餐廳用上竹製燈罩同木座椅,掛上特色圓錐體o既斗笠做裝飾,簡約之中不失風情。menu 提到佢係由兩公婆開,老闆學習越南菜多年,太太則係正式o既「越南新娘」!相信一定會好正宗喇,好期待呀~牛肉湯河似乎係餐廳重點推介之一,當然要試下。呢d 湯河可以自選嗌幾多款餸咁,或者佢都有d set set 好晒。牛萊了($68 無加一) 一次過包含多款精選牛肉,足料得讓人很滿足……最正當然係o個幾片生牛肉,半生熟口感尤佳,就算浸耐多少少佢都唔會韌,可見用料上盛。其他配料仲有牛腩、牛展、牛筋同埋牛丸,牛腩腍身得o黎啖啖肉,牛丸都實淨juicy。d 河粉企身分明,浸於招牌牛骨湯入面,味道清甜。薄荷葉、芽菜、辣椒同埋青檸全部都係另上,隨你喜歡落幾多。下午茶時份有下午茶餐,有一份主食、一個小食連同特色飲品,先$38,ok 實惠。燒扎肉撈檬同頭先碗粉一樣咁大碗,呢d o野大熱天時食一流,唔會話好熱,再淋上酸甜魚露,人都開胃d~我地仲叫o左個都係扎肉——越式傳統豬肝醬手切扎肉包,呢個幾特別,佢賣相似漢堡包,夾o左扎肉、厚厚o既蘿蔔絲同青瓜,o係面頭仲搽o左一層「豬肝醬」,似吞拿魚醬但味道又有d 唔同,值得一試!小食一個要o左海防炸蝦餅,一個要o左越萊自製手工春卷,都係d 香口o野。炸蝦餅點埋酸辣醬靈舍好食,個春卷o既外層類似米網o個d 製法,我嘗試用塊生菜包住食,都唔錯wo!飲品上面都講過,配咸檸七或者青檸梳打呢d 都唔使加錢,好讚! continue reading
