To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Introduction
The restaurant is simply decorated with Vietnamese style. The restaurant specializes in authentic Vietnamese dishes such as Rice Rolls, Bún Combo, and Soft-shell Crab with Garlic Butter. Vietnamese-style Curry Crab and Vietnamese Style Grilled Fish are required minimum 1 day’s advance order.

平日夜晚係鴨脷洲，無意中發現到一間越南平民美食，外表平平無奇，其實內有乾坤。餐廳似足港式茶記，冇乜裝修，行過只會比佢大大個招牌吸引，咁啱想食越南河，就入咗去，食落又唔錯喎，性價比高😆越南牛油雞翼 $18/2隻正宗嘅牛油雞翼好好味，呢個都唔差，夠香，炸得又夠脆👍🏻豬頸肉湯河 $60湯底非常清甜，比想像中出色，而且豬頸肉的肉質好爽彈，有驚喜～招牌海鮮肉丸鮮茄蟹湯檬 $74呢個就較為遜色，略嫌番茄湯未夠濃郁，蟹肉丸味道一般，以蕃茄蟹湯來講，都係比較推薦油麻地Q1群🙈

午飯時間嚟到唔洗排隊就有位坐，落單同上菜都好快手，啱哂打工仔嚟食🥰大部份都係卡位，一個人嚟食預咗要搭枱😊基本嘅越南食物，飯類、湯粉、撈粉、小食都有提供🥢🍜香茅豬扒撈檬 $56香茅豬扒份量足夠，厚薄適中，炸得好腍好脆🤩檬粉都算幼滑，食落好爽口🙂甜酸汁夠酸，不過有D咸🙁而蒜粒、蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、花生碎份量一般🌟 Lamlam脷指數 😋😋(2/5)🌟整體評價: 食物質素一般，出面同一個價錢有更好味嘅選擇，不過喺鴨脷洲可以選擇嘅越南菜唔多😢🌟 Encore指數 ⭐️⭐️ (2/5)

尼間鋪頭成日我地經過都有好多人排隊，我地就叫左生牛+雞絲湯河粉（$66），豬頸肉撈檬（$56），鮮茄牛肉飯（$60），生牛肉湯河既湯底真係唔錯，牛肉同雞絲分量都唔少，豬頸肉都外脆內軟，好好食！！仲要有成十幾舊，真係唔錯，鮮茄牛肉飯就不過不失啦🤣🤣

今日叫咗外賣拎返屋企食,叫咗香茅豬扒加春卷撈檬粉，啱晒落雨天或者天氣熱嘅時候食.豬扒超多件,好juicy同埋唔會那度好梅好林，有少少咬口，醃得超級入味，冇肉嘅臊味同雪藏味，香茅味幾重,一啲都唔乾身.春卷一條切開兩件,行返屋企嘅路應該要10分鐘左右,但係拎上屋企嘅時候春卷竟然仲係脆，好surprise ,同埋唔太肥膩嘅,好香口檬粉嘅魚露係分開裝，分量絕對夠，檬粉剪得比較碎但係食落口就會比較方便，幾細心.甜甜酸酸好開胃，但係份量實在太多所以食咗一半就已經飽啦,好滿足嘅一餐.值得一提係杯凍咖啡好好飲

又一次黎到鴨脷洲 其實美食真係無乜😅 今次搵到呢間良心小店💛 主打越南菜感覺好似幾地道🇻🇳 店鋪真係比較細🤣 正唔正宗唔係好食得出 唯獨感覺價錢都幾進取呢🌝⭐️ 燒牛拼蝦餅撈檬 🍝整體感覺檬粉份量比較多🥹 餸菜比例少 調味偏淡 蝦餅夠彈牙夠脆口🍘 反而牛肉份量偏少 缺乏碳香味🍖 以呢個價錢我會Expect更多⭐️ 越南咖啡 ☕️反而呢杯咖啡有點驚喜🤎 真係同越南飲到既一樣特別香濃👍🏻挽回呢一餐飯既整體印象
