊奶製成會比平時食到嘅比較濃同少少羶味,芝士烤至半溶,感覺好似食緊芝士版嘅心太軟🤣,食到後尾餅底味香濃,食時可配上紅莓雪葩同焦糖脆脆平衝口感👍🏻作為整餐嘅完結非常完美🎉

總結係間幾高質嘅西班牙餐廳每款tapas 都用心製作非常精緻,建議可以坐bar檯望住每款tapas嘅製作過程同即製即食👍🏻不過既然係tapas所以份量會有啲細同埋價錢稍貴(開左枝Cava今餐人均都$500左右)不過偶爾間唔中chill 一chill 享受下過返個quality afternoon都值得一來嘅👍🏻

What an AMAZING restaurant.I am super duper impressed with this restaurant and I can say it is my new favorite restaurant of HK.I saw this restaurant from far away and I was impressed by the way it looks. What an AMAZING restaurant.

I am super duper impressed with this restaurant and I can say it is my new favorite restaurant of HK.

I saw this restaurant from far away and I was impressed by the way it looks. It did not look like a regular western restaurant in HK. 

Every dish we ordered was fantastic.

I would recommend their octopus with mashed potatoes. I have never had octopus cooked this tender before. They tasted with marshmallows! The olive oil goes so well with the mashed potatoes.

The prawn hotdog is very flavorful. The bun is very crunchy.

The Surf and Turf Paella is beyond delicious. The seafood they use is great but the RICE, oh the rice is incredibly flavorful. I believe they used prawn heads or lobster heads to cook the rice. I recommend this dish to everyone who enjoys seafood. 

For the dessert, it wasn't on the menu but I saw it on Openrice so I asked the manager and he told me it is available. I was so delighted. The dessert is so beautiful. The cheese is half salty. It comes with a raspberry sorbet (my guess only). Just the sorbet itself is already magnificent. I love how special this dessert is. I would definitely order it again. 

For drinks, I ordered a glass of Sangria and it was delightful.
