約左個好耐無見既朋友DINNER,揀左位於荃灣海之戀商場既Peko Peko Eatery,晚飯時間好多人排隊,好彩一早BOOK左枱~設室內同戶外位置,最近天氣涼左唔少,坐戶外好舒服,涼風陣陣,仲有海景睇,室內好多植物佈置,岩哂打卡~63c Yuzu Caesar 頭盤揀左凱撒沙律,配料有溫泉蛋、鯷魚同煙肉,再淋上柚子凱撒汁,好開胃!沙律菜新鮮又爽脆配,配埋流心溫泉蛋更滋味。蘑菇Cappuccino必試招牌菜式之一,飲落啖啖香濃又綿滑,蘑菇味相當濃郁好creamy,附送熱辣辣香蒜焗法包,正!蟹肉牛油果船牛油果熟度剛好,入口即化夠哂香糯,面頭鋪滿啖啖蟹肉鮮甜得黎好清新~63c Carbonara先將半熟流心蛋拌勻,意粉煮得岩岩好,好彈牙,充滿濃濃芝士味,口感香滑。釀海鮮南瓜批同樣係必試招牌菜式之一,賣相好靚,打卡一流~配料有齊蝦、青口、蜆、蟹棒等,面頭鋪滿忌廉芝士同三文魚籽,內裡仲有軟滑薯蓉,份量十足~美中不足係個南瓜焗既時間唔夠耐,有dd生,唔可以挖南瓜黎食~ continue reading

The name Cinderella Carriage caught my eye and I had wanted to try this restaurant for some time. Since my birthday is coming soon, we decided to come here for dinner and also to enjoy their complimentary cake.For salads, we ordered Rainbow for Two and Love Strawberry. Both were colorful but I prefer Love Strawberry not only because of the strawberries and figs but also for their vinegar which was very fragrant.The Uni Udon was also my favorite. The Uni was sweet and the sauce was very creamy. It was a bit softer than al dente but other than that it was  a great dish.The thing that I looked forward the most was the Seafood Cinderella Carriage. However, although not bad, it was not as good as I expected. Despite the melted cheese and the seafood, the pumpkin was unfortunately quite hard so we basically just ate the cheesy seafood while not being able to enjoy the pumpkin.Their lamb rack was also great. It was really tender without being undercooked.Here came the complimentary cake and we ordered 3 more desserts(2 lava cake and 1 Honey and Yuzu Lemon Mousse)The tiramisu tasted a bit like ice-cream which I liked quite a lot. The mousse with the cute bee on it was closer to honey flavor more than yuzu, which still tasted great. The lava cake was definitely our favorite and their homemade rose gelato is definitely worth trying. It was really aromatic without being overwhelming and together with the lava cake, this rosy chocolate dessert was a great conclusion to my first birthday dinner this year. continue reading
